Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体分配器喷嘴以及包括该喷嘴的分配器装置。
更具体地,本发明涉及一种流体分配器,其包含刚性支架、穿过该刚性支架的流体通道、以及由弹性体制成并围绕刚性支架的环形密封件。所述环形密封件提供有适于只要流体从所述通道未达到受压时关闭通道的唇缘。
背景技术
文献WO-A-0026007描述了该分配器喷嘴的例子,其中支架和密封件合作以限定出口通道。
令人遗憾的是,该文献中描述的分配器喷嘴受到下面缺点的困扰:密封件仅在所述密封件的一端固定在喷嘴的支架上。
发明内容
本发明的特定目的是减轻该缺点并因而将密封件更牢固地固定在刚性支架上。
为此,根据本发明,所讨论的类型的分配器喷嘴的特征在于,刚性支架包含环形的并且在内部限定流体通道的侧壁,所述侧壁沿中心轴在第一和第二端之间延伸,并且所述刚性支架还包括在侧壁的第二端关闭流体通道的端壁,所述端壁提供有由密封件的唇缘覆盖的至少一个孔。
依靠这些特征,密封件紧配合在支架的侧壁的整个外表面上,从而使所述密封件能够更牢固地固定在支架上。此外,密封件由于冷却后的收缩而总是受到一定量的弹性预应力,从而保证其为了固定在支架上而紧配合。
此外,密封件在支架的侧壁上和端壁上直接成型,从而容易制造喷嘴。
在本发明的装置的不同实施方式中,也可以利用一个或多个下面的特征:
·侧壁的第一端提供有向外径向突起的突部;
·密封件从第一端到第二端覆盖支架的侧壁,并且提供有突部向外突出所通过的至少一个狭槽;这些特征可以用机械联结来加强密封件和支架之间的联结;
·侧壁的第一端提供有向外径向突出且环形分布在侧壁上的多个突部。
·端壁提供有向外突出的立柱并且密封件以下面的方式覆盖端壁,即当立柱处于关闭位置时,其填充由密封件的唇缘限定的中心开口;
·端壁提供有环形分布在立柱周围的三个孔;
·密封件成型在支架上;
·支架由热塑材料制成并且密封件由不粘附在支架的热塑材料上的热塑材料制成;以及
·支架由聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(polybutylene terephthalate)制成,并且密封件由热塑硅树脂制成。
本发明还提供了一种流体分配器装置,包括:提供有在具有环形壁的喷嘴凹槽中开放并向外打开的流体管路的分配器头;以及啮合在所述喷嘴凹槽中的分配器喷嘴,所述密封件适于被凹槽的环形壁和支架之间的压缩固定。

图1示出了被设计用来分配特别是具有液体或半液体粘稠度的例如化妆品等的流体分配器装置10。
分配器装置10包括包含流体、可选的是受压(under pressure)流体的储备瓶12,以及由储备瓶12携带并提供有喷嘴14的分配器头13或推动部件,所述喷嘴14适于在流体被用到时提供流体。
如图2所示,分配器头13具有主体16,所述主体16可以由例如热塑合成材料一体成型,特别是聚丙烯等材料。主体16用金属或其他的装饰层18覆盖。
例如,所述主体16可以包括顶面20(其在此处考虑的例子中是突起的)和以基本上垂直的轴Z为中心的基本上圆柱形的侧缘22。在侧缘22的中心,头的主体16可以进一步包括管状壁24,所述管状壁24从顶面20到自由端关于轴Z向下延伸,同时限定内井26,在内井26中可以啮合泵或阀(未示出)的空心操纵杆。

支架34由塑料材料,特别是例如聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)的热塑材料一体成型。
支架34可以是环形的,并且更具体地可以是以轴X’为中心并从第一端38延伸到第二端39的基本上圆柱形的套筒。支架34包括环形侧壁42和设置在第二端39的端壁40。端壁40以基本上垂直于中心轴X的平面延伸。环形侧壁42在内部限定形成在支架中的通道44。所述通道44向在端壁40中提供的三个孔46开放。
端壁40还提供有立柱48。立柱48关于中心轴X’圆形对称并向外轴向延伸。孔46环形分布在立柱48周围。
