Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于将电缆的屏蔽层连接到插塞连接器上的接触元件。
背景技术
为了使屏蔽电缆的屏蔽层简单地接触在一个要屏蔽的电干扰信号的插塞连接器上,需要这类接触元件。
已知多种插塞连接器,其中一电缆或导体的屏蔽编织层与一个待屏蔽的插塞连接器壳体相接触。
其中建议不同的机械装置,由DE4137355 C2已知一个用于屏蔽电缆的电插塞连接器,其中为了在 电缆屏蔽层与壳体之间的电连接设置一个导电的弹性件。
由DE9015056 U1已知一在防水、抗高频的实施方式中的电圆形插头。其中电缆的屏蔽层放在一导电的屏蔽衬套上,其中屏蔽层借助一个周围的密封环通过一个夹紧筐在与螺纹衬套的旋紧过程中压到屏蔽衬套上。
缺点在于,对于电接触大多数需要一个额外的构件,其另外地单独供应,在安装时容易遗漏或者丢失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,这样地构造一种用于插塞连接器的接触,使得对于使用者来说能够简单地将屏蔽层连接到插塞连接器上,其中接触元件不可丢失地与插塞连接器相连。
该目的通过以下措施解决,即在一空的缺口中,与一圆柱形构成的、不导电的电缆引导件的凸缘区域邻接地设置一可部分打开的、导电的壁部分。
本发明的有利的构造在权利要求2-5给出。
对于必须防止外部电磁干扰影响的信号的数据传输相应的可屏蔽的插塞连接是必不可少的。
对于已经长时间制造的带圆形插头的插头系统来说,将开发一连接环的可更换的变形,它使得电缆的屏蔽层简单地安装在这种插头上成为可能。
为此,一此外称为“连接环”的电缆引导件设置在插头衬套里,设有一可侧向松开的壁部分,其中电缆引导件由一种绝缘的材料制成,而壁部分由一种导电的材料制成并且有利地可与电缆引导件卡锁。
壁部分是大致半圆形的、根据套管形的电缆引导件制成,设有一摇杆,该摇杆可插入到电缆引导件的内部,并在那里被卡锁。但有利地可以朝外的进行翻转运动。因此还有一优点是,通过这个可以松开的壁部分形成一漏斗状的通道,其使电缆的穿线更容易。
在将电导体穿入电缆引导件中的相应的导体通道后,又将壁部分锁住,并且形成一可推入插头衬套中的单元。
此外,在凸缘区域中成形指向电缆引导件的圆柱形主体的中心的、倒圆的肋条。其中一个肋条成形在电缆引导件的不导电的部件上的和至少一个对置设置的凸出部成形在导电的壁部分中。
借助于导电的由两个肋条形成的凸出部,经由电缆屏蔽层传递的接量信号继续传输到同样导电的环绕的插头衬套上。

具体实施方式
图1以部分相互分开的视图示出了一插塞连接器7,其包括一电缆6、一套装在电缆上的锁紧螺母5、一密封部件4和一也称为连接环的电缆引导件1以及一插塞接触元件3,在插塞接触元件中设置在这里没有画出的电触点。
电缆引导件1在其内部具有多个特殊形状的穿孔13,在一穿孔中分别穿入一根电的单导线,该单导线又与一电触点接触。
此外,为电缆引导件1配设一构成为壁部分2的接触元件,其占据电缆引导件的一个空的半圆,并且可以绕一锐角的棱边29在电缆引导件中的空的缺口的角区域中径向向外翻转。
为了打开壁部分,需要一由锐角的棱边29构成的球形的具有30°楔角的双角28,其中壁部分借助于一插入到电缆引导件1内的摇杆24可旋转地支承。
图2示出了连接元件1的透视图,其中可以看到内部结构的一部分。
整体被成型为圆形体的连接元件1在此上部分具有一个凸缘。凸缘半体10由连接元件1形成,而第二凸缘半体20由金属的壁部分2形成。
在此,在凸缘区域中的壁部分与连接元件的凸缘20相同地制成,从而又形成了一个圆形,在该圆形中又设置两个槽11、21。在槽中分别可插入一可套装在凸缘上的密封部件4的卡锁突起41。
