Abstract

在一连接器中,接收件(1)和固定件设有一阻塞装置(15,16,17),当插入件没有被正确插入接收件(1)时,装配于接收件(1)上的该阻塞装置的组件(15,16,17)与固定件(10)相啮合,从而阻止该固定件(10)从扩展位置移动至推进位置。固定件(10)装配有两个支臂(11,12),当插入件的保持环被移至所述支臂(11,12)附近,阻塞装置的组件(15,16,17)从啮合状态松开,固定件(10)可以被移动到推进位置,而保持部份则啮合于保持环的后方。据此,可以得出可靠的装配确认。

Description

连接器
本发明涉及一种连接器。
这种连接器在DE 199 46 260 C1中已被熟知。这种在先被熟知的连接器具有一接收件,其用于纳入带有保持环的插入件。还有一固定件,其带有两个支臂和一个保持部分。此固定件能够插入到接收件的接收区域内,并且能够沿扩展位置和推进位置之间的所述插入件的插入方向垂直移动。当固定件位于推进位置时,插入件能通过位于保持环后面的保持部分的啮合,从而能够防止从接收件中意外地滑出。然而,即使固定件被插入到插入位置时,插入件仍可能没有被正确地插入。
本发明的目的是阐述一种具有高稳定性组装的上述连接器。
在上述的这种连接器中,本发明的目的通过下列特征实现的:在接收件上被配置的所述块装置的部件是一个桥状部分,其以在尾部的接收区域为界限并且横向沿插入方向扩展,并且阻塞装置的另一部件是由固定件的支臂的自由端形成的,桥状部分在固定件的扩展位置具有一大于支臂之间的距离的宽度;桥状部分还包括相对于固定件移动方向倾斜的内墙,当固定件被施力从扩展位置向推进位置移动时,内墙使支臂向内移动;并且由于当保持环处在支臂的空间内时,支臂的分开空间足以使桥状部分和支臂的自由端之间的装置脱开并且固定件能被移动进入到推进位置,保持部分在保持环后面啮合。
本发明的连接器实质是具有一阻塞装置,其允许固定件无阻碍地从扩展位置向插入位置运动,从而使保持部分啮合于保持环后面。只有当保持环位于两支臂的周围,阻塞装置的作用被取消,从而使精确地装配成为可能。这一点特别是在涉及具有插入件的本发明的连接器的快速连接的组装生产线中是非常重要的。
本发明的另一些有益的构造还在于:支臂包括一个阻塞偏移,其当固定件产生作用从所述扩展位置向推进位置移动时,与阻塞装置一起使固定件的支臂超出预定的向内部冲击的移动被阻止。
另一些有益的构造和优点将在下面结合附图对本发明的最佳实施例描述中揭示。其中:

图1为根据本发明的连接器一最佳实施例的剖视图。根据图1此连接器具有一接收件1,其通过在图1中未显示的一末端和一液体导流系统的导线相连接。为了将本发明连接器与具有保持环2的插入件3密封连接,第一个密封环4,第二个密封环5和位于密封环4,5之间的中间环6位于在接收件1的接收区域7内。设于与第二个密封环5一侧相邻的区间环9,该区间环9面对插入侧8并且位于面向插入侧8的接收区域7内的一侧和创新连接器的固定件10之间,用来支撑密封环4,5和中间环6。
如图1所示,固定件10可活动于接收件1内扩展位置和插入位置之间,并且具有第一支臂11和第二支臂12,它们彼此位于相对的一侧并且其通过内部部分伸出到接收区间7内。另外,在支臂11,12之间的扩展的横向部分13上是保持部分14,其细节将在下面说明。当固定件10在完全插入位置时,如果插入件3被正确地插入,保持部分14啮合在密封环4,5的后面。
图2显示根据图1所示的最佳实施例,其固定件10在扩展位置时的支臂11,12的剖面图。从图2中可以看出,接收件1具有基桥15,其作为一块装置部件位于固定件10的支臂11,12的区域内及横向部分13的对面。如图2所示,特别是在活动状态时,当固定件10处于扩展位置并且插入件没有被插入时,或没有被插入到使保持环位于支臂11,12之间时,基桥15的宽度大于支臂11,12的自由端16,17之间的距离。因此,支臂11,12的自由端16,17作为另一块装置部件,紧邻基桥15,其面向接收区域7的内墙18,并且防止固定件10移向完全插入位置。
从图2中可以看出,在每一个自由端16,17被配置块装置的块偏移部件19,20,其位于自由端16,17的最远端处。为了防止支臂11,12的负载过重,要确保当作用在基桥15上的作用力在横向部分13时,在块偏移部件19,20移动并靠在基桥15的内墙18和侧墙21,22之间形成的边缘上并阻止固定件10在完全推进位置的方向上进一步移动时,固定件10向内移进一距离,此距离由块偏移部件19,20的半径和轴配置预先决定的。
从图2中还可以看出,在每个支臂11,12的外侧沿半径向外形成固定鼻23,24。为了防止固定件10从接收部件1突然撤出并且向接收件1的经线方向延伸,每一个固定鼻与各自位于支臂11,12一边的边桥25,26一起作用,通过击打支臂11,12各自的边桥25,26不用沿半径向内施加作用力就能使它们足够闭合从而使固定件10移开。
图3显示根据图1所示一最佳实施例,对应图2所示,插入件3被插入到接收件1中使保持环2位于支臂11,12之间,在这种情况中,其垂直于支臂11,12的侧边且朝向插入侧8。具有可滑动的斜面使图3所描述的插入件3的插入更容易。如图3所示,只有支臂11,12的自由端16,17是在插入部件3内的这种配置时,其被配置为第一个接收区27与保持环3的外直径相配合,其充分分隔以使位于决装置的部件之间的机构脱开。换言之,在所描述的实施例中,基桥15和支臂11,12的自由端16,17。
图4为根据图1一最佳实施例,其具有图3所示配置中的被插入的插入件3,此时固定件10处于被完全推进的位置。如图4所示的固定件10处于被全部推进的位置内,保持部分14,在图4中未显示,在固定环2的后面啮合并因此防止插入件3突然从接收件1中脱出。另外,从图4中还可以看出,以剖面显示的基桥15的侧墙21,22和面向侧墙21,22的这些面的支臂11,12的内侧与外轮廓相互配合,从而在自由端16,17内形成第二个接收区域28,并且具有大于保持环2周长的较大的内径,保持环2具有远离支臂11,12的某一距离宽的纬度。

Claims (2)

1.一种连接器,其包括一配置有保持环(2)的插入件(3),还包括一用于接收所述插入件(3)的接收件(1),还包括一具有两个支臂(11,12)和一个保持部分(14)的固定件(10),其中,所述的固定件(10)能被插入到所述接收件(1)的接收区域(7)内并且能沿扩展位置和推进位置之间的插入件(3)的插入方向垂直移动,其中所述接收件(1)和固定件(10)包括一阻塞装置,在所述插入件(3)没有被正确地插入到所述接收件(1)中的情况下,被配置在所述接收件(1)和所述固定件(10)上的所述阻塞装置的部件彼此以一特定的方式互相啮合,从而能防止固定件(10)从所述扩展位置向所述推进位置移动,其特征在于:在接收件(1)上被配置的块装置的部件是一个桥状部分(15),其以在尾部的接收区域(7)为界限并且横向沿插入方向扩展,并且所述阻塞装置的另一部件是由所述固定件(10)的所述支臂(11,12)的自由端(16,17)形成的,所述桥状部分(15)在所述固定件(10)的扩展位置具有一大于所述支臂(11,12)之间的距离的宽度;所述桥状部分(15)还包括相对于固定件(10)移动方向倾斜的内墙(18),当所述固定件(10)被施力从所述扩展位置向推进位置移动时,所述内墙(18)使支臂(11,12)向内移动;并且由于当所述保持环(2)处在所述支臂(11,12)的空间内时,所述支臂(11,12)的分开空间足以使桥状部分(15)和所述支臂的所述自由端(16,17)之间的装置脱开并且所述固定件(10)能被移动进入到所述推进位置,所述保持部分(14)在保持环(2)后面啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述支臂(11,12)包括一个块偏移部件(19,20)其当所述固定件(10)产生作用从所述扩展位置向推进位置移动时,与所述阻塞装置一起使所述固定件(10)的所述支臂(11,12)超出预定的向内部冲击的移动被阻止。
