Abstract
本发明公开一种穿孔刀具,在旋转轴(1)的外周,向以旋转中心线(1a)为中心的周向,相互留有间隔地并行设置第一及第二穿孔刀刃部(4a、4b);第一穿孔刀刃部(4a)具有连续刀刃(6),第二穿孔刀刃部(4b)具有包括交互设置的凸刀边缘(10)和凹刀边缘(11)的断续刀刃(8)。凸刀边缘(10)的径向距离(R10)设定为,比连续刀刃(6)的径向距离(R7)还大或相同,凹刀边缘(11)的径向距离(R11)设定为比连续刀刃(6)的径向距离(R7)还小,因此,对断续刀刃(8)形成的工件凸部,通过连续刀刃(6)来切削,以此可减轻穿孔刀具的切削阻力,并且,可进一步减少加工工时多的断续刀刃(8)的数目,而实现穿孔刀具加工的简化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种穿孔刀具。
背景技术
过去,作为这种穿孔刀具,公知的有如下产品,即,在旋转轴的外周,沿着以旋转中心线为中心的周向,以相互均等圆周角度的间隔,排列设置有多个穿孔刀刃部。这些刀刃部均具有呈凹凸状的刀尖边缘的断续刀刃。这些断续刀刃具体沿着旋转中心线交互配设的多个凸刀边缘及凹刀边缘。相对于旋转中心线,这些凸刀边缘相互等距设定(径向距离),相对于旋转中心线的这些凹刀边缘的径向距离也相互等距设定。将这些凸刀边缘的纵向尺寸设定成与凹刀边缘的纵向尺寸相等。而且,各凸刀边缘的深度设定成相互同等深度。
在周向上相互邻接的两个刀刃部之中的一个刀刃部中的断续刀刃的凸刀边缘及凹刀边缘,与另一个刀刃部中的断续刀刃的凸刀边缘及凹刀边缘,沿上述旋转中心线相互错开设置。如果使用穿孔刀具,则作为被穿孔的工件,首先,被相互邻接的两个刀刃部中的一个刀刃部的断续刀刃部切削,工件的内周面呈凹凸状。然后,工件又被另一个刀刃部的断续刀刃切削,切削掉上述凸部。
但是,这样的现有技术的穿孔刀具,在全部的穿孔刀刃部,均设置了加工工时多的断续刀刃。因此,使穿孔刀具的加工变得烦琐,制造成本上升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够简化加工的穿孔刀具。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种包括具有旋转中心线的旋转轴的穿孔刀具。在旋转轴的外周面,向以上述旋转中心线为中心的周向,相互留有间隔地并列设置第一及第二穿孔刀刃部。上述第一穿孔刀刃部具有连续刀刃,该连续刀刃是通过将连续的第一刀尖边缘沿上述旋转中心线延续设置而构成的;上述第二穿孔刀刃部具有断续刀刃,该断续刀刃是通过将凹凸状的第二刀尖边缘沿上述旋转中心线延续设置而构成的。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的一个实施例涉及的穿孔刀具,参照附图,做如下说明。
如图1A~图1C及图2所示,旋转轴1具有柄体2、从该柄体2延伸的片型轴3。在片型轴3的外周,沿着以上述旋转中心线1a为中心的周向Y,隔着沟槽部5a、5b,相互并行设置有作为多个(2个)穿孔刀刃部的第一穿孔刀刃部4a及第二穿孔刀刃部4b。该沟槽部5a、5b,沿上述旋转中心线1a的纵向X,且从片型轴3的顶端贯穿至底端,沿着第一穿孔刀刃部4a及第二穿孔刀刃部4b延续设置。
在上述第一穿孔刀刃部4a上,在面对夹着该第一刀刃部4a的两沟槽部5a、5b中的旋转方向YF侧的沟槽部5a的端缘,安装有一个连续刀刃6。该连续刀刃6具有在旋转中心线1a的纵向X上,从片型轴3的顶端至底端连续设置的第一刀尖边缘7。
在上述第二穿孔刀刃部4b上,在面对夹着该第二刀刃部4b的两沟槽部5a、5b中的旋转方向YF侧的沟槽部5a的端缘,安装有一个断续刀刃8。该断续刀刃8具有在旋转中心线1a的纵向X上,从片型轴3的顶端至底端设置的凹凸状的第二刀尖边缘9。
该第二刀尖边缘9具有沿上述纵向X交互设置的多个凸刀边缘10和凹刀边缘11,第一刀尖边缘7和第二刀尖边缘9,以相等的圆周角度间隔(180度间隔)设置。
如图3A及图3B所示,相对于旋转中心线1a的凸刀边缘10的距离(径向距离)R10(例如,6mm)设定为,只比相对于旋转中心线1a的第一刀尖边缘7(连续刀刃6)的距离(径向距离)R 7(例如5.85mm)的尺寸差G10(R10-R7,例如0.15mm)大。另外,相对于旋转中心线1a的凹刀边缘11的径向距离R11(例如5.5mm)设定为只比相对于旋转中心线1a的连续刀刃6的径向距离R7(例如5.85mm)尺寸差G11(R7-R11,例如0.35mm)还小。各凸刀边缘10的纵向尺寸L10与各凹刀边缘11的纵向尺寸L11彼此相等(例如设定成2.5mm)。各凹刀边缘11的深度D11彼此相等(R10-R11,例如0.5mm)。
