Abstract

本发明公开了一种无排放式废气处理装置,该装置是一个只有输入口的容器,在容器内从废气输入口依次设有至少二级的交换段,它们之间互相连通处设有气室,第一级的交换段的交换气室上设有与大气相通的通孔,在第二级至最后一级的交换段之间的混合气室设有与首级交换段入口相连通的反馈管。这种结构,当废气进入交换段后向内喷射,形成极强烈的卷吸作用,使气室产生真空,再从大气通孔吸入的大气氧气,这种高压气体在下一气室内对含有可燃气体剧烈燃烧,将剩余废气送入下级交换段时,使废气产生非常高速的旋转,发生动量交换;当负压越高时,被吞噬的气体越多,没有吞噬的气体重新反馈到入口处,这样多次吞噬直到吞噬完,从而达到无排放的效果。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及废气污染的防治装置,特别是一种无排放式废气处理装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,防治废气污染的方式很多,例如机动车尾气处理,有的采用燃料和电池结合,来达到减少排量的目的减少污染,但废旧电池的再处理技术不成熟,存在着二次污染;有的采用电喷加装三元催化净化器,这种现有技术是中国政府目前大力推行的治理机动车尾气排放的重用手段。所谓的三元催化净化器实际上是一个外部净化装置,它由铂、铑、钯三种金属元素构成,制成蜂窝状的吸收结构,当机动车发动机高速运行时,温度上升至700~800℃时,三元素产生化学反应,可有效吸收净化汽车尾气,降低汽车尾气中CO、HC、NOX的含量,从而达到国家规定的排放标准。由于三元催化净化器仅是一个外部净化部件,它的正常运作受汽车发动机标确控制空燃比和燃油雾化好坏与否影响极大。如果电喷装置出现故障,像氧传感器、控制开关、补气阀出现损坏,则三元催化净化器就会很快失效,失去功能。同时,三元催化净化器的蜂窝状结构极易出现堵塞,达到饱和状态,失去净化效用,应经常更换新的净化器,从而,增加了消费者的负担(一般正常使用周期在90天之内)。三元催化净化器仅仅起到降低机动车发尾气污染的目的,治标不治本。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能吞噬废气的无排放式废气处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种无排放式废气处理装置,该装置是一个只有输入口的容器,在容器内从废气输入口依次设有至少二级的交换段,每级的交换段都设有至少一个射流喷孔和与其相对应的扩散孔,在射流喷孔和扩散孔之间相联处设有两者互相连通的交换气室,在首级的交换段的交换气室上设有与大气相通的通孔;每级的交换段之间相联处都设有它们之间互相连通的混合气室;在第二级至最后一级的交换段之间的混合气室设有与首级交换段入口相连通的反馈管。
本发明的改进方案是:所述的无排放式废气处理装置,在第三级至最后一级的交换段的交换气室之间或交换气室与混合气室之间设有相互连通的负压管。
本发明的另一改进方案是:所述的无排放式废气处理装置,在最后一级的交换段的混合气室设有与大气相连通管。
本发明的另一个改进方案是:所述的无排放式废气处理装置,交换段的射流喷孔可以替换成层流喷孔。
采用这样的结构后,装置输入口接入到具有一定压力废气,该废气进入交换段后向内喷射,形成极强烈的卷吸作用,使气室产生真空,再从大气通孔吸入的大气氧气,这种高压气体在下一气室内对含有可燃气体剧烈燃烧,将可燃烧物及其有害物质燃烧分解,并将剩余废气送入下级,当进入交换段时,通过气室的负压,在负压孔的反馈作用,使废气产生非常高速的旋转,就在负压产生的负能与废气工作能量相互抵消产生极其强烈地翻滚;进行剧烈的碰撞发生动量交换,也就产生了气体黑洞现象;当负压越高时,被吞噬的气体越多,没有吞噬的气体在最后通过反馈管返回到输入端重新进行,经过反复多次发生直到吞噬完,从而达到无排放的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、3、4、5、6所示,一种无排放式废气处理装置,该装置是一个只有输入口的容器,在容器内从废气输入口1依次设有十三级的交换段2,第一级的交换段2设有50个射流喷孔21和与其相对应的扩散孔22,在射流喷孔21和扩散孔22之间相联处设有两者互相连通的交换气室23,在第一级的交换段2的交换气室23上设有与大气相通的通孔24;第二、三级的交换段2设有50个射流喷孔21和扩散孔22;第四级的交换段2设有100个射流喷孔21和扩散孔22;第五、六、七、八、九级的交换段2各设有200个射流喷孔21和扩散孔22;第十、十一、十二、十三级的交换段2各设有100个射流喷孔21和扩散孔22;每级的交换段2之间相联处都设有它们之间互相连通的混合气室3;在第二级、第八级、第十三级的交换段2的混合气室3设有与首级交换段2入口相连通的反馈管4;在第三级至最后一级的交换段2的交换气室23之间或交换气室23与混合气室3之间设有相互连通的负压管5;在最后一级的交换段2的混合气室3设有与大气相连通管6;交换段2的射流喷孔21可以替换成层流喷孔。如图2所示,在第六级、第十一级、第十三级的混合气室3设有与首级的交换段2入口相连通的反馈管4;在第三级至第八级的交换气室23分别与该级的混合气室3之间设有相连通的负压管5;在第十级的混合气室3与第九级的交换气室23之间设有相连通的负压管5;第十一级的混合气室3与第二级的交换气室23之间设有相连通的负压管5。
根据权利要求的保护范围内,首级的交换段2可以有多个并联方式,并可以第N级的交换段2汇合在混合气室3,也可以在混合气室3再分流,这样的变化有多种多样,都同样可以实现吞噬气体,达到无排放的目的。
本发明已经成功制造出样品,通过检测没有废气排出。

Claims (4)

1.一种无排放式废气处理装置,其特征在于:该装置是一个只有输入口的容器,在容器内从废气输入口(1)依次设有至少二级的交换段(2),每级的交换段(2)都设有至少一个射流喷孔(21)和与其相对应的扩散孔(22),在射流喷孔(21)和扩散孔(22)之间相联处设有两者互相连通的交换气室(23),在首级的交换段(2)的交换气室(23)上设有与大气相通的通孔(24);每级的交换段(2)之间相联处都设有它们之间互相连通的混合气室(3);在第二级至最后一级的交换段(2)之间的混合气室(3)设有与首级交换段(2)入口相连通的反馈管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无排放式废气处理装置,其特征在于:在第三级至最后一级的交换段(2)的交换气室(23)之间或交换气室(23)与混合气室(3)之间设有相互连通的负压管(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无排放式废气处理装置,其特征在于:在最后一级的交换段(2)的混合气室(3)设有与大气相连通管(6)。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的无排放式废气处理装置,其特征在于:交换段(2)的射流喷孔(21)可以替换成层流喷孔。
