合成树脂制托盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在搬运及保管各种货物时使用的合成树脂制托盘,具体涉及能用叉车或托盘搬运车等进行搬运的合成树脂制托盘。
背景技术
作为通常在搬运及保管货物时使用的托盘,提供有一种通过对合成树脂进行注射模塑而成型的合成树脂制托盘。例如日本特开2001-72063号公报及日本特开2000-16430号公报公开了可供公开的叉车等的叉部从两个方向插入的两方插入合成树脂制托盘、可供公开的叉车等的叉部从四个方向插入的四方插入合成树脂制托盘。
这种合成树脂制托盘由互相平行地配置的上表面板状部和下表面板状部、以及将该上表面板状部和下表面板状部连结起来的梁部构成。上表面板状部和下表面板状部之间利用分别排列于两端侧及中间的梁部连结,从而在上表面板状部和下表面板状部之间形成了一对叉插入孔。即,在包围上表面板状部和下表面板状部之间的外周部分的侧面部上设有梁部和叉插入孔的开口部。
合成树脂制托盘用于集中搬运及保管货物。具体地讲,在托盘上表面载放了货物的状态下,将叉车或托盘搬运车的叉部插入到一对叉插入孔中,连同合成树脂制托盘一起载置到货车货箱或仓库中。
但是,在要将多个合成树脂制托盘以纵向排列方式载置到只有货箱的后方部分开口的货车上的情况下,由于是从货箱的后方侧进行装载,因此,当货箱的长度比叉部的长度长很多时,便不能将合成树脂制托盘载置到货箱的前方侧。
这样,在以将叉车等的叉部插入到叉插入孔中的状态不能将合成树脂制托盘载置于期望场所时,要用叉车等的叉部前端推压合成树脂制托盘的侧面部而使合成树脂制托盘朝前方侧移动。
在使以往的合成树脂制托盘朝前方移动时,使叉部前端与位于叉插入孔侧方的梁部相抵接而进行推压。即,将合成树脂制托盘载置于货车货箱上后,使叉车后退将叉部从叉插入孔中拔出,使叉车横向移动等来调整叉部的宽度方向位置,以使叉部与梁部相抵接,然后再次前进使叉部前端与梁部相抵接而进行推压。这样,合成树脂制托盘的推进作业需要较多的时间和劳力。
另外,由于叉部在宽度方向上的移动范围是有限度的,因此,有时不能将叉部的间隔调整成使叉部前端与位于合成树脂制托盘两端的端侧梁部相抵接。在该情况下,会导致只推压位于合成树脂制托盘的叉插入孔之间的中央梁部,或是推压上述中央梁部和上述端侧梁部。于是,便不能非常均衡地推压合成树脂制托盘,从而产生合成树脂制托盘相对于推压方向倾斜而不能将合成树脂制托盘移动到规定位置的问题、以及合成树脂制托盘上的货物倒塌的问题。
为了解决上述问题,日本特许第2880657号公报公开了一种在合成树脂制托盘上设有用于卡定叉部前端的叉卡定部的合成树脂制托盘。该合成树脂制托盘的上表面板状部大于下表面板状部,上表面板状部从侧面突出较大,构成叉卡定部。该叉卡定部具有与叉部前端相抵触的前方抵接面和用于防止叉部朝上方产生位置偏移的上方抵接面。
具有该构结构的合成树脂制托盘,由于能将叉前端抵触在叉卡定部上而非常均衡地进行推压,因此能使合成树脂制托盘移动到规定的位置而不会使合成树脂制托盘上的货物倒塌。
但是,在具有上述叉卡定部的合成树脂制托盘中,由于叉卡定部形成于突出较大的上表面部,因此不能确保叉卡定部的强度,在用叉部推压时可能发生破损。
另外,在推压合成树脂制托盘时,在叉部朝位于叉卡定部下侧的叉插入孔偏离的情况下,可能使叉车与合成树脂制托盘发生碰撞而使合成树脂制托盘上的货物倒塌。
