Abstract

本发明涉及一种尺寸紧凑且以低成本制造的隔膜式真空泵,该隔膜式真空泵包括:倾斜销,与电动机的转动中心径向地隔开预定距离,并且围绕转动中心转动;翻滚板,与倾斜销相连,并且偏心地上下晃动;以及三点隔膜,与翻滚板结合,并且通过偏心地上下晃动而改变内部体积,其中真空泵根据三点隔膜的内部体积的变化通过重复进气和排气而被应用。

隔膜式真空泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔膜(diaphragm)式真空泵,更具体地,涉及一种真空泵的结构,该真空泵尺寸紧凑,并且可以使用小电动机和隔膜式泵而不使用润滑剂来以低成本制造。
背景技术
真空泵广泛地用于减小容器的内部压力,并且根据用途的各种类型的真空泵在本领域中已为人们所知。
近年来,人们已经认识到,在烹饪过程中当饭煲的内部压力减小时米饭的香味会大大提高。因此,已经开发了可减小电饭煲内部压力的真空泵。
用于减小电饭煲内部压力的真空泵需要满足各种条件,诸如,它应该是无需润滑剂的干燥类型的、它应该被制造成具有紧凑且小尺寸的结构,并应该被设置在电饭煲的壳体中,且制造成本低。
现有技术中已知的紧凑且小尺寸的干燥隔膜式真空泵是一种这样的真空泵,在该真空泵中,连接杆通过偏心轴的转动而往复运动。隔膜通过连接杆的往复运动而被致动以重复进气和排气,并且真空泵包括通过真空泵而往复运动以重复进气和排气的隔膜。
但是,根据上述构造,连接杆的往复运动或者电动机的运转会产生噪声,并且这些结构在获得紧凑结构或者减小尺寸方面受到限制,尤其是难以低成本制造真空泵。
发明内容
因此,本发明的优点是通过减小尺寸、简化结构、以及通过注射模制(injection molding)制造部件而以低成本提供真空泵。
根据本发明的一个方面的隔膜式真空泵包括:销,与电动机的转动中心径向地隔开,并且朝向转动中心倾斜;翻滚板(rollingplate),与销结合;三点隔膜,与翻滚板结合;以及进气和排气阀。根据该隔膜式真空泵,当电动机运转并且倾斜的销围绕电动机的转动轴转动时,翻滚板上下晃动同时以销的倾斜角倾斜,通过该晃动使得三点隔膜重复地上下移动,并且通过由于三点隔膜的运动而产生的内部体积的变化而使得进气和排气重复,从而形成真空。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。
图1是根据本发明实施例的隔膜式真空泵的透视图,图2是图1的分解透视图,图3A是根据本发明实施例的连接有引导环的气口的透视图,图3B是气口的仰视图,图3C是引导环的透视图,以及图4是示出根据本发明实施例的在运转时的进气过程a和排气过程b的原理图。
如图所示,通过顺序地组装电动机1、外壳2、隔膜引导件3、气口(airport)4、盖5、螺钉6、和螺栓7来形成真空泵,并且与电动机1的轴相连的固定装置8设置在壳体2中。
与翻滚板9结合的三点隔膜10设置在隔膜引导件3中,并且进气阀11和引导环12与气口4结合。
朝向转动中心倾斜的倾斜销13在与转动中心保持预定距离的位置处被固定在与电动机1的轴相连的固定装置8中。
倾斜销13被插在形成于翻滚板9的中心处的插入孔中,并且通过固定装置8的转动使倾斜销13围绕转动中心转动,从而使得翻滚板9偏心地上下晃动。
具体地,当翻滚板9的一侧与转动中心垂直时,另一侧从转动中心倾斜,从而翻滚板9对与翻滚板9结合的三点隔膜10加压或者减压。
当翻滚板9与转动中心垂直时,三点隔膜10被加压,并且当翻滚板9从转动中心倾斜时,三点隔膜10被减压。
当三点隔膜10的内部体积减小时,内部空气通过形成在引导环12的插入壁的一侧处的排气通道14来推动排气阀15,接着内部空气通过排气孔16从排气口17排出。相反地,当内部体积增大时,流过形成在盖5处的进气口18的空气通过进气阀11沿着形成在气口4的上表面上的槽19流入到三点隔膜10中。
三点隔膜10、进气阀11、和排气阀15由柔性材料形成,以使它们可在外力作用下容易变形,并且三点隔膜10和排气阀15一体形成。
引导环12被固定在形成于气口4的底部上的插入槽21中,从而通过插入壁形成的排气通道14面对排气孔16并且接触从三点隔膜10延伸到排气通道14外部的排气阀15。因此,在进气过程中,排气阀15通过接触排气通道14而被关闭,而在排气过程中,该排气阀通过空气压力而被推动以排出空气。
另外,引导环12通过将三点隔膜10的外侧强有力地压靠在隔膜引导件3的壁上而防止三点隔膜10的外壁内侧由于进气过程中的负压而发生变形。
另外,提供凸起部20,该凸起部接触在隔膜引导件3下方偏心晃动的翻滚板9的中心;因此,可以在三点隔膜10的进气过程中防止翻滚板被向上吸。
如上所述,根据本发明的实施例,电动机1的每两次转动可以实现泵的三个循环;因此,可以利用紧凑的结构有效地形成真空。
如上所述,本发明提供一种装有隔膜的真空泵,该真空泵以低成本制造并且在紧凑尺寸下有效运转。

Claims (3)

1.一种隔膜式真空泵,包括:
倾斜销,其与电动机的转动中心径向地隔开预定距离,并且围绕所述转动中心转动;
翻滚板,其与所述倾斜销相连接,并且偏心地上下晃动的;以及
三点隔膜,其与所述翻滚板结合,并且设置在隔膜引导件与气口之间,
其中,真空泵根据所述三点隔膜的内部体积的变化通过重复进气和排气过程而被应用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜式真空泵,其中,从所述隔膜引导件的中心突出的凸起部接触所述翻滚板的晃动中心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜式真空泵,其中,所述三点隔膜的外侧通过被插入于所述气口中的引导环而与所述隔膜引导件的壁紧密接触。
