现有技术
已知这种类型的方法用于熔点充分低于100℃的非持久的、生物可降解的亲水性聚合物,其中掺入温度敏感性的组织细胞和有机分子。聚合物在短时间后降解。

发明目的
本发明的目的是提供上述缺陷和/或缺点的解决方法。
发明概述
根据本发明,提出了生产疏水性聚合物的方法,其中选择疏水性聚合物,此外,从细胞和/或细胞产物选择一组生物体。引人注目地,通过将所述细胞引入所述聚合物中形成了聚集体(aggregate),导致所述聚合物-生物聚集体的形成,以下称为PBA,产生以这种方式形成的聚合物产物的新功能。
根据本发明的优选实施方案,进一步涉及以上限定的主要度量,限定了在操作温度范围进行工作,该操作温度范围取自将下限实际上设定为实际上标准压力条件下100℃的温度范围,特别是在实际上一个大气压下。
根据本发明的再一优选实施方案,限定了上述的细胞选自通常称为孢囊的类别和/或处于钝化或休眠期状态中的类别。相当多种类的生物体或微生物可以从活性生命形式转变成通常所说的静止期或孢子,称为孢囊。所述孢子能够以潜伏形式抵抗极端的环境波动。在这种复苏的状态中,它们能够抵抗极端干燥的条件和充分高于100℃的温度。
在合适的生物技术条件下,不仅可以栽培这些类型,而且可以在称为包囊形成的受控培养条件下转变成有用的孢子,用于聚合物基质中的生物包囊。
在工业品如包装材料、纺织纤维、颗粒等的生产过程中,所述孢子和聚合物在聚合物是液体过程中的短时间段内凝集,即在高于其熔点的温度下。以下将这种通常称为聚合物-生物聚集体(polymer-bio-aggregate)的产物称为“PBA”。
只要产物不在使用中,所述PBA中生物成分的生物体保持非活性。然而,只要生活条件变得有利,与产物开始使用的相一致,并结合就温度和相对湿度而言适于生活的环境,孢子在这些有利的环境条件下变成活性的、代谢中的细胞。对于这个阶段,生物上的活性形式将执行其预定的功能。只要最佳条件回复至次于最佳的条件,活性形式回复成孢子。
根据受所述PBA中生物体生活环境控制的反馈机制,该过程保持可逆性。
因此,根据本发明特定的优选实施方案,所述细胞产物选自称为代谢物的类别,即,通过生物体在上述温度工作条件下生化合成的分子。
根据本发明的另一优选实施方案,聚合物选自非生物可降解的聚合物。可以实现有机分子从聚合物确实、缓慢而延长地扩散至潮湿或波动的环境中,而聚合物没有降解。
通过本发明限定的方法而获得的优势主要是根据本发明产生的所述PBA中掺入的生物体的生物活性给予聚合物新的、之前未知的特性。因此,所述PBA确保了理想的环境,用于形成的所述PBA。
另一个优势是非常特异性的生物分子如通常所说的驱避剂从聚合物基质如颗粒、纺织纤维等的标准化释放,而所述聚合基质在可变环境中没有例如由于气候不稳定造成的损耗。
在更多的从属权利要求中限定了本发明更多的特征和性质。
以下根据本发明方法及其用途的多个具体实施方案的描述将更详细地描述本发明的内容和特质。
描述
概括地,本发明涉及掺入活生物体和/或细胞产物的疏水性聚合物的生产方法。以下描述了多个特定用途实施例。
特别重要的应用领域是食品包装部门,其使用常说的氧气屏障(barrier),将PBA层排列为用于食品的多层包装材料中的中间层,如用于饮料如啤酒或果汁的PET瓶。在这种情况中,PBA的聚合物成分是PET,尽管PBA生物成分是一种具有干孢子的酵母,如酵母属(Saccharomyces),其能够抵抗生产过程的高温。PBA保持钝化直至PET瓶填满。当包装装满果汁或啤酒时,例如,PBA内部环境变成水饱和的,因而激活了孢子来形成呼吸细胞,其消耗瓶子内部存在的所有氧气。结果,在通常所说的O2清除剂影响下从内含物去除所有氧气。此外,酵母细胞为了呼吸而捕获了可以通过壁扩散的所有外部氧,这形成了有效的氧气屏障。
