用于制造复合材料板的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造基本上是三层的复合材料板的方法,该复合材料板具有至少一个由玻璃组成的覆盖层以及一个由合成树脂组成的中间层,在它里面埋入不同于合成树脂的装饰材料。
背景技术
复合玻璃板是已知的,它们做成防护玻璃板和/或具有装饰特征。在合成树脂中间层内加入由贵金属或非贵金属、闪光体、石头、玻璃、木材、塑料等等组成的固体。装饰材料也可以是液态或气态的。合成树脂也可以掺入不同的颜料,但是它们在当前所述情况下不算作装饰材料。
装饰材料可以以衬里或包体的形式设置在合成树脂层内。在固体衬里的情况下,合成树脂层构成固体衬里的基体,它们可以做成不同形式,例如颗粒状、板状或丝状。在合成树脂层内的气态包体可以通过吹气形成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于制造带有中间层的复合玻璃板的方法,在它里面内置固体颗粒状的装饰材料。
本发明方法的特征是,将一个双面粘接的薄膜敷设到一个配有离散的颗粒尤其是玻璃晶体的网状物的底面上,并使所述网状物粘接到一第一覆盖层的整个表面上;将液态的合成树脂涂敷到离散的颗粒和网状物上,然后盖上一覆盖玻璃板,并对边缘加以密封,最后使合成树脂硬化。通过这种实施形式,可以将颗粒状包体特别是玻璃晶体表面覆盖地内置到复合玻璃板中。
按照本发明方法的一种选择方案,将一种或许多离散的颗粒,尤其是玻璃晶体,借助于一个由液态的合成树脂组成的、覆盖颗粒的中间层,敷设到一第一覆盖层上,然后,在盖上一覆盖玻璃板后使中间层硬化。
优选地,通过紫外线使由合成树脂组成的液态中间层在盖上覆盖玻璃板后硬化。
一种复合材料板也是本发明的主题,它基本上做成三层,具有至少一个由玻璃组成的覆盖层以及一个由合成树脂组成的中间层,在它里面埋入装饰材料,其特征为,装饰材料由一种或许多内置于中间层中的颗粒尤其是玻璃晶体组成。
本发明复合玻璃的优选应用场合是:淋浴隔墙、酒吧装饰件、酒吧柜台、桌台板、房间隔墙、舞台底板、边饰和面砖、玻璃家具及其零部件、门面装饰件等等。

下面用一个实施例参照附图详细说明本发明的其他特征。附图表示:图1以剖视图表示出按本发明第一种实施形式的复合玻璃板,图2以剖视图表示第二种实施形式。
具体实施方式
图1表示按本发明的复合玻璃板的结构。此复合板包括两个覆盖层1、2和一个特别是由聚酯树脂组成的合成树脂层3,合成树脂层在完工产品中以硬化的状态存在。按照本发明,在合成树脂层3中埋入带有离散的颗粒5特别是玻璃晶体的平面的和规则的网状物4。颗粒作为不同大小和形状的衬里形锁合地保持在例如由铝组成的网状物的托座内。网状物的托座通过筋在各个方位相互连接。最后,该复合板还具有未示出的边框,它在制造过程之后切除。
复合玻璃板的制造通过这样的方式进行,即,在由玻璃、纸、塑料等等组成的下部覆盖层1上敷设网状物4,网状物带有在一侧形锁合地保持的离散颗粒,其中采取下述方法:网状物4的底面配备有双面粘接薄膜7的一个连续层或者配备多个条带,使该薄膜附着在覆盖层1上。网状物4具有非常好的挠曲性,例如由铝制成,并可在各个方向有限地运动,因为形锁合地容纳各个离散颗粒的托座在四边是仅仅通过薄筋相互连接的。
然后将合成树脂3例如聚酯树脂与所属的硬化剂和加速剂混合,并以液体状态涂敷到带有离散颗粒的网状物上,其中,层厚这样选择,即,使得颗粒埋入合成树脂物质内。
然后借助于真空吸盘将覆盖玻璃板2放上。复合板的边缘利用例如由自粘接铝带组成的框架进行密封,以防止树脂流出。
由覆盖层1、覆盖玻璃板2和树脂层3以及在中间的网状物4组成的单元在室温下水平放置约24小时。在此期间,树脂得以硬化,并得到了本发明的复合材料板,其覆盖玻璃板不仅可以由硅酸盐玻璃组成而且也可以由塑料玻璃例如丙烯酸盐玻璃组成。在硬化后将框架切除。而硬化也可以通过紫外线实现。
按照本发明的一种可供选择的实施形式,在可由不同材料如玻璃、木材、金属、纸等等组成的下覆盖层上敷设一种或许多特别是由玻璃组成的晶体,例如借助于粘接剂固定在其位置中,并被液态合成树脂中间层包围。然后在盖上一覆盖玻璃层后使合成树脂层例如通过紫外线硬化;当然它也可以通过时效作用进行硬化。
所述实施例在本发明构思的框架内可以采取不同的变型设计,特别是在网状物和离散的颗粒的造型方面,它们不必一定由磨光的玻璃晶体组成,而也可以由金属、塑料等等组成。

Claims (6)

1.用于制造基本上是三层的复合材料板的方法,该复合材料板具有至少一个由玻璃组成的覆盖层以及一个由合成树脂组成的中间层,在它里面埋入不同于合成树脂的装饰材料,其特征为:将一个双面粘接的薄膜敷设到一个配有离散的颗粒尤其是玻璃晶体的网状物的底面上,并使所述网状物粘接到一第一覆盖层的整个表面上;将液态的合成树脂涂敷到离散的颗粒和网状物上,然后盖上一覆盖玻璃板,并对边缘加以密封,最后使合成树脂硬化。

3.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征为:通过紫外线,使由合成树脂组成的液态中间层在盖上覆盖玻璃板后硬化。
4.复合材料板,它基本上做成三层,并具有至少一个由玻璃组成的覆盖层以及一个由合成树脂组成的中间层,在它里面埋入装饰材料,其特征为:装饰材料由一种或许多内置于中间层(3)中的颗粒(5)尤其是玻璃晶体组成,并且形成至少一个由玻璃组成的覆盖层。
5.按权利要求4所述的复合材料板,其特征为:颗粒(5)由一网状物(4)携带,该网状物是粘接到第一覆盖层(1)上的。
6.按权利要求4所述的复合材料板,其特征为:颗粒(5)是直接粘接到第一覆盖层(1)上的。
