Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及机床,诸如磨床,且更具体地涉及用于这种机器的可更换心轴。
背景技术
在诸如铣刀或齿轮滚刀之类的切削刀具的磨尖过程中,刀具的尺寸和几何形状是影响最适于齿轮廓磨削的研磨轮的直径的因素。随着齿隙(凹槽)的数量增加和/或滚刀或铣刀的直径变小,沿着螺旋线导程或非螺旋周界路径的、齿与齿间的标定间隔变小,由此,就要求有更小的砂轮来将齿型径向减小到其设计的长度且不与下一齿沿着研磨路径的端部干涉。
齿型深度还表示可使用的最小直径轮,以使当心轴平行于正在被研磨的工件的轴线时,轮的精修/修正好的最小齿根直径一直大于研磨心轴的外径。
在大多数情况下,由于对具有不同外径的研磨轮的需求增加(为了使金属去除率最大而不产生齿与齿的干涉),所以对提供合适尺寸的研磨心轴以使心轴的硬度最大的需求也增加。但是,在常规研磨机器上,更换研磨心轴是费劲且耗时的任务。考虑到这一点,很多刀具制造设备采用多个改变心轴和研磨轮尺寸的研磨机器。另一方面,在使多个机器的花费最小的努力中,一些齿型研磨工艺通过采用对于某种研磨轮直径来说尺寸并不适当的研磨心轴来折衷。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于机床的可更换心轴组件。该心轴组件包括可连接到机床的组件附连联接件、具有预定心轴直径的刀具心轴、以及可与机床的驱动机构连接的心轴驱动联接件。驱动联接件与刀具心轴连通,由此,驱动联接件的旋转实现刀具心轴的旋转。心轴组件还包括可通过心轴组件上的冷却剂连接件与机床上的冷却剂供应源连接的至少一个冷却剂分配歧管。心轴组件设置成在将心轴组件安装到机床上时组件附连联接件、心轴驱动联接件和冷却剂连接件都可同时连接到机床。还可包括另外的连接件。

图1-3示出了具有壳体4、刀具6(所示砂轮)和刀具心轴8(图2,3)的本发明的心轴组件2。心轴组件具有总的以标号10示出的第一端、以及总的以标号12示出的第二端。心轴组件2包括用于可松开地将心轴组件固定在机床(诸如用于研磨切削刀具,尤其是诸如滚刀和铣刀齿轮切削刀具的磨床)上正确位置(图5或6)的附连联接件14(诸如爱路华公司(EROWA)制造的模板联接件)。
心轴组件2还包括驱动联接件16(例如由R.W.联接件公司(R.W.Couplings)生产的),用于与机床上适当形成的相配驱动联接件(未示出)连接,以提供从机床上刀具驱动电动机18(图5)到刀具6的驱动扭矩。驱动联接件16可通过任何适当装置连接到刀具心轴8,较佳的方式(图4,移除了盖)是通过从驱动联接件16朝向第二端12延伸的轴20、齿轮22和连接到心轴8的非刀具端的齿带24。齿带24较佳地位于心轴组件2的第二端12附近。
心轴组件还包括一个或多个(较佳的是两个)冷却剂分配歧管26,每个歧管具有连接到其上的一个或多个冷却剂喷嘴28。喷嘴28可以是任何数量和形状以将冷却剂引导至特定刀具和/或工件上的正确位置。冷却剂分配歧管26与位于心轴组件的第一端10处的冷却剂供应连接件30(例如,由史陶比尔公司(Staeubli)制造的)流体连通。在将心轴组件2放置到机器上时,冷却剂供应连接件30与机器上的适当构造的冷却剂连接件连通,由此可在加工期间将冷却剂供应到喷嘴28。
附连联接件14、驱动联接件16和冷却剂供应连接件30都设置成在将心轴组件2安装到机器上时,联接件14,16和冷却剂供应连接件30都同时与机器连接。这样,可方便并快速地插入或移除心轴组件。
心轴组件2较佳的还包括连接件32(例如,由史陶比尔公司(Staeubli)生产的),用于为心轴8内的轴承供应来自机器的润滑剂(例如,空气、油、雾)。如同以上讨论的连接件一样,润滑油连接件32较佳地设置成在将心轴组件2安装到机器上时,同时形成与机器的所有连接。
心轴组件2还较佳地包括用于用于探测心轴8的速度或运动的传感器(较佳的是近程传感器36(图4))的电连接件34。电连接件34与机器中的相配连接件连接,由此将来自传感器36的信号发送到机器上的计算机控制器。同样,如同以上讨论的连接件一样,电连接件34较佳地设置成在将心轴组件2安装到机器上时,同时形成与机器的所有连接。或者,心轴组件可包括发射器,该发射器通过无线传输将检测到的信号和/或来自传感器的信息发送到计算机控制器。
心轴组件2还设有装置38以将刀具和/或加工信息传送到机器计算机控制器。较佳的是,在将心轴组件2安装到机器上时,诸如机器设定参数的信息、粗加工齿型信息、偏置以及具体工件和刀具特定的驱动比自动传送到机器。这种自动传送的较佳方式是将适当的信息存储到传输芯片上,其中在将传输芯片靠近机器上的读取头时由机器读取该信息。已知这种信息传输系统的实例是巴鲁夫(Balluff)芯片信息系统。在本发明中,信息传输装置38较佳地位于心轴组件2的第一端10处,从而使将心轴组件安装到机器上时,会同时将信息传递到其它系统的连接件,如上所述。
在将心轴组件有效地“插入”机器以建立机器和心轴组件之间上述所有心轴组件服务功能的所有连接时,可将本发明的心轴组件2方便地并快速地装到机器上。本发明的组件提供了使用具有多个相同心轴组件(即相同设置的联接件和连接件)的单个机器的机会,由此可在机器上方便且快速地更换组件。可出于很多原因而进行这种更换,其中有提供适合于特定砂轮直径、工件尺寸或工件几何形状的不同直径(例如15mm、30mm、45mm)的心轴。

