本发明涉及一种离合器总成或者说离合器系统,它由至少两个子单元组成,其中一个子单元可预装配在发动机侧、即在发动机输出轴上并且另一个子单元可预装配在变速器侧。优选地,预装配在发动机侧的子单元包括扭转振动减振装置并且可预装配在变速器侧的子单元包括至少一个摩擦式离合器。
此类型离合器总成例如已由DE 10 2005 027 608及DE 10 2004 042640提出。
本发明的任务在于,在这两个子单元之间建立一种连接,该连接可保证无缺陷的转矩传递并且可通过两个子单元的简单的轴向接合来实现。通过根据本发明的连接要避免由于扭转振动产生的冲击噪声或咔哒噪声。
根据本发明,对于开始部分所述的离合器总成,其中,两个子单元可通过轴向的插接连接装置彼此耦合,该插接连接装置包括一些相互啮合的型廓部和配合型廓部,该任务的解决方案是,这些型廓部和配合型廓部在圆周方向上被弹性地压紧和/或在角度方面相对定位。当型廓部和配合型廓部弹性地压紧时它们的侧面在一个相对扭转方向上彼此压紧。当由于扭转振动在另一个相对扭转方向上出现转矩负荷时,借助起弹性压紧作用的装置进行振动过滤或者说减振。在型廓部和配合型廓部处于一种角度定位时,它们可被彼此相对保持在一个位置中,该位置可保证,在两个相对扭转方向上在型廓部和配合型廓部之间存在一个扭转间隙,即使该间隙很小。因此,仅需抵抗弹性定位装置的作用就可实现该扭转间隙的克服。
型廓部和配合型廓部的该角度定位可用简单的方式借助弹簧装置来实现。该弹簧装置可在承载这些型廓部和配合型廓部的构件之间产生一个扭转刚度,该扭转刚度达到10到60Nm每度角之间的数量级。
借助图1及2详细说明结构上和功能上的其它有利特征。
在离合器系统1中,在减振器3与离合器4之间设有一个齿啮合连接装置2,这两个部件借助该齿啮合连接装置分开地安装在发动机和变速器上并且最终接合。标准的没有弹簧装置或减振装置的齿部5,5a尤其在怠速状态或者说爬行状态时由于齿部中的振动引起噪声。本发明的任务在于,在考虑齿部5,5a必需能够易于插入的情况下,消除齿部5,5a中的咔吧声。
齿部5,5a位于减振器的法兰盘6中(内齿部)和离合器的齿圈7中(外齿部),该齿圈与离合器盖8铆接。在齿部对5,5a之间存在由制造引起的间隙。本发明解决方案将该间隙利用于弹簧行程。作为弹簧元件9在这里设置了多个所谓的弹簧夹,它们位于齿圈7的凹穴10中并且也与离合器盖8铆接。这些弹簧夹9的宽度与法兰盘6中的齿部5的齿隙11相同并且大于齿圈7的齿宽。它们的差为弹簧行程。弹簧夹9由于外转矩而在弹簧行程上弯曲,直至齿部对5,5a相接触。进一步的转矩由齿啮合连接装置2承受。
该解决方案的优点是:
a)啮合连接装置2在两个方向上有弹性,
b)简单的省去工具的零件,尤其是弹簧夹9,
c)装配不需附加的轴向力。
关于本申请中描述的离合器总成的一般结构和功能方式以及构成该离合器总成的这些一方面可预装配在发动机侧、另一方面可预装配在变速器侧的子单元的预装配和组装,参阅DE 10 2005 027 608,尤其参阅DE 10 2004 042 640.6。在后面所述申请中已公开了可预装配在发动机侧的减振系统与可预装配在变速器侧的离合器装置之间的插接连接,其中,离合器装置构造成中间盘离合器或者说双离合器。

Claims (3)

1.离合器总成,该离合器总成由至少两个子单元组成,其中,一个子单元可预装配在发动机侧、即发动机的输出轴上,另一个子单元可预装配在变速器侧,其中,两个子单元可通过轴向的插接连接装置彼此耦合,该插接连接装置包括一些相互啮合的型廓部和配合型廓部,其特征在于:这些型廓部和配合型廓部在圆周方向上被弹性压紧和/或在角度方面相对定位。
2.根据权利要求1的离合器总成,其特征在于:这些型廓部和配合型廓部在角度方面的定位通过弹簧装置来实现。
3.根据权利要求2的离合器总成,其特征在于:这些弹簧装置产生在10到60Nm每度角之间数量级的扭转刚度。
