Abstract

本发明是一种高强度耐用窨井盖及其制备方法。所用的原料重量配比为:轮胎再生胶50-300,轮胎再生胶粉50-250,促进剂0.5-15,氧化锌0.5-30,碳酸钙10-200,硬脂酸0.1-10,防老剂0.5-20,硫黄0.5-5,高耐磨炭黑5-50;制备方法是将上述原料混合后进行炼制,然后入模成型。本发明在提高产品性能的同时,利用了大量的废旧橡胶制品及废旧轮胎等固体废料,消除了废旧橡胶对环境的污染。一是为环境保护作贡献,二是变废为宝生产原料易得,三是能大大提高产品耐用性和强度。本发明的高强度耐用窨井盖经检测,其耐压强度可达35吨,并且其韧性和强度都达到了较高的标准。本发明的橡胶窨井盖无偷盗价值,无噪音,不易腐蚀,减震好,抗压性能好,而且还有独特的香味,完全克服了现有技术存在的问题。

一种高强度耐用窨井盖及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度耐用窨井盖及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的窨井盖所用材料有铸铁的、水泥的和玻璃钢等。由于铸铁材料回收利用率高,造成经常被盗,窨井盖被盗后,裸露着窨井,造成人掉到窨并里,或自行车、汽车下陷等伤人事件。为此人们改变了用铸铁制造窨井盖的方法,采用其它材料,如钢筋水泥等材料制造,虽然克服的窨井盖被盗的问题,但这些材料的强度往往达不到使用要求,使用中发生窨井盖断裂、碎裂以至通洞的情况不断的增多,仍然会给交通安全带来隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种强度高、抗压性能好,经久耐用的高强度耐用窨井盖及其制备方法。
本发明的高强度耐用窨井盖是利用废旧橡胶制品及废旧轮胎作为主要原料,配与其它材料制备而成。
所用的原料重量配比为:轮胎再生胶50-300,轮胎胶粉50-250,促进剂0.5-15,氧化锌0.5-30,碳酸钙10-200,硬脂酸0.1-10,防老剂0.5-20,硫黄0.5-5,高耐磨炭黑5-50。
按以下方法制备:
1)制备轮胎再生胶粉:用废旧轮胎清洗后,经钢丝圈剥离机切胎,再经钢丝抽出机进行钢丝分离,分离钢丝后的胎片经破碎机破碎至粉状得轮胎再生胶粉;
2)将轮胎再生胶块(块状)50-300,轮胎再生胶粉50-250,促进剂0.5-15,氧化锌0.5-30,碳酸钙10-200,硬脂酸0.1-10,防老剂0.5-20,硫黄0.5-5,高耐磨炭黑5-50,香精0.3-2混合均匀;
3)混合原料进入开炼机粗炼,再进入密炼机密炼,然后装入模具,同时置入骨架,压模成型(可压制成窨井盖、下水盖板等);
4)用硫化机进行硫化,得窨井盖产品。
本发明与现有技术比较具有以下积极效果:
本发明在提高产品性能的同时,利用了大量的废旧橡胶制品及废旧轮胎等固体废料,消除了废旧橡胶对环境的污染。随着现代汽车工业的迅猛发展,越来越多的废旧轮胎废料产生,本发明利用了大量的橡胶废料,一是为环境保护作贡献,二是变废为宝生产原料易得,三是能大大提高产品耐用性和强度。本发明的高强度耐用窨井盖经云南省产品质量监督检验中心承载方试验检测,其耐压强度可达30吨,并且其韧性和强度都达到了较高的标准。本发明的橡胶窨井盖无偷盗价值,无噪音,不易腐蚀,减震好,抗压性能好,而且还有独特的香味,完全克服了现有技术存在的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
按以下步骤制备:
1)制备轮胎再生胶块和轮胎再生胶粉:用废旧轮胎清洗后,经钢丝圈剥离机切胎,再经钢丝抽出机进行钢丝分离,分离钢丝后的胎片经破碎机破碎成块状或破碎至粉状;
2)将轮胎再生胶块100千克、轮胎再生胶粉100千克,促进剂DM 1千克、氧化锌2.5千克、碳酸钙50千克、硬脂酸0.5千克、防老剂D 0.5千克、硫黄2.5千克、高耐磨炭黑5千克,茉莉花香精1千克混合均匀;
3)混合原料进入开炼机粗炼,再进入密炼机密炼,然后装入模具,同时置入骨架,压模成型;
4)用硫化机进行硫化,得窨井盖产品。
实施例2:
按以下步骤制备:
1)步骤与实施例1相同;
2)将轮胎再生胶块50千克、轮胎再生胶粉50千克,促进剂DM 0.5千克、氧化锌0.5千克、碳酸钙10千克、硬脂酸0.1千克、防老剂D 5千克、硫黄0.5千克、高耐磨炭黑20千克,玫瑰花香精0.3千克混合均匀;
3)和4)步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3:
按以下步骤制备:
1)步骤与实施例1相同;
2)将轮胎再生胶块300千克、轮胎再生胶粉250千克,促进剂DM 15千克、氧化锌30千克、碳酸钙200千克、硬脂酸10千克、防老剂D 20千克、硫黄5千克、高耐磨炭黑50千克,茉莉花香精2千克混合均匀;
3)和4)步骤与实施例1相同。

Claims (3)

1、一种高强度耐用窨井盖,其特征在于所用的原料重量配比为:轮胎再生胶50-300,轮胎再生胶粉50-250,促进剂0.5-15,氧化锌0.5-30,碳酸钙10-200,硬脂酸0.1-10,防老剂0.5-20,硫黄0.5-5;高耐磨炭黑5-50制备方法是将上述原料混合后进行炼制,然后入模成型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高强度耐用窨井盖,其特征于在上述原料中加入重量配比为0.3-5的香精。
3、权利要求1所述的高强度耐用窨井盖的制备方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:
1)制备轮胎再生胶粉:用废旧轮胎清洗后,经钢丝圈剥离机切胎,再经钢丝抽出机进行钢丝分离,分离钢丝后的胎片经破碎机破碎至粉状得轮胎再生胶粉;
2)将轮胎再生胶50-300,轮胎再生胶粉50-250,促进剂0.5-15,氧化锌0.5-30,碳酸钙10-200,硬脂酸0.1-10,防老剂0.5-20,硫黄0.5-5,高耐磨炭黑5-50,香精0.3-2混合均匀;
3)混合原料进入开炼机粗炼,再进入密炼机密炼,然后进入模具,同时置入骨架,压模成型;
4)用硫化机进行硫化,得窨井盖产品。