在第一端38的附近,支架的侧壁42可以提供有向外径向突出的环形缘50。例如,缘50可以具有向内径向集中的背面52以及基本上垂直于轴X’的正面54。
密封件36可以由选择的弹性体(热塑材料)制成,从而所述密封件36不粘附到支架34的材料上,仅仅在其上模塑成型。例如,密封件36可以由热塑硅树脂制成,特别是液态硅橡胶(LSR)。
在此处考虑的例子中,密封件36为环形并且成型在支架34的侧壁42上。在该位置,由于当密封件36冷却时收缩的现象,所述密封件紧配合在所述壁42上,从而使其更牢固地固定在支架34上。密封件36还提供有与支架34的端壁40弹性邻接的唇缘56。提供在端壁40中的孔46被密封件的唇缘56覆盖,从而避免在使用装置的场合之间,流体在孔46中淤塞和变干。
立柱48和密封件36形成为使得当流体不受压时密封件36的唇缘56挤压在端壁40上并且立柱48填充由密封件的唇缘56限定的中心开口。优选地,当流体不受压时,立柱48的外端和密封件的唇缘56形成基本上平整的表面。
覆盖端壁40的密封件的厚度大约在0.3毫米(mm)到0.5mm的范围内,即,该厚度适于为喷嘴中的通道提供相对于外部的密封,并且适于移开以提供流体,这点将在下面描述。
喷嘴通过力啮合在分配器头13中的凹槽30中,从而喷嘴的中心轴X’基本上与凹槽的中心轴X’重合。因而,密封件36与分配器头13的主体的材料直接接触。密封件36啮合在分配器头13的主体的壁和支架34的侧壁42之间。在该啮合过程中,支架34的环形缘50使主体16的材料局部变型,所述材料比支架的材料更柔软。通过缘50的形状便于该啮合,所述缘50锚定在头的主体的材料中,从而将喷嘴14固定不动。
上述装置如下进行操作。不使用时,密封件36以气密的方式关闭,孔46终止流体通道44,从而避免所述流体在分配器头13内部和喷嘴14内部变干。当用户手动按压头13时,该按压使得安装在储备瓶12上的泵或阀的空心杆向下移动,从而通过井26、通过管路28、并通过喷嘴14的通道44提供受压的液体,从而密封件的唇缘56弹性地从立柱48移开,使得流体通过。在提供流体的结束时,密封件36立即返回并挤压在端壁40上。
在本发明的第二实施方式中,支架提供有向外径向突出的至少一个突部58。例如,支架可以提供有环形分布在侧壁上的三个突部,并且密封件36从第一端38到第二端39覆盖支架的侧壁42。密封件提供有狭槽60,通过狭槽60,突部58向外突出。依靠这些特征,因为避免了密封件36沿轴X’平移地移动,所以密封件36被简单而牢固地固定在支架34上,。此外,突部58可以用作额外的紧固件,用于通过为喷嘴的缘50提供由锚定在分配器头的主体的材料中的突部构成的机械联结而将喷嘴紧固在喷嘴凹槽30中。
Claims (11)
1.一种流体分配器喷嘴,包括:
刚性支架(34);
穿过刚性支架(34)的流体通道(44);以及
环形的密封件(36),围绕刚性支架(34),并且提供有适于只要流体从所述通道(44)未达到受压时关闭通道(44)的唇缘(56);
所述流体分配器喷嘴的特征在于,刚性支架(34)包括环形的并且在内部限定通道(44)的侧壁(42),所述侧壁(42)沿中心轴(X’)在第一端和第二端之间延伸;并且
所述刚性支架(34)还包括在侧壁(42)的第二端关闭流体通道(44)的端壁(40),所述端壁(40)提供有由密封件(36)的唇缘(56)覆盖的至少一个孔(46),并且
其中所述唇缘还包括中心开口,并且其中所述唇缘的没有包括所述中心开口的部分覆盖所述端壁的所述至少一个孔并以弹性邻接的方式啮合所述端壁的围绕所述至少一个孔的部分,以便只要流体从所述通道未达到受压则关闭所述至少一个孔和通道,
其中该密封件(36)模塑成型在支架(34)上,该支架(34)由热塑材料制成,并且该密封件(36)由当模塑成型在支架(34)上时不会粘附到支架(34)的热塑材料上的热塑材料制成,所述密封件的热塑材料适于在所述密封件在模塑成型在支架上之后被冷却时收缩在该支架上,从而所述密封件通过紧配合被牢固地固定在支架上。
