Claims (4)
- 농업용 필름을 제공함에 있어서 공중합체 60~70 중량부에 경옥분말 20~40 중량부를 가하여 1~3분정도 공중합수지 표면에 골고루 분산시킨 후 여기에 산화방지제 5~10 중량부를 가하고 120~130℃의 고온에서 4~5㎏/㎠ 의 압력을 주면서 다시 10~15분정도 원료 입자표면에 잘 융합되도록 표면을 코팅하는 제1공정과; 상기 제 1공정에서 혼련된 수지를 130~160℃의 고온에서 압출하여 입자상으로 절단과 동시에 냉각시켜 펠렛상의 변성수지를 얻고 이렇게 얻어진 수지 5~10 중량부에 대하여 폴리에틸렌수지 100 중량부를 첨가하여 다시 20~30분간 혼련 교반시켜 폴리에틸렌 원료입자에 분산시킨 후 130~200℃의 고온의 압출기에 의해 필름을 제조하는 제 2공정의 결합으로 이루워진 것을 특징으로 한 경옥분을 함유하는 농업용 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 필름을 옥외 폭로형 그린하우스용 필름으로 사용할 수있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 필름을 컬러원예용 필름으로 사용할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 필름을 식품포장용 필름으로 사용할 수있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 필름.
