Abstract

背景技术
由DE 42 20 233已知一种用于加工食品的家用电器,它包括一个电机和一个电池,其中通过将家用电器调整到充电位置使电池充电。
已知的电动厨房器具的缺陷是存在一定的危险,该厨房器具由于偶然和不经意地顶压开关而接通。这个问题尤其在搅拌棒中出现,它具有在自由空间中旋转的切刀或者在其工具头上旋转的粉碎刀。这些锐利的刀具由于其功能限制不能通过遮盖罩保护。由于不经意地操纵开关可能在使用搅拌棒时由于切刀引起伤害。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种电动厨房器具,由它产生更少的伤害性,以及提供一种用于更可靠地接通/断开厨房器具的方法。
这个目的按照本发明通过在独立权利要求中给出的电动厨房器具以及用于接通/断开厨房器具的方法得以实现。其它有利的可以单独使用或任意相互组合使用的扩展结构是从属权利要求的内容。
所述电动厨房器具、尤其是电动手持器具、优选是一个搅拌棒具有一个开关,该器具具有一个手指控制的用于接通开关的电止锁。
通过电止锁使接通开关闭锁或者说当不释放止锁时接通开关的操纵无效。为了使厨房器具运行,使用者必需首先松开或释放止锁然后才接通厨房器具。手指操纵意味着,通过使用者的一个手指操纵止锁是适宜且确定的。为此尤其具有一个开关,它可以通过手指操纵。与热厨房器具如全自动/半自动咖啡机、面包烤炉、煮蛋器、热水器、煎肉器、烤饼干器、接触烤架、台式烤架、庭园烤架、电熨斗或蒸发器不同电动所述厨房器具如多用炊事机、立式搅拌器、多用破碎机、搅拌棒、手持搅拌器或各种切刀使用一个电机,用于实现确定期望的功能。这种厨房器具尤其具有旋转的切刀和/或剪刀。

按照本发明的用于接通/断开一个厨房器具、尤其是电动手持器具、优选是搅拌棒的方法,该厨房器具具有一个接通开关和一个与其独立的安全开关,其中当操纵安全开关时,才解锁接通开关,在此规定,所述安全开关手指操纵并且电接通。手指操纵意味着,由使用者的手指操纵安全开关。为此该安全开关尤其是用于手指的按键开关、搬动开关或偏转开关。

Claims (31)