另外,由于上表面板状部从侧面突出较大,因此存在限制了合成树脂制托盘可并列配置的数量、从而减少在货车货箱或仓库内容纳合成树脂制托盘的数量的问题。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述实际情况而作成的,其目的在于,提供一种能采用叉车等简单且可靠地朝前方推出、且在货车货箱或仓库内的容纳数量不会不必要地受到限制的合成树脂制托盘。
本发明的合成树脂制托盘具有相互相对配置的上表面板状部和下表面板状部、以及包围该上表面板状部和下表面板状部之间的外周的侧面部,在该侧面部上形成有至少一对叉插入孔的开口部,其特征在于,
在上述叉插入孔的上述开口部上方形成有朝上述合成树脂制托盘内侧凹入的叉推压部,该叉推压部具有供叉车的叉部推压的推压面、限制上述叉部朝上方移动的上方引导部、限制上述叉部朝下方移动的下方引导部、限制上述叉部朝侧方移动的侧方引导部。
采用本发明的合成树脂制托盘,由于在叉插入孔的开口部上方设有朝合成树脂制托盘内侧凹入的叉推压部,因此,可通过用叉车等的叉部前端推压该叉推压部来推进合成树脂制托盘。
另外,由于在该叉推压部上设有限制叉部朝下方移动的下方引导部,因此,能防止在推进作业中叉部偏离到叉插入孔中,不用担心叉车等意外地与合成树脂制托盘发生碰撞,从而能防止合成树脂制托盘上的货物倒塌。
另外,由于在叉推压部上设有限制叉部朝侧方移动的侧方引导部,因此,即使在叉部发生横向滑动的情况下,叉部也不会偏离,从而能稳定地推进合成树脂制托盘。
另外,由于叉推压部是朝合成树脂制托盘内侧凹入而形成的,上表面板状部未从侧面突出较大,因此,可并列配置合成树脂制托盘的数量不会不必要地受到限制,从而不会减少在货车货箱或仓库内容纳合成树脂制托盘的数量。另外,由于上表面板状部没有突出较大的部分,因此合成树脂制托盘的处理变得简单。

具体实施方式
在本发明的合成树脂制托盘中,优选为,在上述侧方引导部上形成加强用肋。利用加强用肋能确保侧方引导部的强度,从而能防止叉部与侧方引导部发生碰撞时的破损。
另外,优选为,在上述推压面上设有加强用肋。
另外,优选为,上述上表面板状部的一部分为上方引导部,上述叉插入孔的上方壁面为下方引导部。
实施例
下面,参照附图说明本发明实施例的合成树脂制托盘。
图1~图6表示本发明实施例的合成树脂制托盘。
如图1所示,合成树脂制托盘11整体被形成为长方形的箱形,其具有形成合成树脂制托盘11上表面的上表面板状部12、形成合成树脂制托盘11下表面的下表面板状部13、将上表面板状部12和下表面板状部13相互连结起来的梁部14。如图2及图3所示,上表面板状部12和下表面板状部13配置成大致平行。
在上述结构的合成树脂制托盘11的梁部14之间,形成有用于供叉车或托盘搬运车的叉部插入的两对叉插入孔21、21或22、22。沿长边方向延伸的一对叉插入孔21、21在短边侧的两侧面部15上具有开口部21A、21A。沿短边方向延伸的一对叉插入孔22、22在长边侧的两侧面部15上具有开口部22A、22A。即,附图所示的合成树脂制托盘为所谓的四方插入合成树脂制托盘11。即,使由梁部14、叉插入孔21、21的开口部21A、21A构成的短边侧侧面部15和由梁部14、叉插入孔22、22的开口部22A、22A构成的长边侧侧面部15相接触地进行配置,由此形成了合成树脂制托盘11的侧面部15。并且,该侧面部15包围着上表面板状部12和下表面板状部13之间的外周部分。
