技术领域
本发明涉及一种双排斜置滚子轴承,其由外轴承圈和内轴承圈以及在轴承圈之间以两排并排设置的多个滚动体组成,这些滚动体彼此以O形设置排列并在滚道上滚动,这些滚道以一个角度向轴承轴线倾斜分布。
背景技术
这种依据分类构成的多排斜置滚子轴承由DE 19937660A1提前公开。如从图1可看到的那样,该双排斜置滚子轴承由整体的内圈和整体的外圈组成,两个圈彼此同心设置。轴承外圈在纵剖面上所见三角形构成并具有两个滚道,它们以一个角度α向轴承轴线倾斜分布。所属的内圈利用其外部外壳面与外圈的内部外壳面配合,也就是说,它具有两个在相同的倾斜角α下向轴承轴线分布的内滚道。在两个轴承圈之间形成的自由空间中设置两个滚子隔离圈,它们利用其外壳面在所属的滚道上滚动。圆柱形的滚动体安装在一个两部分组成的保持架上,这两部分在其彼此靠近的末端上造型合理地相互连接,从而形成活节式的连接架。
此方面的缺点是,圆柱形滚动体的导向仅通过保持架,也就是无轴承圈上的栏板进行。这样造成保持架必须以复杂方式从两侧装入轴承内。此外的缺点是,由于轴承圈整体构成,轴承内圈的最大外径必须小于轴承外圈的最小内径,因为否则两个轴承圈侧面不能交错移动。然而它的后果是限制了压力角α,随之而来的是降低了对轴向作用力的吸收。最后的缺点还在于,在两个轴承圈之间相对的轴向末端上形成一个较大的自由空间,需要时必须采用附加密封进行密封。
发明内容
从公开的现有技术的这些缺陷出发,本发明的目的因此在于,提供一种斜置滚子轴承,该轴承一方面无论在径向上还是在轴向上均提高了负荷能力和另一方面可以使其滚动体的导向得到改善。
该目的依据本发明根据权利要求1的特征部分结合其前序部分由此得以实现,即两排完全滚动构成的滚动体的每一排在其外滚道上的两侧端面通过各一个栏板引导,其中,外置的栏板通过外轴承圈和内置栏板通过一个分开构成的导环提供,该导环在一个径向末端上通过其外壳面由外轴承圈定中心并在另一个径向相对的末端上由内轴承圈包围。
两个栏板可以精确引导向轴承轴线倾翻设置的圆柱形滚动体。通过附加的导环可以取消在加工外轴承圈期间每个滚动排平常需要的两个栏板。此方面的优点是,两个外滚道可以精确地在一道工序中加工出来,例如通过磨削和随后的成型。依据本发明解决方案的另一个优点是其完全滚动性,随之而来的是无论是在径向上还是在轴向上均提高了负荷能力。
权利要求2、3和4中详细介绍的特征用于可以使依据本发明的斜置滚子轴承正常润滑。因此根据权利要求2导环基本上梯形构成,根据权利要求3其外壳面具有连续的润滑槽和至少一个从其分支径向分布的润滑剂通道孔,其中,导环根据权利要求4利用其内径与内轴承圈的外径相距设置,从而在二者之间形成连续的环状间隙。
权利要求5和6所述为外轴承圈的具体构成。因此该外轴承圈整体构成并在其中心部分上具有承载外滚道的三角形区域,该区域两侧从提供栏板的区域外延。此外,外轴承圈在其外壳面上也具有连续的润滑槽和至少一个从其分支径向分布的润滑剂通道孔。
权利要求7和8介绍了内轴承圈的具体构成。因此该内轴承圈两件式构成并具有通过固定件相互连接的两个半环。两个半环的每一个具有内置径向分布的分区和承载内滚道的外置分区以及两个半环彼此镜像对称设置。
最后根据权利要求9的最后特征,外轴承圈利用其内径和内轴承圈利用其外径这样相互配合,使二者之间形成间隙密封。通过两个轴承圈的这种径向配合取消了只会增加轴承成本的内装附加密封件。

