Abstract

本发明涉及一种车、船助燃多级泵,其采用的技术方案是:各磁钢片之间形成相斥的磁场。由于各磁钢片之间形成相斥的磁场,燃油流过由这些磁钢片构成的迷宫式燃油通道过程中能够被充分的磁化激活,雾化成分子团颗粒很小的油雾,在不增加长度尺寸的情况下,使节油效率得到大幅度提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机节油环保装置,特别涉及一种由多个磁钢片与内胆支架之间的间隙构成迷宫式燃油通道的车、船助燃多级泵。 
背景技术
在车、船用汽油机、柴油机等内燃机中,为了节约能源、降低尾气对环境的污染,需要在燃油管路上安装内燃机节油环保装置,利用该装置改变燃油的物理性能,使其能够充分燃烧,达到节油、减少废气排放量、减轻对大气污染的目的。 
目前,在汽油机、柴油机等内燃机中公开使用的助燃多级泵包括外壳、端盖、安装在外壳内的内胆支架、在内胆支架内沿内胆支架长度方向径向交错间隔排列的磁钢片;所述的磁钢片轴向充磁,各磁钢片分别从内胆支架圆周上方向相对的两个长条形孔伸入内胆支架,形成相吸的磁场,并且在远离长条形孔的一侧磁钢片与内胆支架留有间隙,各磁钢片与内胆支架之间的间隙构成迷宫式燃油通道。燃油流过迷宫式燃油通道过程中被磁钢片形成的磁场磁化激活,雾化成分子团颗粒很小的油雾,经雾化后的燃油燃烧比较彻底,使燃油能够得到较充分的利用。这种助燃多级泵要想提高节油效率,就必须加大其长度尺寸,以增加磁钢片的数量使燃油得到更充分的雾化。然而,受内燃机结构尺寸的限制,助燃多级泵采用的磁钢片数量也受到限制,其节油效率很难得到提高。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有较高节油效率的车、船助燃多级泵。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的车、船助燃多级泵包括外壳、端盖、安装在外壳内的内胆支架、在内胆支架内沿内胆支架长度方向径向交错间隔排列的磁钢片;各磁钢片之间形成相斥的磁场。 
本发明由于各磁钢片之间形成相斥的磁场,燃油流过由这些磁钢片构成的迷宫式燃油通道过程中能够被更加充分的磁化激活,雾化成分子团颗粒很小的油雾,在不增加甚至缩短长度尺寸,减少磁钢片数量的情况下,使节油效率得到大幅度提高;各磁钢片形成的磁场磁力线不外泄,对内燃机的其他部件不产生任何影响,进一步保证了内燃机的质量。 
由于所述的各磁钢片之间形成相斥的磁场,在安装时需要用两个横截面为圆弧形的刚性壳体扣在内胆支架加工有长条形孔的侧面,并对其施加径向作用力,使磁钢片保持在内胆支架内部,再对内胆支架施加纵向作用力将其压入外壳。该刚性壳体的内径应大于或等于内胆支架的外径。 
所述的磁钢片可以采用下述两种排列方式: 
当磁钢片的数量为偶数时,各磁钢片沿内胆支架长度方向径向交错等间距间隔排列。 
当磁钢片的数量为奇数时,由内胆支架上相对的两个长条形孔伸入的两个相邻磁钢片构成一对,每对磁钢片之间等间距间隔排列,单独的一个磁钢片靠近进油口。

具体实施方式
实施例1(本实施例磁钢片数量为偶数) 
本发明的车、船助燃多级泵包括外壳1、端盖2、内胆支架3和磁钢片。如图1所示,磁钢片51与磁钢片61由内胆支架3相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第一对磁钢片;磁钢片53与磁钢片63由内胆支架3相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第二对磁钢片。磁钢片51的磁极52与磁钢片61的磁极62同为N极或者S极,磁钢片53的磁极54与磁钢片63的磁极64同为N极或者S极;这样磁钢片51与磁钢片61之间、磁钢片53与磁钢片63之间、磁钢片61与磁钢片53之间形成的磁场都是相斥的磁场。 
实施例2(本实施例磁钢片数量为奇数) 
本发明的车、船助燃多级泵包括外壳1、端盖2、内胆支架3和磁钢片。如图2所示,磁钢片71与磁钢片81由内胆支架3相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第一对磁钢片;磁钢片73与磁钢片83由内胆支架3相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第二对磁钢片;磁钢片81和磁钢片73在内胆支架3上的同一侧,内胆支架3另一侧与磁钢片81和磁钢片73中间位置相应处的长条形孔(即实施例1中安装磁钢片53的长条形孔)不安装磁钢片。磁钢片71的磁极72与磁钢片81的磁极82同为N极或者S极;磁钢片73的磁极74与磁钢片83的磁极84同为N极或者S极。这样磁钢片71与磁钢片81之间、磁钢片73与磁钢片83之间、磁钢片81与磁钢片73之间形成的磁场都是相斥的磁场。磁钢片79靠近进油口安装。 
在该实施例中,由于每对磁钢片与相邻的另一对磁钢片之间的距离增加,燃油在流过迷宫式燃油通道时被磁钢片形成的磁场雾化过程比较缓慢,因而车、船在启动时加速比较缓慢,减小了启动时的冲击。 
实施例3(本实施例磁钢片数量为奇数) 
本发明的车、船助燃多级泵包括外壳1、端盖2、内胆支架3、油嘴4和磁钢片。如图3所示,磁钢片91与磁钢片101由内胆支架3相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第一对磁钢片;磁钢片93与磁钢片103由内胆支架3相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第二对磁钢片。磁钢片91的磁极92与磁钢片101的磁极102同为N极或者S极,磁钢片93的磁极94与磁钢片103的磁极104同为N极或者S极;这样磁钢片91与磁钢片101之间、磁钢片93与磁钢片103之间、磁钢片101与磁钢片93之间形成的磁场都是相斥的磁场。磁钢片99靠近进油口安装。 
对于排量为1.6的内燃机,采用现有技术需要使用10片磁钢片,其节油效率为5%。采用本发明后,磁钢片只需采用8片或者7片,节油效率就可以提高1倍左右,节油效率得到了大幅度提高。 

Claims (1)

1.一种车、船助燃多级泵,包括外壳、端盖、安装在外壳内的内胆支架、在内胆支架内沿内胆支架长度方向径向交错间隔排列的磁钢片,其特征在于所述的各磁钢片之间形成相斥的磁场;第一磁钢片(71)与第二磁钢片(81)由内胆支架(3)相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第一对磁钢片;第三磁钢片(73)与第四磁钢片(83)由内胆支架(3)相对的两个长条形孔伸入,构成第二对磁钢片,第二磁钢片(81)和第三磁钢片(73)在内胆支架(3)上的同一侧,内胆支架(3)另一侧与第二磁钢片(81)和第三磁钢片(73)中间位置相应处的长条形孔不安装磁钢片;第一磁钢片(71)与第二磁钢片(81)之间、第三磁钢片(73)与第四磁钢片(83)之间、第二磁钢片(81)与第三磁钢片(73)之间形成的磁场都是相斥的磁场,依此类推。
