Abstract

背景技术
由DE 19526632 A1已知所述类型的承载装置。在两个端侧的端件(Kopfstück)之间以平行四边形摇臂(Schwinge)形式安装有两个支架臂(Tragarmschenkel)。所述支架臂与端件以铰接形式相连。为了平衡承载对象的质量配备有反作用力装置,该反作用力装置用于可以以平行四边形摇臂自由调节承载对象的高度。借助固定装置可以将支架卡在预定位置,以消除反作用力装置的作用。
这类支架例如用于医学治疗室以容纳监控设备。通过该可自由摆动的平行四边形摇臂以简单的方式将监控设备定位到使用者的眼睛高度。
已知支架的缺点在于,当从端件取下承载对象时,所述平行四边形摇臂迅速向上移动。尽管人们可以借助固定装置将承载装置固定在特定位置,但是对此通常仍然需要工具或者另外的制动杆。对于实际处理而后过于麻烦的是,当情况需要时,特别正是在医学领域中必须快速替换监控设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改善所述类型的承载装置,使得可以以简单的方式替换承载对象。
所述任务通过权利要求1的特征部分得以实现。
本发明的有利实施方案在从属权利要求中给出。
本发明的优点基本在于将反作用力装置和固定装置集成到充气弹簧中的结构单元内。为此,该充气弹簧另外含有施压机构,该施压机构的构造方式使得在达到预定卡住位置时将充气弹簧的可移动的提升杆自锁定在该位置。此外,通过控制在卡住位置的提升杆的压力可以提高取消压力机构的自锁定,且所述支架可以在操作范围内自由调节。也可以在例如圆珠笔中应用这种施压机构,以将圆珠笔芯带入工作位置和随后通过在按钮上的压力再次定位到所述圆珠笔套中。
以合乎目的的方式确定卡住位置,使其位于充气弹簧的插入位置。
所述充气弹簧以已知方式固定在平行四边形摇臂的支架臂之间或者端件和支架臂之间。

具体实施方式
图1示意性示出了支架的纵剖面图,该支架由第一端件2、第二端件3、第一支架臂4、第二支架臂5和充气弹簧6组成。所述支架臂4、5以平行四边形摇臂方式通过螺栓铰链7、8、9、10与端件2、3相连接。充气弹簧6的活塞套管11经螺栓铰链12和支承角铁13固定到第一支架臂4上。充气弹簧6的提升杆14经螺栓铰链15安装到第一端件2上。所述第一端件2以绕垂直轴16可旋转的方式容纳在墙壁或者装置的固定设备17中。在图1中未详细示出的承载对象位于第二端件3上。
图1图示了支架1在拆卸承载对象时所采取的静止位置。通过充气弹簧6的反作用力作用,该支架1沿着箭头18移动直到静止位置。
图2图示了位于卡住位置P2的支架1。如果支架1在作用于第二端件3的力F作用下由对应于图1的静止位置向下移动,则第二端件3首先达到临界位置P1,在此位置激活在图2中未详细示出的充气弹簧6的固定装置。然后该第二端件3达到卡住位置P2并随后释放,支架1留在位置P2处。
如果随后通过卡住位置上的压力控制向下移动第二端件3,则自锁定被解除且第二端件可以在工作区域摆动。以这种方式就可以首先让支架1锁定在卡住位置P2,然后从第二端件3卸下载荷。然后支架1留在卡住位置P2处。在接着将新的承载对象安置到第二端件3上之后,解除卡住位置且新的承载对象可以在支架1的工作区域自由摆动。
图3-图6中示意性图示了充气弹簧6内的固定装置20与活塞套管11以及提升杆14的作用方式。此处提升杆14被导入到具有圆环状空隙22的套管21中并具有横孔24,该横孔用于容纳有具有设置在它们之间的螺旋弹簧27的两个球25、26。内部提升杆28连接到提升杆14上,所述内部提升杆28在活塞套管11内部移动。套管21下侧放置有可在套管21上滑移的管形件23,其平放在套管21的突出边缘29上。
图4图示了卡住位置P2的固定装置20,在该卡住位置P2处球25、26锁入空隙22中。
如图5中所图示的,如果提升杆14进一步压入活塞套管11内,则将球25、26导入管形件23的内部。
当将所述提升杆14从套管21拔出时,则如图6所示,球25、26与管形件23一起向左移动,直到球25、26位于套管21的内壁上。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有高度可调节的支架的承载装置,该承载装置在两个端侧的端件(2、3)之间具有以平行四边形摇臂形状安装的支架臂(4、5)、反作用力装置和卡住平行四边形摇臂的固定装置(20),该承载装置的特征在于,反作用力装置和固定装置(20)以下面方式集成到充气弹簧(6)中的结构单元内,即,且所述充气弹簧(6)在达到预定卡住位置P2时自锁定地保持在该位置,且所述自锁定可以通过调节压力从卡住位置P2解除。
2.权利要求1的承载装置,其特征在于,所述预定卡住位置是充气弹簧(6)的插入位置。
3.权利要求1或2的承载装置,其特征在于,所述充气弹簧(6)固定在支架臂(4、5)之间。
4.权利要求1或2的承载装置,其特征在于,所述充气弹簧安装在端件(2、3)和支架臂(4)之间。
