Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к ручному фиксатору для быстросоединяемого средства (1) сцепления, в котором от наружного радиуса цилиндрического охватываемого штыря (2) проходит по меньшей мере один направляющий и удерживающий выступ (3), который при повороте упирается в соответствующий запорный паз (7) внутри цилиндрической охватывающей детали (6) типа втулки, причем в центре охватывающей детали (6), в осевом направлении, расположен вращающийся шпоночный болт (10), содержащий четырехугольный фиксирующий выступ (12), который при зацеплении входит в соответствующий паз (5) в цилиндрическом переднем участке (4) охватываемого штыря (2), причем шпоночный болт (10) снабжен цилиндрическим направляющим фланцем (13) и цилиндрическим фиксирующим стержнем (11) с противолежащими плоскими срезанными участками (11'). Фиксатор согласно изобретению отличается тем, что держатель (20) фиксирующего стержня имеет цилиндрический корпус (21) с нижним фланцем (22) и верхним фланцем (23), в центре корпуса (21) выполнено поперечное отверстие (24), соответствующее наружному радиусу фиксирующего стержня (11), а паз (25), соответствующий плоским срезанным участкам (11') фиксирующего стержня (11), проходит от отверстия (24), при этом при фиксации соединения происходит предварительное нагружение пружины (27), расположенной под держателем (20), причем держатель (20) содержит наклонную поверхность (26) в верхней части фланца (23), предназначенную для надавливания большим пальцем через отверстие (9) с соответствующими направляющими углублениями (8) в охватывающей детали (6) при разъединении.