在圆形体的内部,在两个半体的每一个上设置至少一个指向内部空间的成圆形的肋条14、21,其中在这里设置两个肋条22,对称于所述两个肋条地设置对置的肋条14。
总体来说,内部结构示出一个大致矩形成形的电缆孔12,其具有一些穿孔13。
在此,在电缆孔12内部设置两个穿孔13,在所述穿孔中分别穿入一根电的单导线61,而绝缘的电缆屏蔽层插入电缆孔12中并且借助两个肋条14、22固定,如图3所示,还示出一个向外翻转的壁部分。
在图4中示出了一个具有壁部分2的电缆引导件1在闭合状态下的透视图。电缆引导件具有一个大致中间的纵截面,从而摇杆24的功能一目了然。
在电缆引导件1中设置一个贯穿的矩形孔16。壁部分2以摇杆24插入该矩形孔中。在此首先为了沿垂线引导摇杆,在摇杆24上成形两个卡锁棱边26,所述卡锁棱边26沿两个在矩形孔16中的卡锁棱边18滑动。
相应地推入摇杆,并且摇杆以一凸出部25卡锁在矩形孔16中的卡锁凸肩17的后面。
如图5所示,如果闭合的壁部分2径向朝外拉或压,在矩形孔16中的摇杆24经由锐角的棱边29在电缆引导件1的自由空间19中翻转。
在此摇杆上的卡锁棱边26越过矩形孔16中的卡锁棱边18,其中壁部分2可在0°和30°度之间的任意位置自由地运动,但保持在电缆引导件中。
在壁部分2打开的状态,可以简单地安装电缆6。
在安装带插塞连接器的电缆时,首先将锁紧螺母5然后将密封部分4套装在电缆6的端部。然后电的单导线61的管线以及屏蔽层62的部分区域留空。
然后将电线61插入在电缆引导件1中的相应的穿孔13中,直到屏蔽层定位在肋条14和22之间的电缆孔12区域中。
紧接着将壁部分2闭合,并且将密封部件4与电缆引导件1接合,其中各一个相应的相对置成形的卡锁凸起41卡锁在卡锁槽11、21中,电缆引导件和密封部分成为一个单元。
在取出从电缆引导件的穿孔13伸出的芯线端之后,相连的单元被推入插塞接触元件3中,并且通过锁紧螺母5拧紧。在此电的单导线夹紧在插头接触元件3 内的相应的刀形端子触点(Schneidklemmkontakten)中,并且通过金属的壁部分2和对应插头上的压紧螺栓5实现将电缆屏蔽层连接到金属插塞接触元件3上。

Claims (5)
1.用于将一电缆的屏蔽层连接到插塞连接器(7)上的接触元件,其中在一个空的缺口中,与一构成圆柱形的不导电的电缆引导件(1)的凸缘区域(10)邻接地设置一可部分打开的导电的壁部分(2)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的接触元件,其特征在于,在壁部分(2)上成形一个摇杆(24),该摇杆可插入到电缆引导件(1)中的相应的孔(16)中,其中壁部分(2)可以径向翻转,经由一虚拟的旋转轴线(29)可向外打开。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的接触元件,其特征在于,在壁部分(2)上,在与电缆引导件(1)相邻接的表面上设置一斜面(23)。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的接触元件,其特征在于,壁部分(2)的摇杆(24)可通过在电缆引导件(1)的孔(16)中设置的卡锁凸肩(17)锁定。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的接触元件,其特征在于,设置指向电缆引导件(1)的内部空间(12)的肋条(14,22),以便固定和接触电缆(6)的屏蔽层(62),其中一肋条(14)成形在电缆引导件(1)上,而至少一个肋条(22)成形在壁部分(2)上。
