Abstract

发明概述

优选实施例说明
在下列描述和权利要求书中,术语“轴向”或“纵向”用来指平行于齿轮箱轴的轴线的方向,而术语“径向”或“横向”用来指垂直于所述轴向或纵向的方向。

按照本发明的离合器装置的优点可以总结如下。
相对于使用油浴离合器,使用干式离合器可以尽可能提高传动装置的效率。
由于常啮合的摩擦离合器与装有对应于最高档(在例示的实施例中为第六档)的驱动大齿轮的输入轴相联接,因此当汽车以挂档的最高档(例如)在公路上运行时其动力消耗降低。为了保证要以挂档的最高档传递该驱动转矩的摩擦离合器的啮合,实际上不需操作驱动器。
其次,常啮合的摩擦离合器也可以在第二档中完成停车操作而不需专门的停车装置,这种专门的停车装置在另一方面将需要一个具有两个常分离型摩擦离合器的离合器装置。
因而两个摩擦离合器之一是常分离的,而另一是常啮合的,所以还避免了诸如齿轮箱的一个或多个部件损坏之类的不便,这种损坏可能出现在其中两个档同时啮合的齿轮换档操作的相位期间的传动装置控制系统(可能是电动的、电子的和/或液压的系统)发生故障的状况下,由于避免了这种不便,因此不需使用专门的安全系统,否则该安全系统将必须使用一个具有两个常啮合类型的摩擦离合器的离合器装置。
按照本发明的离合器的另一优点是驱动两个摩擦离合器所需的力是彼此相反的。常分离的摩擦离合器的驱动力实际上是指向右边的,而常啮合的摩擦离合器的驱动力是指向左边的。这清楚地可以消除轴向的驱动载荷,这种载荷是当两个摩擦离合器在齿轮换档操作期间同时被驱动时由飞轮的第二质量的轴承41产生的,由于消除了该载荷,因此延长了轴承的寿命。
当然,本发明的原理保持不变,但实施例和构造细节可以相对于纯粹作为不起限制作用的例子所例示和描述的实施例而广泛地变化。
例如,即使描述和附图中例示了用于驱动两个摩擦离合器的液压系统,也仍然可以清楚地提供其它不同的驱动方式,例如电力-机械类型的。
此外,在具有六个前进档的齿轮箱中对应于奇数档的驱动大齿轮安置在外输入轴上而不是在内输入轴上,因此对应于偶数档的驱动大齿轮安置在内输入轴上而不是外输入轴上,在该齿轮箱中,足以倒转图1中所示的摩擦离合器的配置,也就是,将常啮合的摩擦离合器联接在内输出轴上而将常分离的摩擦离合器联接在外输出轴上。

3.按照权利要求1的传动装置,其特征在于,第一输入轴(14)被安置在第二输入轴(16)内。
4.按照权利要求1的传动装置,其特征在于,第二输入轴(16)被安置在第一输入轴(14)内。
