技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁芯片-制栓锁(wafer-tumbler lock),更具体的是涉及一种有可以在表面啮合的锁芯片制栓的可更换钥匙的锁芯片制栓锁。
背景技术
大多数普通锁都是插针-制栓筒锁或锁芯片制栓筒锁。这些锁的每个都包含锁栓或可以在轴套或套管中旋转的锁芯。在插针制栓锁中,包括顶和底的插针孔中的插针制栓横穿过锁栓和相交剪切线的轴套,该剪切线是锁栓和轴套之间的界限。插针孔中的插针制栓的滑上和滑下确定锁定位置和开启位置。当插针制栓与剪切线交叉时,插针制栓干涉锁栓的转动并且锁栓保持锁定。当锁中插入正确钥匙时,钥匙上的齿与插针制栓相接触并将插针定位在其插针孔中,这样插针便没有与剪切线交叉。当一扭力作用在钥匙上去开锁时,锁栓便能在轴套中旋转。

因此,迫切需要提供一种便宜的可更换钥匙的锁芯片-制栓锁装置。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种不用拆开便能替换作废的旧钥匙使用新钥匙的可更换钥匙的锁栓。根据本发明,一种可更换钥匙的锁栓包括带纵轴的锁栓本体和设置于锁栓本体内的锁芯部件。该锁芯部件包括锁芯本体和用于邻近锁芯本体放置的齿条架子部件(sub-assembly)。该锁芯部件还包括多个平的锁芯片。齿条架子部件可与锁栓本体的纵轴平行移动,且包括多个可以与锁芯片相互面对面齿啮合的齿条。响应齿条架在第一方向上移动齿条脱离锁芯片致使齿脱离;响应齿条架在第二方向上移动齿条与锁芯片啮合致使齿啮合。当齿条脱离锁芯片时,锁栓便处于可以更换钥匙的状态。
本发明还包括给可更换钥匙的锁栓更换钥匙的新颖方法。根据本发明,更换锁栓钥匙的方法包括提供带锁芯本体的锁栓以及具有钥孔和工具接收孔的锁面,在钥孔中插入第一有效钥匙,旋转锁芯本体到第一位置,再在工具接收孔中插入工具,然后把第一有效钥匙从钥孔中移除,再在钥孔中插入第二有效钥匙,并旋转锁芯本体离开第一位置。插入工具的步骤包括移动每个齿条与每个锁芯片脱离啮合的步骤,这样响应第二有效钥匙齿条齿就在锁芯片齿上复位。
因此,本发明提供一种便宜的可更换钥匙的锁芯片-制栓锁装置。

具体实施方式
图1显示锁栓10的一般透视图。锁栓10包括纵轴11、锁栓本体12、锁芯部件14和夹环16。
参照图2,锁栓本体12(图3A-3E)包括具有前端22、后端24和内表面28限定的筒壁26的大致柱形本体20。筒壁26包括内部锁定条啮合沟槽29和一对插销槽30、32(图3E)。大致V形锁定条啮合沟槽29沿着筒体12的一部分从前端22纵向延伸。第一插销槽30位于后端24处并延长到第一深度,第二插销槽32位于邻近第一插销槽30的位置并延长较短的深度。为接收插销弹子36插销孔34径向延伸穿过筒壁26。
锁芯部件14包括锁芯本体40(图4A-4F),齿条架子部件42(图5A-5F)和多个弹簧加载的锁芯片38(图6A-6B)。锁芯本体40(图4A-4F)包括锁芯表面44、中间部分46和驱动部分50。锁芯表面44上限定钥孔开口52、可更换钥匙的工具开口54和一对在其外表上的为容纳反钻孔(anti-drilling)滚珠轴承60等的沿径向向外延伸的凹槽56。

