Abstract

具有密封分送阀单元的分送器
技术领域
概括地说,本发明涉及分送器,具体地说,涉及一种具有密封分送阀单元的分送器,其带有一个盘状按钮,用于分送一定量的面霜类化妆品,此类化妆品的粘性高且容易因接触空气而变质,而该分送器做成在不使用化妆品时,其出口孔被完全密封,从而更有效地防止内装物发生质变和色变,并使得其内装物可以存放很长时间。
背景技术
众所周知,例如营养霜或按摩霜等面霜类化妆品含有高油性成分,所以与其它种类的化妆品相比,它们容易变质。
通常,面霜类化妆品存放在开口较大的盒中,以便使用者能够用手从盒中抹出化妆品。但是,这种盒增加了化妆品与空气的接触,从而导致化妆品氧化。此外,使用者手指上残留的杂质或水可能会使化妆品变质。
与此同时,分送器已经广泛应用到各种领域,用于从盒中流出一定量的内装物。这种分送器的操作过程如下。即,当按下在其预定位置具有一个喷嘴的按钮时,会压缩一个连接到此按钮下部的圆筒。因而,在通过位于此按钮预定位置的喷嘴流出之前,内装物沿一条窄长的路径流动。
为了使内装物沿此窄长路径移动,内装物最好具有低粘性。
即,对于粘性较低的化妆品(例如爽肤水或柔肤水),在压缩分送器时,化妆品可以很容易地沿窄长路径移动。而对于具有高粘性的面霜类化妆品,很难通过分送器的抽吸作用使化妆品沿此窄路径移动,所以使用这种分送器分送面霜类化妆品很不方便。
为了解决这一问题,已经提出了韩国专利申请(U.M.注册号:第0247187号),该专利也是由本发明的发明人申请的。该实用新型提供了一种分送器,其密封覆盖盒子的上部,在该分送器的上部固定一个盘状按钮,且在此按钮的中心形成一个出口孔。当按下此按钮时,内装物在穿过此盘状按钮的中心流出之前通过一段短路径。
但是,如图1和图2所示,当分送阀1关闭出口孔3时,出口孔3的内表面4与分送阀1的外表面2之间的接触面积很小。而且,内装物可能会使分送阀1意外向上移动。因而这种传统分送器存在密封性较差的问题。由于密封性较差,空气可以流过出口孔3与分送阀1之间的缝隙,从而使所存放的内装物发生质变和色变。所以,此问题亟待解决。
发明内容
相应地,考虑到现有技术中存在的上述问题而提出了本发明,本发明的一个目的是,提供一种具有密封分送阀单元的分送器,其固定在装有粘性高且容易因接触空气而变质的面霜类化妆品的密封盒的上部,并带有一个按钮,该按钮包括一个具有预定面积的下凹推板,从而使内装物向上流出。本发明改进了形成于盘状按钮中心位置的出口孔的构造以及关闭此出口孔的分送阀的构造,从而阻止空气流入盒中。
本发明的另一目的是,提供一种具有密封分送阀单元的分送器,其中,制作了位于盘状按钮中心位置的出口孔,以及固定在出口孔中用于打开和关闭出口孔的分送阀,以便利用流出的内装物形成一层薄密封膜。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有密封分送阀单元的分送器,其固定在装有粘性高且容易因接触空气而变质的面霜类化妆品的密封盒的开口处,当按下具有凹盘形状的按钮来操作此按钮下的抽吸构件时,通过此按钮的上板中心流出内装物,该分送器包括一个钻于此按钮凹形中心部分的出口孔,一个倾斜内表面限定出口孔的下部,并且从上到下逐渐变细,一个垂直内表面从该倾斜内表面的上端向上延伸一预定高度;以及一个分送阀,其下部具有一个漏斗形的倾斜外表面,用于根据抽吸构件的操作选择性地接触出口孔的倾斜内表面,从而打开或关闭此出口孔,此外,一个垂直外表面从该倾斜外表面的上端向上延伸一预定高度。
根据本发明,分送阀的垂直外表面的外径和高度小于出口孔的垂直内表面的内径和高度,以便一些内装物填充在垂直外表面与垂直内表面之间,从而提供一层密封膜。

