技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将刮水片与刮水器的刮水臂铰接连接的装置。
背景技术
由WO 02/40328 A1公开了一种这样的装置。该装置包括金属夹钳形式的连接件、塑料转接器以及与刮水臂固定连接的连接元件。连接件借助于夹钳和/或通过焊接固定在两根平行延伸的弹簧条形式的刮水片支承件上。连接件具有u形的横截面轮廓，其中侧壁从与支承件相邻的底板件开始离开支承件弯曲大约90°。在侧壁中设有开口，轴承螺栓不可相对转动地置入该开口中。在该轴承螺栓上可回转地支承着具有套筒的转接器，该转接器从侧面引入连接件的侧壁之间。转接器具有定位件与保持件，转接器通过该定位件和保持件夹紧在连接元件的朝刮水片敞开的轮廓中。在装配位置中，连接元件从外侧不仅搭接转接器，而且搭接连接件的侧壁。在刮水过程中，由于刮水臂与刮水片之间的相对运动，在连接元件的内侧与连接件的外侧之间会互相接触。因为这两个部件通常由金属制成，所以在这种情况下会产生很大的摩擦，此外由此也会破坏防腐蚀性。
相类似的用于将刮水片与刮水臂铰接连接的装置是较早的专利申请DE 103 47 637.7的主题。在此金属夹钳形式的连接件具有中间的纵向连接片，该纵向连接片离开刮水片支承件地指向，并且在该纵向连接片中不可相对转动地置入横向延伸的回转轴。回转轴朝纵向连接片两侧悬伸地凸出，在该回转轴上可回转地支承着具有轴承口的转接器，该轴承口设置在侧面的弹簧舌中。由塑料制成的转接器从外面包围金属夹钳，并且借助于定位元件与保持元件夹紧在朝刮水片敞开的连接元件中，该连接元件与刮水臂固定连接。转接器一方面通过内部的导向连接片在侧面在金属夹钳上导引，并且另一方面在其侧壁处无缝隙地置入连接元件中。塑料转接器由此将连接元件与连接件脱耦，这样保证了优良的抗腐蚀性能以及微小的摩擦损失。
发明内容
根据本发明，转接器的侧壁的一部分从外面遮盖连接件的侧壁，而侧壁的另一部分向内偏置地从内部遮盖连接件的侧壁。在按本发明的装置中，在连接件形状非常稳定的情况下实现了这一点，即塑料转接器将连接件与连接元件脱耦，其中连接件通常作为金属夹钳固定在刮水片上，连接元件通常由金属制成并与刮水臂固定连接，因此在刮水运动过程中相对运动的部件之间的滑动摩擦是微小的，而且金属部件腐蚀的危险也同样得到减小。
根据本发明的一种设计方案，转接器的外面的侧壁布置在端面附近，从而获得转接器相对于刮水臂连接元件的较大的支撑基础，并且也使刮水片导向精确。除此之外，外面的侧壁在每个纵侧面上都具有轴承口，该轴承口支承在轴承螺栓的向外凸出的螺栓头上。侧壁在轴承口的区域中向外弹性变形到这种程度，使得轴承口在装配时可以夹紧在螺栓头上。此外对于转接器在连接件上的支承有利的是，转接器具有朝轴承螺栓敞开的套筒，该套筒在装配时夹紧在轴承螺栓上。
根据本发明的另一种设计方案，内部的侧壁具有向内弹性的定位元件。该定位元件在转接器的纵向方向上看布置在设置在端面附近的外部的侧壁之间，并且穿过连接件的侧壁之间的缺口。定位元件与在连接元件侧壁上的保持元件共同作用。此外转接器在其顶板上可以具有带有按键的弹簧舌，该按键在装配状态下嵌入连接元件顶板中的开口中。由此将转接器在纵向上相对于连接元件固定。
连接件纵侧面的侧壁支撑在对置的侧壁的轴承螺栓上。为了提高连接件的形状稳定性，有利的是将连接件的侧壁在其面向刮水臂的一侧向内弯曲，并且形成端壁。

具体实施方式
对于刮水片12仅仅示出了两根平行延伸的弹簧条形式的支承件14。金属夹钳形式的连接件16例如通过焊接和/或借助夹钳24与弹簧条固定在一起。夹钳在侧面成型在底板件22上。连接件16具有基本上为u形的横截面轮廓，其中在每个纵侧面上，两个侧壁26、28从底板件22开始离开支承件14大约弯曲90°。在连接件16的纵侧面的侧壁26、28之间设置了缺口36。指向刮水片12的自由端的侧壁26支承着轴承螺栓30。该轴承螺栓30以轴承头32在侧面向外突出超过侧壁26。位于转接器18另一端的侧壁28在驱动侧的端部向内弯曲大约90°并构成端壁34。
转接器18可回转地支承在连接件16上。在外面的侧壁38中的轴承口42即用于此，该外面的侧壁38部分遮盖连接件16的侧壁26，并且在装配时，该外面的侧壁38向外弹性变形到这种程度，使得可以将斜的螺栓头32卡入该轴承口42中。此外转接器18还具有一个朝轴承螺栓30敞开的套筒52，该套筒52在装配时夹紧在轴承螺栓30上。
在另一端，转接器18在每个纵侧面上都具有另一个侧壁40，该侧壁在外面至少部分覆盖连接件16的侧壁28。在外面的侧壁38、40之间延伸着向内偏置了连接件16的板厚的内部侧壁44，从而将连接件16的侧壁26、28嵌入内侧壁44与外侧壁38、40之间。内侧壁44具有向内弹性的弹簧舌46作为定位元件，该定位元件具有沿装配方向70向外指向的斜面48。弹簧舌46通过侧面的空隙50与内部的侧壁44部分隔开。
在转接器18的顶板54上，在弹簧舌56旁边有具有止动面60的按键58。该按键58与位于连接元件20的顶板64中的开口62共同作用，该连接元件固定地与刮水臂10连接。在装配状态下，按键58将转接器18在纵向方向上相对于连接元件20固定，具体方法是按键58通过止动面60支撑在开口62的边缘上。
连接元件20具有基本上为u形的横截面轮廓，并且具有顶板64与两个侧壁66，在该侧壁66上向内成型了朝向转接器18的保持元件68，该保持元件68与弹簧舌46共同作用。
在装配时，转接器沿装配方向70的方向压到连接件16上，其中轴承螺栓30卡入套筒52，并且螺栓头32卡入轴承口42。然后沿装配方向70移动连接元件20，其中保持元件68在斜面48上滑动，并且将弹簧舌46向内挤压。在最终位置中，弹簧舌46与保持元件68咬合。与此同时，按键58压入开口62中并由此将转接器18沿纵向方向相对于连接元件20固定。
在图2中示出了刮水片12的拆卸。在操作按键58后可以将转接器18连同刮水片12从连接元件20中拉出，其中弹簧舌46在保持元件68上滑动。当然可以反向于拆卸方向72将转接器18装入连接元件20中。在此不必将弹簧舌46在转接器上构造成弹性的。

Claims (9)