在下表面板状部13上,在构成叉插入孔21、21底部的区域、即梁部14和梁部14之间,沿与叉车或托盘搬运车的叉部插入方向相正交的方向相互空开间隔地设有多个棂部23、23。同样,在构成叉插入孔22、22底部的区域、即梁部14和梁部14之间,沿与叉部插入方向相正交的方向相互空开间隔地设有多个棂部24、24。
在此,配置于在短边侧侧面部15上设有开口部21A、21A的叉插入孔21、21底部的棂部23的高度被设定为低于配置于在长边侧侧面部15上设有开口部22A、22A的叉插入孔22、22底部的棂部24的高度。
另外,在下表面板状部13上,在梁部14之间的区域内形成有与叉插入孔21、21相连通的多个车轮用孔25。在将托盘搬运车插入到叉插入孔21、21中的情况下,托盘搬运车的车轮可通过车轮用孔25接地。
另外,在本具体例的合成树脂制托盘11中,由于形成有四个车轮用孔25,因此下表面板状部13具有利用棂部23、24在中心形成十字的四边形状。
如图2及图3所示,在叉插入孔21、21的开口部21A、21A或叉插入孔22、22的开口部22A、22A与上表面板状部12之间的部分,形成有叉推压部31。该叉推压部31朝叉插入孔21、21或22、22延伸的方向凹入。如图5所示,该叉推压部31具有垂直于上表面板状部12、且大致平行于侧面部15地延伸的平面状的底面部。将该底面部作为与叉车的叉部前端相抵接的推压面32。将位于该推压面32上方的上表面板状部11作为上方引导部33,将位于推压面32下方的叉插入孔21、21或22、22的上方壁面作为下方引导部34。
形成有将上述叉插入孔21、21或22、22的上方壁面和上表面板状部12连结起来那样地、且从推压面32垂直竖起那样地延伸的一对侧方引导部35。更详细地讲,如图2及图3所示,在叉插入孔21、21、22、22的上方,在这些孔的一侧壁面与另一侧壁面之间形成了叉推压部31。
换言之,沿开口部21A、21A或22A、22A的上壁面形成有凹入的叉推压部31,且形成有一对侧方引导部35,该侧方引导部35从推压面32竖立地设置。
另外,如图2、图3、图6所示,在侧方引导部35的里侧部分形成有加强用肋36,该加强用肋36平行于上表面板状部12地延伸、且从推压面32垂直突出。
另外,如图4所示,在推压面32的里侧形成有多个加强用肋37,该加强用肋37垂直于推压面32地延伸。
合成树脂制托盘11的上表面、即上表面板状部12的表面构成了用于装载各种货物的装载面,为了能以稳定的状态载置货物而平坦地形成。并且,在该上表面板状部12的四边各缘部设有朝上方突出的突起部38。在下表面板状部13的重叠托盘时与上表面板状部12的突起部38相对的部分上设有可容纳突起部38的槽。这样,通过在上表面板状部12的四边各缘部设置朝上方突出的突起部38,在下表面板状部13上设置可容纳上述突起部的槽,能使托盘不会产生位置偏移地稳定地重叠。
在上述结构的合成树脂制托盘11的上表面板状部12的表面上载放了货物的状态下、将叉车或托盘搬运车的叉部插入到一对叉插入孔21、21或22、22中连同合成树脂制托盘11一起载置到货车货箱或仓库中,由此集中搬运及保管货物。
例如,将叉车的叉部插入到在长边侧开口的叉插入孔22、22中来搬运合成树脂制托盘11。
另一方面,如前面所说明的那样,在短边侧具有开口部21A、21A的叉插入孔21、21中设有高度低的棂部23。因此,即使是在叉部的前端附近设有车轮等的托盘搬运车,其前端部附近的车轮等也能容易地越过棂部23。因此,托盘搬运车的车轮便可通过车轮用孔25与地面接触,从而能用托盘搬运车搬运托盘。