首先,在描述本发明的特征之前,将说明具有抽吸构件的分送器10的一般构造。
分送器10包括一个外壳20,其固定在一个密封盒的开口处,以容纳容易因接触空气而变质且粘性高的面霜类化妆品。具有预定面积的入口22从外壳20的中部向下突出,且通过入口阀46打开或关闭。抽吸筒24从入口22外的一部分向上突出。在外壳20的开口处安装一个按钮30,可以按下此按钮以分送内装物。
按钮30为盘状,其具有预定面积,且在其中心下凹。穿过按钮30的中部钻一出口孔,以流出内装物。抽吸杆32从出口孔外的一部分向下突出,且连接到外壳22的抽吸筒24。因此,按钮30固定在外壳20的上部,可以压下按钮30的上板以垂直移动按钮30。此时,操作安装在按钮30下的抽吸构件40,从而分送内装物。
抽吸构件40安装在抽吸杆32和抽吸筒24之间。抽吸构件40包括活塞42、密封环44和入口阀46。活塞42连接到抽吸杆32。密封环44与抽吸筒24的内表面紧密接触,且可以垂直移动以控制内装物的流出。入口阀46可以在活塞42内垂直移动,以打开或关闭入口。因此,当按下按钮30时,抽吸构件40垂直移动以分送内装物。
而且,当内装物通过抽吸作用流出时,在抽吸压力下,盒内的柱塞50发生移动,从而将内装物向上推出,其数量与内装物的流出量成比例。采用这一方式,可以连续分送内装物。
在这种分送器10中,本发明的特征在于按钮30的中部形成的出口孔100的形状、用于打开或关闭出口孔100的分送阀200的形状,以及出口孔100与分送阀200的连接结构。
出口孔100钻于按钮30的中部。倾斜内表面110限定出口孔100的下部,并且从上到下逐渐变细。此外,垂直内表面120从倾斜内表面110的上端向上延伸一预定高度。在此情况下,倾斜内表面110具有一倾斜角度,此角度适于在分送阀200接触出口孔100时增强密封性,并且适于在分送阀200与出口孔100分离时顺利分送内装物。
此外,用于打开或关闭出口孔100的分送阀200在其下部具有一个漏斗形状的倾斜外表面210。垂直外表面220从倾斜外表面210的上端向上延伸一预定高度。在此情况下,当未按下按钮30时,分送阀200的倾斜外表面210与出口孔100的倾斜内表面110完全接触。而在按下按钮30时,倾斜外表面210与倾斜外表面110分离,从而可以通过倾斜外表面210与倾斜内表面110之间的缝隙分送内装物。
此外,分送阀200的垂直外表面220的外径d和厚度t小于出口孔100的垂直内表面120的内径D和高度T。当内装物从分送阀200与出口孔100之间的缝隙中流出时,这种构造允许分送的内装物形成一层密封膜,从而阻止空气流入盒内。
下面将参照附图说明本发明的操作。
图6显示了一种状态,在此状态中,分送阀与出口孔分离,以分送内装物。
在此状态中,上述分送器10固定在密封盒的开口,使用者可以按下按钮30。此时,连接到按钮30下部的抽吸构件40向下移动,从而压缩内装物。此外,分送阀200的倾斜外表面210与出口孔100的倾斜内表面110分离,以便内装物从倾斜外表面210与倾斜内表面110之间的缝隙中流出。
通过出口孔100的倾斜内表面110与分送阀200的倾斜外表面210之间的缝隙分送的内装物,在白垂直方向流出之前,被引至出口孔100的垂直内表面120与分送阀200的垂直外表面220之间。
以这种方式流出的内装物被出口孔100的垂直内表面120与分送阀200的垂直外表面220集中到一个位置。

当分送了内装物并随后释放按钮30时,抽吸构件40向上移动按钮30,使分送阀200的倾斜外表面210与出口孔100的倾斜内表面110紧密接触。从而关闭出口孔100。
接着,在使用者用手指将自出口孔100向上流出的内装物抹去之后,出口孔100的垂直内表面120和分送阀200的垂直外表面220之间的内装物形成一层薄密封膜,从而阻止空气进入盒中。
因此,上述构造和操作可以阻止空气进入分送器10,从而防止内装物变质。
虽然出于说明的目的而公开了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域的技术人员应了解,可以在不超出本发明的范围及主旨的基础上对其进行各种修改、添加和替换。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种具有密封分送阀单元的分送器,其固定在装有粘性高且容易因接触空气而变质的面霜类化妆品的密封盒的上部,并带有一个按钮,该按钮包括一个具有预定面积的下凹推板,从而防止内装物向上流出。本发明改进了形成于盘状按钮中心位置的出口孔的构造以及关闭此出口孔的分送阀的构造,以便阻止空气流入盒中,从而防止内装物发生质变和色变,并使得能够长期存放及使用其内装物。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有密封分送阀单元的分送器,其固定在装有粘性高且容易因接触空气而变质的面霜类化妆品的密封盒的开口处,当按下具有凹盘形状的按钮来操作此按钮下的抽吸构件时,通过此按钮的上板中心流出内装物,该分送器包括:
一个钻于此按钮凹形中心部分的出口孔,一个倾斜内表面限定出口孔的下部,并且从上到下逐渐变细,一个垂直内表面从该倾斜内表面的上端向上延伸一预定高度;
以及一个分送阀,其下部具有一个漏斗形的倾斜外表面,用于根据抽吸构件的操作选择性地接触出口孔的倾斜内表面,从而打开或关闭此出口孔,此外,一个垂直外表面从该倾斜外表面的上端向上延伸一预定高度。
2.如权利要求1所述的分送器,其中,分送阀的垂直外表面的外径(d)和高度(t)小于出口孔的垂直内表面的内径(D)和高度(T),以便一些内装物填充在垂直外表面与垂直内表面之间,从而提供一层密封膜。
