钢水流中熔渣检测装置
技术领域
本发明涉及炼钢连铸过程中钢水流中熔渣的检测装置。
技术背景
在炼钢连铸工艺中,钢水从一个容器转移到另一个容器的过程中会有熔渣进入钢水流中。为了控制和减少熔渣从一个容器转入到另一个容器中的量,需要对钢水流中出现的熔渣进行检测。现有的检测方法一般采用摄像法,利用钢水中的熔渣的长波发射率高于同温度钢水的发射率的原理判断钢水中熔渣的含量。专利US6129888提出用8-14μm的长波红外摄像器件,US6562285B1提出用波长小于4μm(短波红外)的电荷耦合器件(CCD),Land InstrumentsInternational Ltd提出用工作波长为3.9μm的FTI6红外热像仪。这些技术的工作波长都处于红外范围,其缺点在于,红外摄像器件的价格均比较高,使用寿命也不够长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种价低寿长并保证熔渣与钢水图像对比度的钢水流中熔渣的检测装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,摄像器中的镜头及电荷耦合器件为广泛用于可见光摄像的普通光学器件。
摄像器中安装只允许红外波透过的滤光片。
尽管普通光学器件对红外波的灵敏度较低,但温度达到约1650℃的钢水和熔渣的红外发射率较高,只要利用滤光片将波长短于红外的过滤掉,应用这些器件能够获得可处理的数字图像,而且图像中熔渣与钢水的亮度比等于它们的发射率的比值,亦即对比度与应用红外摄像器件的一致。

具体实施方式
本发明的一个实施例如图1所示。转炉(1)绕轴(2)旋转使炉中的钢水由出钢口(3)流到大包(5)中。摄像器(6)对着钢水流(4)摄像。摄像器中的电荷耦合器件(6a)和镜头(6b)是广泛用于可见光摄像的普通光学器件,质量和使用寿命均有保证。摄像器中的滤光片(6c)只透过红外波,在本实施例中是8-14μm的红外波。该波段熔渣的红外发射率与钢水的发射率的比值最大,故本实施例所得熔渣与钢水亮度的对比度与现有长波红外技术的一致而优于现有短波红外技术的。图像信息通过电缆送给计算机(7)对图像中的像素亮度进行分级统计,给出钢水流中熔渣含量的百分比。当熔渣含量超过设定阀值时,控制单元(9)输出启动实施转炉挡渣的信号及报警信号。监视器(8)显示钢水流(4)的图像并将代表熔渣的高亮度像素着色,在本实施例中设置为蓝色。监视器(8)的屏幕右侧用图形高度显示熔渣含量的百分比。

Claims (2)

1.一种检测钢水流中熔渣的装置,它由摄像器、计算机、监视器和控制单元组成,其特征在于,摄像器中的镜头和电荷耦合器件为用于可见光摄像的普通光学器件。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,摄像器中设有只允许红外波透过的滤光片。
