Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型汽车暖风的边板与散热带之鼓包配合结构,属汽车部件技术领域。所述结构包括边板(5)和散热带(7),其特征在于所述边板(5)在其与散热带(7)两端相对应部位的侧壁上各设置有二个鼓包(5.1)。采用此鼓包结构可以阻挡散热带与主片接触,同时增大了散热带与边板的摩擦阻力,既可防止在钎焊生产过程中把散热带局部融化烧坏,又可以防止在焊接过程中产生掉带现象,从而保证了焊接质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车暖风,尤其是涉及一种新型汽车暖风的边板与散热带之鼓包配合结构。属汽车部件技术领域。
背景技术
汽车暖风是利用汽车发动机的冷却水进行制热的汽车部件,在结构上分为八大部分:进水管、出水管、上水室、下水室、主片、扁管、散热带和边板。在汽车暖风钎焊生产过程中,因为散热带与主片所用材料不同,所需的焊接温度随之不同,所以一次性焊接时常会发生散热带与主片接触部位烧融,影响了散热带的有效散热面积与产品外观质量。还会出现在焊接过程中产生掉带现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种既可防止在钎焊生产过程中把散热带局部融化烧坏,又可以防止在焊接过程中产生掉带现象的新型汽车暖风的边板与散热带之鼓包配合结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种新型汽车暖风的边板与散热带之鼓包配合结构,包括边板和散热带,其特征在于所述边板在其与散热带两端相对应部位的侧壁上各设置有二个鼓包。
采用此鼓包结构可以阻挡散热带与主片接触,同时增大了散热带与边板的摩擦阻力,既可防止在钎焊生产过程中把散热带局部融化烧坏,又可以防止在焊接过程中产生掉带现象,从而保证了焊接质量。

具体实施方式
参见图1,汽车暖风在结构上分为八大部分:进水管1、出水管2、上水室3、下水室8、主片4、扁管6、散热带7和边板5。所述边板5在其与散热带7两端相对应部位的侧壁上各设置有二个鼓包5.1(图中两端各设置有二个鼓包),如图2、3和4。

1.一种新型汽车暖风的边板与散热带之鼓包配合结构,包括边板(5)和散热带(7),其特征在于所述边板(5)在其与散热带(7)两端相对应部位的侧壁上各设置有二个鼓包(5.1)。