再一实例的用途在于作为UV阻隔物(blocker),这以上述实施例相似的方式工作。替代酵母细胞,PBA中掺入的是一种藻类,如红球藻属(Haematococcus),其孢子非常彻底地阻隔了UV光。红球藻细胞的连续层,具有高浓度虾青素的红孢囊(haematocyst),使得UV光不能透过PBA。将这种情况用于防潮抗UV膜和聚合物覆盖层中。
再一用途在于结合上述两个实施例的应用,结合具有氧气屏障的食品包装和适用于作为啤酒和果汁等包装的PET瓶的UV阻隔物。PBA生物成分是酵母属和红球藻属的标准混合物。所述氧清除剂,如酵母细胞,表示持久的氧气屏障,同时UV阻隔物,如一种藻类,防止填料的光化学降解。
再一种应用是从日光吸收能量,具有与以上关于所述UV阻隔物的实施例相似的冷却效果。替代红球藻属,PBA掺入一种藻类,如绿球藻属(Chlorococcus),其活性形式在高度水分存在下非常强烈地参与光合,消耗日光的高能量射线。细胞的连续层提供了具有能量吸收功能的PBA,在聚合物的底部形成非热的,换句话说,冷却效果。将上述效果用于遮挡日光目的的防潮膜和聚合物覆盖层中。
最后,存在的应用实施例从吸收能量的布料至排汗敏感性的运动服,这些不同于之前的实施例。挤压具有聚丙烯的聚合物成分和光合生物体如蓝藻类细菌或单细胞藻类的生物成分的PBA来形成纺织纤维。在已经挤压形成纤维后,将藻类的温度抗性孢子加工产生织物。这种纤维在织物中的用途从覆盖织物如帆布至运动服。对于水分例如汗的吸收,掺入的细胞将日光的附带能量转化成光合代谢物。结果,附带的日光照射没有转化成热,而是从纺织纤维中提取出来,形成所需的冷却作用。当不再产生汗而变干时,细胞回复成潜伏的钝化状态。这是因为该过程是可逆的。
以下描述涉及潮湿环境中细胞成分和至少部分疏水性生物分子缓慢释放的应用实施例。
在上述实施例的UV阻隔物的变化中,替代红球藻属细胞掺入PBA中的活性代谢物虾青素非常彻底地阻隔了UV光。作为昂贵成分虾青素的替代物,可以使用较便宜的UV阻隔物。根据性质和需要,将UV阻隔物从多层膜中间层中的PBA至外围的扩散速率从低调节至非常低的扩散速率。将这种情况用于防潮抗UV膜和聚合物覆盖层中,以及用于食品的包装材料中。在这种情况中,聚合物在潮湿条件下必须是持久的且必须不会变质。
在本文中,另一个应用实施例是驱虫膜,纤维-织物-和微粒。这表示上述实施例的变化。在这种情况中,PBA的生物成分是生物活性有机分子或分子的混合物,优选疏水性物质,如脂质、脂肪酸、异戊二烯衍生物和碳水化合物。除了膜或薄层,加工过的产品还可以是PBA,将其加工来形成织物纤维或颗粒或微粒,其中生物成分以预定的速率释放至环境中。这种成分具有特定的驱虫作用。已经测试的实例包括:含有异戊二烯衍生物和/或具有驱避屋尘螨活性的支链碳水化合物的PBA。将PBA挤压形成织物纤维,用于织成驱避屋尘螨的固定地毯和其他产品;和含有脂肪酸成分的PBA,该脂肪酸成分各自趋避双翅目,即苍蝇和蚊子以及叮咬和吸血的虱子、食毛目、虱目、以及人的头虱和家禽的虱子、蟑螂、蚂蚁和黄蜂。将PBA造粒或挤压形成织物纤维。将负载的颗粒混入动物的皮毛中来对抗蝇蛆病、马蝇等,或将负载的颗粒分散在目标寄生物宿主的歇息处。将装满的纤维加工形成保护性织物,作为睡帽来杀灭头虱,或作为通常所说的可以用来擦拭物品以对抗蚂蚁、蟑螂、苍蝇等的纸巾。
为补充以上的实施例,另一种重要的应用是将PBA用作作物保护剂,特别是作为除草剂乃至作为杀真菌剂。
掺入PBA中的生物体的生物活性给予了聚合物之前未知的新特性。PBA确保了PBA形成的有利环境,如厌氧环境、完全的氧气屏障、日光照射的能量吸收、代谢物的受控释放等。
PBA的生物成分中各种类型的生物体或微生物和/或分子的相互作用和交换还可以产生大量可能的应用。
Claims (27)
1.生产疏水性聚合物的方法,其中
-选择疏水性聚合物;
-从细胞和/或细胞产物中选择一组生物体;
-通过将所述细胞和/或细胞产物掺入所述聚合物中形成聚集体,导致通常所说的聚合物-生物聚集体的形成,其中因此产生的聚合物产物具有新功能。