即,在长边侧开口的叉插入孔22、22优选使用于利用叉车的搬运,在短边侧开口的叉插入孔21、21优选使用于利用叉车及托盘搬运车的搬运、特别是优选使用于利用托盘搬运车的搬运。
用叉车的叉部前端推压上述合成树脂制托盘11而使其移动的推进作业是如下这样进行的。
将叉车的叉部插入到合成树脂制托盘11的叉插入孔21、21或22、22中进行搬运,当将合成树脂制托盘11载置于货车货箱等上后,使叉车后退拔出叉部。朝上方移动叉部后使叉车前进,将叉部前端插入到叉推压部31中使其与推压面32相抵接。通过以该状态使叉车前进来推进合成树脂制托盘11。
在该合成树脂制托盘11中,由于在叉插入孔21、21或22、22的上方设有叉推压部31,通过将叉部前端插入到该叉推压部31中而对推压面32进行推压便能进行推进,因此,使叉车后退后仅调整叉部的高度便可推进合成树脂制托盘11。因此,不用使叉车或叉部横向移动,从而能简单地进行推进作业。
另外,由于在与叉部前端相抵接的推压面32的里侧形成有多个加强用肋37而确保了强度,因此,在用叉部前端进行推压时,能防止推压面32破损。
另外,由于设有用于防止叉部朝下方移动的下方引导部34,因此,在推压合成树脂制托盘11时,能防止叉部朝叉插入孔21、21或22、22偏离,从而能防止叉车意外地与合成树脂制托盘11发生碰撞。
另外,由于形成有用于防止叉部朝侧方移动的侧方引导部35,因此能防止叉部滑动而朝横向偏离,从而能稳定地推压合成树脂制托盘11。
另外,由于设有用于防止叉部朝上方移动的上方引导部33,因此,能防止在推进作业中叉部偏离而损伤合成树脂制托盘11上的货物。
另外,上表面板状部12和下表面板状部13面积大致相同,由于上表面板状部12未朝外侧突出较大,因此,在排列合成树脂制托盘11时,也不会减少在货车货箱或仓库内容纳合成树脂制托盘11的数量。
另外,由于在侧方引导部35的里侧形成有加强用肋36而确保了强度,因此,能防止由叉部与侧方引导部35发生碰撞时的冲击引起的破损。
以上,说明了本发明实施例的合成树脂制托盘,但本发明不限定于上述实施例,可在不脱离本发明主旨的范围内作适当变更。
例如,对叉插入孔从两个方向贯穿合成树脂制托盘而可供叉部从四个方向插入的、所谓的四方插入合成树脂制托盘进行了说明,但也可以是叉插入孔贯穿合成树脂制托盘而可供叉部从两个方向插入的、所谓的两方插入合成树脂制托盘。
产业上的可利用性
采用本发明,能提供一种可利用叉车等简单且可靠地进行合成树脂制托盘的推进作业、且在货车货箱或仓库内容纳合成树脂制托盘的数量不会不必要地受到限制的合成树脂制托盘。

Claims (1)

1.一种合成树脂制托盘,该合成树脂制托盘具有相互相对配置的上表面板状部和下表面板状部、以及包围上述上表面板状部和下表面板状部之间的外周的侧面部,在该侧面部上形成有至少一对叉插入孔的开口部,其特征在于,
在上述叉插入孔的上述开口部上方形成有朝上述合成树脂制托盘内侧凹入的叉推压部;
该叉推压部具有供叉车叉部推压的推压面、限制上述叉部朝上方移动的上方引导部、限制上述叉部朝下方移动的下方引导部、限制上述叉部朝侧方移动的侧方引导部;
在上述侧方引导部上设有加强用肋;
在上述推压面上设有加强用肋;
上述上表面板状部的一部分为上方引导部,上述叉插入孔的上方壁面为下方引导部;
在上述上表面板状部的四边的缘部设有朝上方突出的突起部,该突起部的外侧面位于上述叉推压部的推压面的延长面上,且上述突起部的内侧面位于上述叉推压面的里侧面的延长面上。