具体实施方式
如从图1和2中所看到的那样,依据本发明的斜置滚子轴承1由外轴承圈2和内轴承圈3组成,它们彼此同心设置并在本身之间限制自由空间4,里面完全滚动,也就是无保持架地设置圆柱形滚动体5、6。外轴承圈2整体构成并在其中心部分上具有承载外滚道8、9的三角形区域7,这些滚道以角度α向轴承轴线10倾斜分布。外轴承圈2的中心部分在其外壳面上具有连续的润滑槽11,从其分支出至少一个径向的润滑剂通道孔12。正如可进一步看出的那样,两个滚动体5、6在其外置端面上通过由外轴承圈2形成的固定栏板13、14引导。两个栏板13、14在该实施例中通过圆柱形滚动体5、6的整个端面延伸并这样负责其精确引导。
内置栏板15、16由基本上梯形构成的导环17形成。如外轴承圈2那样,导环17在其外壳面上也具有连续的润滑槽18,从其同样分支出径向的润滑剂通道孔19。导环17利用其外壳面紧贴在外轴承圈2的三角形区域7上,也就是该导环通过该区域定中心。同样由滚动轴承适用的钢材制成的导环17可以在轴承上固定配合或者也可以松开设置。导环17利用其内径与内轴承圈3相距设置,从而在二者之间形成连续的环形间隙20。按照这种方式确保来自外部的润滑剂通过润滑槽11、外轴承圈2的润滑剂通道孔12、润滑槽18、导环17的润滑剂通道孔19通过环形间隙20进入自由空间4内。润滑剂从那里到达圆柱形滚动体5、6的端面并最后通过离心力的作用到达其外滚道8、9。
如可进一步看出的那样,内轴承圈3两件式构成并由两个半环21、22组成。二者具有轴向上内置的分区23、24和承载内滚道25、26的分区27、28。两个半环21、22彼此镜面对称设置,也就是说,分离缝29设置在中心。在这种情况下证明具有优点的是,内圈3的滚道25、26首先共同加工并在其加工完成后才通过切开产生两个半环21、22。两个半环21、22在其内表面上具有凹槽30、31,里面装入连续安全环32方式的固定件将两个半环21、22固定。如还可看出的那样,外轴承圈2的固定栏板13、14和半环21、22的分区27、28在径向上这样相互配合,使二者之间形成无需附加密封件的紧密间隙密封33、34。

Claims (9)

1.双排斜置滚子轴承(1),其由外轴承圈(2)和内轴承圈(3)以及在轴承圈(2、3)之间以两排并排设置的多个滚动体(5、6)组成,这些滚动体彼此以O形设置排列并在滚道(8、9、25、26)上滚动,这些滚道以一个角度(α)向轴承轴线(10)倾斜分布,其特征在于,两排完全滚动的滚动体(5、6)的每一排在其外滚道(8、9)上两侧端面通过各一个栏板(13、14、15、16)引导,其中,外置的栏板(13、14)通过外轴承圈(2)并且内置栏板(15、16)通过分开构成的导环(17)提供,该导环在一个径向末端上通过其外壳面由外轴承圈(2)定中心并在另一个径向相对的末端上由内轴承圈(3)包围。

5.按权利要求1所述的斜置滚子轴承(1),其中,外轴承圈(2)整体构成并在其中心部分上具有承载外滚道(8、9)的三角形区域(7),该区域两侧从提供栏板(13、14)的区域外延。
6.按权利要求5所述的斜置滚子轴承(1),其中,外轴承圈(2)在其外壳面上具有连续的润滑槽(11)和至少一个从其分支且径向分布的润滑剂通道孔(12)。
7.按权利要求1所述的斜置滚子轴承(1),其中,内轴承圈(2)两件式构成并具有通过固定件(32)相互连接的两个半环(21、22)。
8.按权利要求7所述的斜置滚子轴承(1),其中,每个半环(21、22)具有内置径向分布的分区(23、24)和承载内滚道(25、26)的外置分区(27、28),并且两个半环(21、22)彼此镜像对称设置。
9.按前述权利要求之一所述的斜置滚子轴承(1),其中,外轴承圈(2)利用其内径和内轴承圈(3)利用其外径这样相互配合,使二者之间形成间隙密封(33、34)。