参照图13,齿条92也形成半圆形凹座111,用于与平表面72上的弹子状齿条啮合部件78啮合(图8A-8B)。齿条92还包括第二表面126,该表面包括多个防撬凹槽128和一对锁定条啮合沟槽132。很显然,各种类型的齿条形状都将适合应用于本发明。

带有插入锁栓10内的有效钥匙160的锁栓10的内部配置在原始位置,允许锁定条94可自由地在锁栓本体12上的沟槽29中出入(图13)。有效钥匙160的齿提升凹槽74中的锁芯片113,从而重新定位控制槽103中的齿条92。当复位的时候,设置齿条92以使锁定沟槽132与锁定条94上的轮齿136对齐。当有效钥匙160被旋转时,锁定条94自由地从沟槽29中出入。同时,弹子状部件78与齿条92上的半圆形沟槽111对齐(图5),允许齿条92和齿条架90平行锁栓10的纵轴移动。参照图18,在没有插入有效钥匙160时被完全锁定的锁栓10偏置锁芯片113到凹槽74的底端,根据有效钥匙160的停止,齿条92在齿条架90的槽102中处于不同的位置。在这个结构中,从齿条架90中延伸锁定条94与筒体12上的沟槽29啮合,以防止锁芯部件14在筒体12中旋转。另外,弹子状部件78与齿条92上的半圆形沟槽111未对齐,这样就能妨碍齿条92平行于锁栓10的纵轴的移动,防止锁栓10更换钥匙。
参照图19,准备锁栓10以便更换钥匙。有效钥匙160插入钥孔52中并且从原始位置反时针方向旋转大约45度,直到弹簧销96移入筒体12(图3E)中的第二个插销槽32。工具162插入工具开口54中并推动抵靠齿条架90,以便平行于锁栓10的纵轴移动齿条架90,直到弹簧销96移入第一插销槽30中并且将工具162移除。
当弹簧销96设置在第一插销槽30中时,齿条92与轴11平行地纵向脱离锁芯片113(图20)。也就是说,齿条齿122与轴11平行地纵向移开,这样使齿条齿122不再与锁芯片齿114接触。移除有效钥匙160并插入第二有效钥匙而且顺时针方向旋转以释放弹簧销96。当弹簧销96离开第一插销槽30时,通过复位弹簧98使齿条架90朝向锁芯表面44驱动,使得齿条92与锁芯片113上的锁芯片齿114依据第二有效钥匙的齿在不同位置上重新啮合(图21)。在这方面,锁栓10被设置成可以用第二有效钥匙打开,而第一有效钥匙160就不再能打开锁栓10了。

可滑动安装在所述齿条架内的齿条,所述齿条与所述锁芯片啮合。

15、如权利要求15所述的可更换钥匙的锁栓,还包括锁定条,当所述锁定条延伸入在所述齿条上形成的锁定条啮合沟槽中时,该锁定条从所述锁栓中的锁定条啮合沟槽中延伸出。
16、如权利要求16所述的可更换钥匙的锁栓,其中,当所述齿条架相对于所述锁芯轴向移动时,响应所述钥孔中的第二钥匙,同时所述锁芯片相对于所述齿条复位,所述锁定条使所述齿条保持在第一位置。
17、一种对锁栓更换钥匙的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)平行于轴插入第一钥匙到锁芯的钥孔中;
(2)相对于锁芯平行于轴纵向移动齿条架从第一位置到第二位置,以便纵向地将齿条架内的齿条与锁芯内的锁芯片分开;
(3)移除第一钥匙;
(4)插入第二钥匙到钥孔中;
(5)将齿条架复位到第一位置。
18、如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述的步骤(2)还包括一步骤:将一组齿条齿和面啮合的一组锁芯片齿分开。
19、如权利要求19所述的方法,还包括一步骤:响应第二钥匙复位该组锁芯片齿相对该组齿条齿的啮合。
20、如权利要求18所述的方法,还包括一步骤:在步骤(2)之前相对于锁栓将锁芯和齿条架旋转定位到预定的位置。
