本发明涉及建筑材料,特别是一种利用废弃泡沫塑料作砖体材料之一的聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖。其特征是包括砖体,该砖体均匀配掺有按混凝土料浆重量比例为0.4%-1.2%的泡沫塑料颗粒;泡沫塑料颗粒直径为Φ5mm;泡沫塑料颗粒是泡沫塑料包装或内垫废弃物或可发泡聚乙烯材料。可解决白色污染的难题,保护耕地,有效地制止毁田制砖的非法行为,而且节能减排,变废为宝,保护环境;这种新型内墙砖抗城郭强度稳定,自身重量比原先全部采用混凝土制作的砖块轻,韧性好,握裹力强又保温隔热,上膨胀螺钉或钉水泥钉不开裂,易操作,耐久性好,是深化墙体材料改革的一种新型墙体材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料,特别是一种利用废弃泡沫塑料作砖体材料之一的聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖。
背景技术
以往的建筑材料中,在砌内墙时,采用粘土压制且烧结的砖块作主要材料,导致损坏耕地,毁田制砖的恶果;也有采用混凝土制成砖块,但这种砖块自身重量大,搬运与施工不方便,而且砖块脆性也比较大,尤其是上膨胀螺钉或钉水泥钉时易开裂,握裹力差还不易操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述缺陷,提供一种聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖。
本发明的技术方案是聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖,包括砖体,其特征是所说的砖体均匀配掺有按混凝土料浆重量比例为0.4%-1.2%的泡沫塑料颗粒。
所说的砖体内泡沫塑料颗粒直径为Φ5mm左右。
所说的泡沫塑料颗粒是泡沫塑料包装与内垫废弃物或可发泡聚乙烯材料。
本发明的优点是由于采用废弃的泡沫塑料作砖体材料之一,一方面可解决白色污染的难题,另方面保护耕地,有效地制止毁田制砖的非法行为,而且节能减排,变废为宝,保护环境,再就是这种新型内墙砖抗压强度稳定,自身重量比原先全部采用混凝土制作的砖块轻,具有韧性好,握裹力强又保温隔热,上膨胀螺钉或钉水泥钉不开裂,易操作,耐久性好,是深化墙体材料改革的一种新型墙体材料。

参见图1,1-砖体、2-泡沫塑料颗粒。在制砖过程中,将混凝土料浆总重量配掺比例为0.4%-1.2%的泡沫塑料颗粒,搅拌均匀,然后用制砖机压制成砖体1,泡沫塑料颗粒2可采用废弃的包装物或内垫物,颗粒直径为Φ5mm左右大小,泡沫塑料颗粒2也可采用可发泡聚乙烯材料。既减轻砖块自身重量又可降低吸水率。节能减排,变废为宝,保护环境,充分利用废物解决白色污染的难题。保护耕地,制止毁田制砖,降低建筑成本,搬运省力,施工方便,还可减轻建筑内墙自身重量压力。这种砖块抗压强度稳定,具有韧性,上膨胀螺钉与钉水泥钉不易开裂,易操作,耐性久,握裹力强,保温隔热,是深化墙体材料改革的一种新型建材,具有广阔的推广和应用前景。

1、聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖,包括砖体,其特征是所说的砖体均匀配掺有按混凝土料浆重量比例为0.4%-1.2%的泡沫塑料颗粒。
2、根据权利要求1所说的聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖,其特征是所说的砖体内泡沫塑料颗粒直径为Φ5mm左右。
3、根据权利要求1或2所说的聚合混凝土轻质保温内墙砖,其特征是所说的泡沫塑料颗粒是泡沫塑料包装与内垫废弃物或可发泡聚乙烯材料。