技术人员会认识到,为了使本发明的心轴组件2可操作地配合机床,所述机床必须构造有与心轴组件的联接件和连接件对准和连接的服务功能连接件。这些机器服务功能连接件可设计为新机器的整体部分。现有的机器可能需要更改以形成服务功能的正确对准和连接。在特定的应用无需心轴组件的所有连接件的情况下,相应机器仍应当容纳这种并非必需的连接件而使心轴组件能够适当安装到机器上。例如,即使没有与这种连接件连通的相应服务供应管线,也可提供机器连接件。或者,形成在机器表面上的空腔可用于容纳心轴组件上不使用的连接件。
尽管参照研磨方法和刀具(例如,砂轮)讨论了本发明,但本发明的心轴组件并不限于研磨应用,也适用于其它切削机器和刀具。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于机床的可更换心轴组件,所述组件包括:
第一端和第二端;
组件附连联接件,可连接到所述机床;
刀具心轴,具有预定的心轴直径;
心轴驱动联接件,可连接到所述机床的驱动机构,所述驱动联接件与所述刀具心轴连通,由此所述驱动联接件的旋转引起所述刀具心轴的旋转;
至少一个冷却剂分配歧管,所述歧管通过所述组件上的冷却剂连接件与所述机床上的冷却剂供应源可连接;
由此,在将所述心轴组件安装到所述机床上时,所述组件附连联接件、所述心轴驱动联接件和所述冷却剂连接件与所述机床上的相配连接件对准并同时连接到所述机床上的相配连接件,所述组件附连联接件、所述心轴驱动联接件、所述冷却剂连接件和所述刀具心轴位于所述组件的第一端上。

6.如权利要求1所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,所述组件还包括刀具和加工信息存储装置,在将所述存储装置设置在靠近所述机床上的信息接受器处时,所述存储装置中的信息可传输到所述机床。
7.如权利要求6所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,所述信息存储装置位于所述组件的第一端上。
8.如权利要求6所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,所述信息存储装置包括传输芯片。
9.如权利要求1所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,砂轮设置在所述刀具心轴上。
10.如权利要求1所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,切削刀具设置在所述刀具心轴上。
11.如权利要求1所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,所述心轴驱动联接件通过轴、齿轮和齿带连接到所述刀具心轴。
12.如权利要求11所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,所述齿带位于所述心轴组件的所述第二端处。
13.如权利要求1所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,还包括与位于装载/卸载装置上的夹持装置配合的装载/卸载适配器。
14.如权利要求1所述的心轴组件,其特征在于,还包括探测所述刀具心轴的运动和旋转速度中的至少一个并提供其表示信号的装置,其中所述表示信号通过无线连接传送至所述机床。
