Abstract

背景技术
这种类型的快速连接接头尤其被用于将钢索(wireline)连接到工具串。

这些专利公开了基于具有径向侧壁的凸形部件的快速连接接头,该径向侧壁在凹形部件的径向凹槽形成相应接合并且利用各种锁定板而在其中被锁定从而除了张力还承受高扭力。凸形和凹形部件的联接也沿着侧向发生,并且利用在凹形部件中悬挂的、柱形的弹簧加载闭锁元件实现这种互锁,该闭锁元件在凸形部件的顶部中被沿着轴向向下引导并且被锁定。通常,使用特殊工具和管扳手实现解锁。

发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种锁定组件,它允许利用手力实现快速连接接头的锁定和解锁。
本发明提供了一种用于快速连接接头的手动锁定组件,包括:
柱形凸形销,其具有从该柱形凸形销的外半径延伸的至少一个引导和保持凸起以及带有凹槽的柱形前段;
柱形套筒形凹形部件,其具有带有相关联的引导凹槽的孔,以及具有锁定槽,所述锁定槽形成在所述柱形套筒形凹形部件内;
轴向布置且居中地位于所述柱形套筒形凹形部件中的可旋转的键螺栓,该可旋转的键螺栓包括四边形锁定块,柱形引导凸缘和柱形锁定螺栓,该柱形锁定螺栓在其相对侧上具有轧制边;
其特征在于锁定螺栓保持器,其包括:
包括横向孔和凹槽的柱形本体,所述横向孔具有相应于所述柱形锁定螺栓的外半径的半径,所述凹槽对应于所述柱形锁定螺栓上的所述轧制边并从所述孔延伸;
位于所述柱形本体第一侧上的下部凸缘;和
位于所述住形体的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧上的上部凸缘,所述上部凸缘具有位于其上侧上的倾斜表面;以及
位于所述锁定螺栓保持器下面的弹簧,该弹簧被预加载以锁定,
其中,所述上部凸缘的倾斜表面可通过柱形套筒形凹形部件中的孔而被接触到,从而使所述手动锁定组件解锁,
在旋转期间,所述引导和保持凸起与所述锁定凹槽相抵靠,并且,
在接合期间,所述四边形锁定块延伸进所述柱形前段中的凹槽。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出结合于快速连接接头1中的键螺栓10形式的锁定组件以及键螺栓10的三个主要构件的详图;锁定螺栓11、锁定块12和锁定螺栓保持器20。
图1a示出被引导到凹形部件6中的快速连接接头1的凸形销2在旋转90°之前的侧视图,其中引导和保持凸起3未抵靠于锁定槽7中。在旋转之前,锁定块12安置在凸形销2的前段4中的凹槽5中。
图1b示出快速连接接头1的在凸形销在凹形部件6中旋转之后的类似侧视图,其中引导和保持凸起3现在安置在锁定槽7中。锁定组件10的锁定螺栓11和锁定块12旋转90°,从而允许在上部和下部直径上具有轧制边11’的锁定螺栓11在锁定螺栓保持器20中的凹槽25中滑动,在旋转期间使用拇指将其压下并且将下面的弹簧27张紧。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于快速连接接头(1)的手动锁定组件,包括:
柱形凸形销(2),其具有从该柱形凸形销(2)的外半径延伸的至少一个引导和保持凸起(3)以及带有凹槽的柱形前段(4);
柱形套筒形凹形部件(6),其具有带有相关联的引导凹槽(8)的孔(9),以及具有锁定槽(7),所述锁定槽(7)形成在所述柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)内;
轴向布置且居中地位于所述柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)中的可旋转的键螺栓(10),该可旋转的键螺栓(10)包括四边形锁定块(12),柱形引导凸缘(13)和柱形锁定螺栓(11),该柱形锁定螺栓(11)在其相对侧上具有轧制边(11′);
其特征在于锁定螺栓保持器(20),其包括:

其中,所述上部凸缘(23)的倾斜表面(26)可通过柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)中的孔(9)而被接触到,从而使所述手动锁定组件解锁,
在旋转期间,所述引导和保持凸起(3)与所述锁定凹槽相抵靠,并且,
在接合期间,所述四边形锁定块(12)延伸进所述柱形前段(4)中的凹槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁定组件,其特征在于,当所述柱形凸形销(2)被引导成抵靠于所述柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)时,所述四边形锁定块(12)适于停靠于所述柱形凸形销(2)的所述柱形前段(4)中的所述凹槽(5)中,并且
当所述柱形凸形销(2)相对于所述柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)旋转时,所述可旋转的键螺栓(10)适于相应地旋转,使得所述柱形锁定螺栓(11)的轧制边(11′)旋转,并在从所述横向孔(24)延伸出的所述凹槽(25)中滑动,所述弹簧(27)压迫所述锁定螺栓保持器(20)向上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锁定组件,其特征在于,所述锁定螺栓保持器(20)被定位为在解锁时被压下,而所述柱形凸形销(2)相对于所述柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)旋转使得所述柱形锁定螺栓(11)在所述横向孔(24)中旋转,并且所述引导和保持凸起(3)旋转而脱离锁定槽(7),由此从所述柱形套筒形凹形部件(6)释放所述柱形凸形销(2)。
