Abstract

一种专供安装在倾斜屋顶上的主窗框,窗框在内侧表面有槽坑8,供插入内侧镶板件9的边沿用。槽坑宽度比镶板件厚度大。镶板件9靠紧窗框开口3一侧的槽壁2。镶板件与槽坑另一侧槽壁之间留有狭缝。镶板件9用弹簧夹10固定在槽坑8内。弹簧夹10安装在槽坑侧壁。弹簧夹的弹性辙尖12伸向狭缝的另一侧,使镶板件9压紧槽壁2,不致被拉出。

Description

一种在窗框上带插入镶板槽坑的窗门。
客厅窗门周围灰泥边缘表面或天窗开孔周围的地方,往往用称为内侧镶板件遮盖。镶板件是在窗门装好后,固定在窗框内向边缘表面,该边缘表面带有槽坑,专供插入镶板用。如果槽坑宽度基本与镶板厚度一致,可用粘胶粘紧。但通常更受欢迎的另一种选择或补充方法是机械系紧,例如用紧固楔子或用螺钉拧紧在角铰链上。这就需要在镶板和墙壁边缘或房顶开孔之间,通常是很狭窄的地方使用工具。但由于空间太小,这种机械系紧方法极为困难,甚至无法进行,而且它的作用亦只不过使镶板件在粘胶未干之前,固定在需要的地方。
本发明的目的是提供一种窗框,使内侧镶板件能用机械方法,自动固定,即将镶板装入槽坑时,不必使用工具。
窗框的槽坑在内向边沿部份,供内侧镶板插入,并使镶板件靠紧槽坑近主框架开口一侧,这一发明的特点是槽坑宽度比内侧镶板件的厚度大得多,使镶板件与槽坑另一侧之间留有狭缝,狭缝中装有弹簧夹,将镶板压往主框架开口一侧。弹簧夹主体固定在狭缝一侧,它的弹簧辙尖的自由端伸向狭缝的另一侧。辙尖允许镶板边沿插入,但不能拉出。
这种弹簧夹生产成本很低。将弹簧夹装在窗框上或镶板件上都不会使生产成本增加多少。适当数量的弹簧夹,可以作为另件与主框架或镶板件一起发货,或者在安装内侧镶板件前送到。将镶板件边推入或压入槽坑时,弹簧辙尖活像到钩,不会妨碍镶板件插入,但如果镶板倒退的话,弹簧辙尖的自由端就会将镶板咬紧,使它不会被拔出。
将镶板件插入时,由于将弹簧辙尖压向固定主体一方而产生弹力,因此,在安装弹簧夹时,不必有精确要求。当镶板往外拉时,弹簧辙尖的自由端就会将镶板咬紧。
当主窗框是装在倾斜的屋顶时,就特别能更好地利用安装纬度。窗框最好用塑料整体生产,并带防雨翼缘。框架边沿有加劲横档,延伸向屋顶。这就使弹簧辙尖的安装更为简单,因为加劲横档构成槽沟远离主框架开口一侧的金属的槽壁,横档的翼缘构成槽底,而且每一弹簧夹用主体自由端的挠曲脚,连接加劲横档凸缘上镫筋的下方,镫筋冲压、锤击而成。这样,在安装弹簧夹时,就可以用挠曲脚将弹簧夹钩在镫筋底下,在插入镶板件时,就会将镶板件夹紧在槽坑内。
下面根据图纸,说明使用本发明制成的各种具备固定内侧镶板件弹簧夹的窗门。
图1表示主框架剖面,已装好镶板件,板件沿屋顶倾斜方向延伸。
图2和图3分别是加劲横档和角形弹簧夹的透视图。
图4表示主框架部分及另一种弹簧夹的剖面。
图5是图4所示弹簧夹的俯视图。
图6是木质主框架的剖面,已装上内侧镶板件和第三种弹簧夹。
图7是图6所示弹簧夹的俯视图。
图8是木质主框架,内侧镶板件,第四种弹簧夹及内盖或装饰盖面的剖面。
图9是图8所示主框架上弹簧夹的斜侧视图。
图1所示主框架1用合适的塑料制成,包括内壁2和外壁4,内壁决定主框架开口大小,外壁延伸至向外的防雨翼缘5,翼缘装在屋顶覆盖上,并密封好。这部分图中没有表示出来。防雨翼缘5下面有加劲横档6(见图2)。图中所示的那种加劲横档由防腐金属片制造,折成匣状,带侧向凸缘7,构成由主框架内壁2与加劲横档6形成的槽坑8的底部,供内侧镶板件9的边沿插入。镶板件厚度比槽坑的宽度小。镶板与加劲横档之间插上两三个角曲弹簧夹10。(见图3)弹簧夹主体11附着在横档6上,它的辙尖12的斜面向内斜入槽坑8,在未插入镶板时,辙尖自由端的边沿,与主框架内壁2保持一定距离,但这距离比镶板9的厚度小。
加劲横档凸缘7带镫筋13。镫筋与凸缘形成狭缝,容纳弹簧夹10的挠曲脚14。镫筋冲压、锤击而成。可以看到,曲脚与主体11曲柄状部份成一整体,所以弹簧夹非常容易固定下来,使挠曲脚14与镫筋13下方接合。
很多时候,宁愿将弹簧夹固定在内侧镶板件9上面,因为如果固定工作是在镶板压入槽坑8之前进行,则是轻而易举的事。图4图5和图6图7表示两种弹簧夹,15和16。用铁钉18,穿过弹簧夹上的小孔19,就可以将弹簧夹固定在镶板9上面。如果这样做的话,在需要检查或修理屋顶结构时,就可将镶板9折卸下来,检查完毕,就将弹簧夹折下来,装到镶板的其他地方,从而确保再将镶板压入槽沟时,能牢牢地稳固下来。
图4和图5的弹簧夹15应用于主窗框1,与图1所示的框架相同。弹簧夹15的主体20基本曲折成直角,便于安装及紧贴镶板9的顶部边沿。弹簧夹还有向外的弹簧辙尖21,在槽沟8里面。
图6和图7的弹簧夹16,应用在木制的主窗框架22上面,该框架的槽沟8,在朝下的边沿部份。和上述情况相同,弹簧夹16带基本成直角的主体23和弹簧辙尖24,辙尖朝外倾斜伸入槽沟,以便牢牢咬紧槽沟外侧横向木壁25。
图8和图9表示第四种弹簧夹26,用于斜削外侧墙28木主框架27的槽沟8上面。窗门装于屋顶结构之后,侧墙28斜削部分,使固定弹簧夹26十分容易。用螺钉29,穿过弹簧夹上的小孔30,就可以将弹簧夹固定在主框架上。弹簧夹主体31带摺端部分32和夹紧辙尖33。将弹簧夹压入斜削侧墙28,在拧紧螺钉29的时候,弹簧夹就会自动收紧。所以安装弹簧夹是很容易的。每一弹簧夹有两个弹簧辙尖向内伸进槽坑,能将镶板9牢牢夹紧。
图8表示装饰盖面36,可装于镶板件9的下部或内边沿。装上去之后,装饰盖面36由弹簧夹35固定。装饰盖面带槽坑37,槽坑宽度比镶板厚度大。前面说过,弹簧夹35固定在镶板下边沿,使得槽坑37压入镶板下边沿之后,弹簧夹就能将装饰盖面夹紧。