2.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于在操作温度范围进行操作,该操作温度范围取自下限基本上设定为基本上标准压力条件下100℃的温度范围,特别是在基本上一个大气压下。
3.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于所述细胞选自通常所述的孢囊的类别和/或钝化或休眠期阶段中的类别。
4.根据之前权利要求之一所述的方法,特征在于细胞选自原核生物,特别是细菌,和/或真核生物。
5.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于细胞选自原生生物、真菌、植物和/或动物类型的真核生物。
6.根据权利要求2至5之一所述的方法,特征在于所述细胞产物选自通常所说的代谢物类别,代谢物是通过生物体生化合成的分子。
7.根据权利要求2至5之一所述的方法,特征在于所述生物体是单细胞的。
8.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的方法,特征在于所述生物体是多细胞的。
9.根据之前权利要求之一所述的方法,特征在于聚合物选自非生物可降解的聚合物。
10.根据之前权利要求之一所述的方法,特征在于聚合物选自聚烯烃家族。
11.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于聚合物选自聚乙烯家族。
12.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于从聚合物中选择PET。
13.根据权利要求10所述的方法,特征在于聚合物选自聚丙烯家族。
14.根据权利要求1至9之一所述的方法,特征在于聚合物选自聚酯家族。
15.根据之前权利要求之一所述的方法,特征在于将所述细胞和/或细胞产物包埋于所述聚合物中。
16.根据之前权利要求之一所述的方法,特征在于从培养细胞和/或细胞产物同时产生聚合物本身来获得所述生物聚合物,其中从合成所述基础产物来获得生物聚合物。
17.根据之前权利要求1至15之一所述的方法,特征在于将所述细胞和/或细胞产物混入现有的聚合物中,其中热地进行所述混合。
18.根据之前权利要求1至15之一所述的方法,特征在于将所述细胞和/或细胞产物混入现有的聚合物中,其中作为中间层温热地进行所述混合。
19.根据之前权利要求3至18之一所述的方法,特征在于孢子和聚合物在聚合物是液体过程中的短时间段内凝集,即,其温度高于其熔点。
20.根据之前权利要求1至15之一所述的方法,特征在于将所述细胞和/或细胞产物混入现有的聚合物中,其中作为中间层冷地进行所述混合。
21.根据之前权利要求之一所述的方法,特征在于将所述的PBA层排列为用于食品的多层包装材料中的中间层,特别是用于饮料的PET瓶。
22.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于所述的PBA的聚合物成分由PET构成,而所述的PBA生物成分是一种具有干孢子的酵母,其能够抵抗生产过程中的高温。
23.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法,特征在于替代和/或可能地结合酵母细胞,在PBA中掺入一种藻类,其孢子非常彻底地阻隔UV光。
24.根据之前权利要求之一限定的方法获得的聚合物-生物-聚集体作为屏障的用途。
25.根据权利要求1至20之一限定的方法获得的聚合物-生物-聚集体作为驱虫剂的用途。
26.根据权利要求1至20之一限定的方法获得的聚合物-生物-聚集体作为作物保护剂,特别是作为除草剂的用途。
27.根据权利要求1至20之一限定的方法获得的聚合物-生物-聚集体作为杀真菌剂的用途。