穿孔刀具能够以20000~30000rpm的转速以及3~12m/min的切削速率使用,且起到如下作用。如图3A所示,首先,作为穿孔对象的工件12,至少被第二刀尖边缘9的凸刀边缘10及凹刀边缘11中的凸刀边缘10切削,工件12的内周面变成凹凸状,即,在工件12上形成多个凸部12a。
然后,工件12如图3B所示,由连续刀刃6的第一刀尖边缘7进行切削,这样,工件12的凸部12a,留下前边所述的尺寸差G10对应部分,大部分被切削。另外,凸刀边缘10的径向距离R10也可设定成和连续刀刃6的径向距离R7相同。也就是,可以去除尺寸差G10(设为0),在这种情况下,凸部12a的全部被切削掉。
本实施例的穿孔刀具具有以下优点:
(1)第一刀刃部4a具有连续刀刃6。第二刀刃部4b具有连续刀刃8。凸刀边缘10的径向距离R10设定为比连续刀刃6的径向距离R7还大或等同,凹刀边缘11的径向距离R11设定成比连续刀刃6的径向距离R7还小。
因此,首先可用连续刀刃6切掉由断续刀刃8形成的工件12的凸部12a。这样,由于将工件12分成两段切削,所以穿孔刀具的切削阻力得以减轻。同时,可减少加工工时多的断续刀刃8的数目,简化穿孔刀具的加工。
(2)连续刀刃6和断续刀刃8,在周向Y交互配置,而且,在旋转轴1的外周形成的连续刀刃6的数目为一个,断续刀刃8的数目也是一个。进一步,连续刀刃6和断续刀刃8,是以相等的圆周角度为间隔而设置的,因此,使穿孔刀具的切削阻抗不断减轻,可进一步简化穿孔刀具的加工,更容易使上述(1)的优点得以发挥。
上述实施例也可以做以下所示变更。
在上述实施例中,只设置了具有连续刀刃6的一个第一刀刃部4a,和具有断续刀刃8的一个第二刀刃部4b。但是,旋转轴1的片型轴3的外径加大时,可在以旋转中心线1a为中心的周向Y,隔着沟槽部5a、5b,将4个或6个等偶数个的穿孔刀刃部4a、4b相互并行设置。偶数个的穿孔刀刃部4a、4b之中,在半数的第一刀刃部4a设置连续刀刃6,同时,在余下的半数的第二刀刃部4b上设置断续刀刃8,也可以将这些各个连续刀刃6和各个断续刀刃8,在周向Y上以相等的圆周角度间隔进行设置。另外,还可以在偶数个的穿孔刀刃部4a、4b中,在任意数的第一刀刃部4a上设置连续刀刃6,同时,在余下的第二刀刃部4b上设置断续刀刃8,将这些连续刀刃6和断续刀刃8在周向Y上以相等的圆周角度间隔进行设置。
另外,还可以在以旋转中心线1a为中心的周向Y,隔着沟槽部5a、5b,相互并行设置3个或5个等奇数个的穿孔刀刃部4a、4b。还可以在奇数个的穿孔刀刃部4a、4b中的任意数的第一刀刃部4a上设置连续刀刃6,同时,在余下的第二刀刃部4b上设置断续刀刃8,将这些连续刀刃6和断续刀刃8在周向Y上以相等的圆周角度间隔进行设置。任何一种情况,与在所有的穿孔刀刃部上设置断续刀刃的现有技术相比,能够减少加工工时多的断续刀刃8的数目。
另外,在上述实施例中,示出了在沿着旋转中心线1a的纵向X直线状设置了连续刀刃6的第一刀尖边缘7及断续刀刃8的第二刀尖边缘9的所谓的直刀刃,但不仅限于此,还可以变更成,沿着旋转中心线1a的纵向X螺旋状延续设置的所谓罗纹刀。
在这里,虽然只介绍了几个实施例,但本行业人员应该明白,在不脱离本发明的设计宗旨的范围内,可以采用其他特有的形态具体实施。本发明不受这里记载的内容所限,可以在附录的权利要求范围内加以改进。
Claims (5)
1、一种穿孔刀具,该刀具包括具有旋转中心线(1a)的旋转轴(1),在该旋转轴(1)的外周,向以上述旋转中心线(1a)为中心的周向,相互留有间隔地并行设置第一及第二穿孔刀刃部(4a、4b);
上述第一穿孔刀刃部(4a)具有连续刀刃(6),该连续刀刃(6)是通过将连续的第一刀尖边缘(7)沿上述旋转中心线(1a)延续设置而构成的;
上述第二穿孔刀刃部(4b)具有断续刀刃(8),该断续刀刃(8)是通过将凹凸状的第二刀尖边缘(9)沿上述旋转中心线(1a)延续设置而构成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的刀具,其中,上述第二刀尖边缘(9)包括沿该第二刀尖边缘(9)的纵向交互配置的凸刀边缘(10)及凹刀边缘(11);
上述凸刀边缘(10)的结构为,从上述旋转中心线(1a)至上述凸刀边缘(10)为止的距离(R10)比从上述旋转中心线(1a)至上述第一刀尖边缘(7)为止的距离(R7)大或相同;
上述凹刀边缘(11)的结构为,从上述旋转中心线(1a)至上述凹刀边缘(11)为止的距离(R11)比从上述旋转中心线(1a)至上述第一刀尖边缘(7)为止的距离(R7)小。
3、根据权利要求2所述的刀具,上述连续刀刃(6)及上述断续刀刃(8)沿周向交互设置。
4、根据权利要求3所述的刀具,上述连续刀刃(6)及上述断续刀刃(8)的数目为各一个。
5、根据权利要求3或4所述的穿孔刀具,上述连续刀刃(6)及上述断续刀刃(8)以相等的圆周度间隔设置。
