Claims (4)
- 농업용 필름을 구성함에 있어서,공중합체 60~70중량부에 휘석분말 20~40중량부를 첨가하여 1~3분정도 공중합 수지 표면에 골고루 분산시킨 후 여기에 산화방지제 5~10중량부를 첨가하여 120~130℃의 고온에서 4~5kg/cm2의 압력을 주면서, 다시 10~15분정도 혼합시킨 원료입자표면에 융합이 잘 이루어지도록 수지의 표면으로 코팅 처리하여 주는 제1공정과; 상기의 공정에서 코팅 처리된 수지를 130~160℃의 고온에서 압출하여 입자상으로 절단과 동시에 냉각시켜 구성한 펠렛상의 변성수지 5~10중량부에 대하여 폴리에틸렌수지 100중량부를 함유하여 다시 20~30분간 혼련 교반시켜서 폴리에틸렌 원료 입자에 분산시킨 후 130~200℃의 고온에서 압출기로 필름을 제조하는 제2공정의 결합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 농업용 필름은 하우스용으로 사용할 수 있도록 그 폭(幅)을 넓게 하여 제조할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 농업용 필름의 제조방법.