Claims (2)

1、一种窗门,包括伸入朝向主框架边缘部分内部的槽坑(8),槽坑接纳内侧镶板构件(9),镶板紧贴靠在主框架开口(3)的槽(8)的横向壁(2)上,上述朝内的边缘部分处于横过包含主框架平面的方向内,其特征在于:槽坑(8)的宽度大于内侧镶板件(9)的厚度,这样在镶板构件和槽坑的另一个横向壁之间留有一狭缝,在上述狭缝中装有弹簧夹(10、15、16、26),用来将板(9)压到上述槽坑的横壁(2)上,上述弹簧夹主体(11、20、23、31、33)相对地靠在限定狭缝的一个构件,而弹簧辙尖的自由端啮合于另一个限定狭缝的构件上,上述弹簧辙尖的伸展方向,只允许将镶板边沿推入槽坑,而当板构件受到向外的拉力时,由于弹簧辙尖咬住另一个限定狭缝构件的表面,所以不能从槽坑中从向反方向拉出镶板。
2、一种按照权利要求1的安装在倾斜屋顶上的窗门,最好用塑料制成,并且与防雨翼缘(5)一起整件生产,起码在沿屋顶高度方向上伸展的主框架侧边,由一加劲模挡(6)增强,其特征在于:加劲横挡的金属外形构成远离主框架开口的槽的横向壁,并具有用作槽(8)的底的翼缘(7);每个弹簧夹在其主体的自由端有挠曲脚(14),它啮合在加劲横挡翼缘(7)的镫筋(13)的下方,上述镫筋是冲击或锤击而成的。
