Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置。它包括支架,支架上设收紧带的收放装置,支架上还设收紧带导向固定装置,可拆卸收紧带的一端与收放装置连接,可拆卸收紧带的另一端与导向固定装置连接或穿过导向固定装置与收放装置连接。使用时,只须将收紧带连接在收放装置,然后用收紧带套住整体式轮胎内支撑体,驱动收放装置,收紧带将整体式轮胎内支撑体压缩,造成内支撑体的大幅度弹性变形,将整体式轮胎内支撑体放入车胎后,松开收紧带并将其从收放装置张拆下,即可将该装置拿走。该装置结构紧凑小巧,便于携带,拆装方便,操作简单。

汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置
技术领域
本发明属于装卸装置,具体涉及一种用于汽车轮胎内支撑安装的快速装卸装置。
背景技术
为保证汽车轮胎泄气可行驶,其中的一项解决措施即对轮胎加装内支撑体。在轮胎泄气的情况下,汽车依靠轮胎内支撑体继续行驶至安全地带。整体式轮胎内支撑体的硬度必须合适,既要能产生大幅度弹性变形从而装入轮胎之内,又要有足够的硬度和强度,以保证在轮胎泄气时承担相应的载荷。满足以上要求的整体式轮胎内支撑依靠人力装卸极其困难,一般需要大型专用液压设备对其进行装配。这种装置结构复杂,只能在修理厂完成;不能随车携带,实现汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便携的汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,以解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案为:汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,它包括支架,可拆卸的收紧带;支架上设收紧带的收放装置,支架上还设收紧带导向固定装置,可拆卸收紧带的一端与收放装置连接,可拆卸收紧带的另一端与导向固定装置连接或穿过导向固定装置与收放装置连接。
所述收放装置包括支架上连接的收紧带轮轴,收紧带轮轴的输入端与齿传动装置连接,齿传动装置的输入轴连接手动装置或电动装置。
所述齿传动装置包括设在支架上的蜗轮,涡轮与蜗杆啮合,蜗杆设在蜗杆支架上,蜗杆支架与支架连接。
所述导向固定装置由两个间隔设置的导杆构成,导杆设在支架上或与支架连接的托架上。
使用时,只须将收紧带连接在收放装置,然后用收紧带套住整体式轮胎内支撑体,驱动收放装置,收紧带将整体式轮胎内支撑体压缩,造成内支撑体的大幅度弹性变形,将整体式轮胎内支撑体放入车胎后,松开收紧带并将其从收放装置张拆下,即可将该装置拿走。该装置结构紧凑小巧,便于携带,拆装方便,操作简单。

具体实施方式
本实施例用于对本发明技术方案的说明解释,其保护范围并不限于下列实施例的内容。
如图1所示,支架700上设收紧带的收放装置200,收放装置200包括支架700上连接的收紧带轮轴300,收紧带轮轴300的输入端与齿传动装置400连接,齿传动装置400的输入轴连接手动装置或电动装置,如采用电动装置,可直接将电机的输出轴与齿传动装置400的输入轴连接或将电机及减速器的输出轴与输出轴与齿传动装置400的输入轴连接。本图实施例中齿传动装置400的输入轴连接手动装置500。齿传动装置400可采用齿轮传动装置或蜗轮蜗杆传动装置。在手动驱动时,可优选蜗轮蜗杆传动装置。上述齿传动装置设在外壳内,本图实施例齿传动装置没有采用外壳,使结构更为简单。
它包括设在支架700上的蜗轮413,涡轮413与蜗杆408啮合。蜗杆408设在蜗杆支架717上。
支架700上还设收紧带导向固定装置100,导向固定装置100包括设在支架700上或与支架700连接的托架110上的一个或两个固定导杆。本图实施例中收紧带导向固定装置100包括与支架700连接的托架110,托架110上间隔设置两个的导杆111、112。收紧带201根据要求绕制在两个的导杆111、112之间。
如图2所示,支架700上还设收紧带收紧导向装置600,收紧带收紧导向装置600包括与支架700连接的支承板601,支承板601连接导向滚轮602;导向滚轮602靠近收紧带轮轴300。
如图3、4所示,收紧带轮轴300前端与蜗轮413轮孔之间由键414连接,收紧带轮轴300上连接挡环302,挡环302与支架壁701之间的收紧带轮轴300上开设一个或两个轴向卡槽。本图实施例中采用收紧带轮轴300上开设一个轴向卡槽303。收紧带201的一端或两端卡在轴向卡槽303内,挡环302由螺钉304固定在收紧带轮轴300上。收紧带轮轴300的两端分别与支架700的支架壁701、702连接。支架壁702上通过连接螺栓416连接蜗轮及轴盖415。支架壁701与收紧带轮轴300之间设轴承301。
手动装置500包括可与齿传动装置的输入端轴,即本实施例图中的蜗杆轴410套接的套筒518(如图5),套筒518的另一端与摇臂519连接,摇臂519的另一端连接手柄520。
支架700上还连接有手持柄800。在手动驱动中,手持柄800给装置一个反力矩。也可采用套筒式或螺纹式连接。
齿传动装置的输入轴轴端面设滚珠。本实施例中如图5所示,蜗杆408设在蜗杆支架717上,蜗杆支架717与支架700连接。蜗杆408下端设在底座411内,蜗杆408轴端面与底座411内底面之间设滚珠409。
使用时,将收紧带连接在收放装置,然后用收紧带套住整体式轮胎内支撑体,驱动收放装置,收紧带将整体式轮胎内支撑体压缩,造成内支撑体的大幅度弹性变形(图6),将整体式轮胎内支撑体920放入车胎910后,松开收紧带并将其从收放装置张拆下(图7),即可将该装置拿走。
根据收紧带不同的穿过托架的方法,可以实现双向同时收紧和单向收紧的功能,双向收紧时节省时间,单向收紧时节省体力,使用人员可以根据实际情况进行选择操作。

Claims (10)

1、一种汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,它包括支架,其特征在于它还包括可拆卸的收紧带,支架上设收紧带的收放装置,支架上还设收紧带导向固定装置,可拆卸收紧带的一端与收放装置连接,可拆卸收紧带的另一端与导向固定装置连接或穿过导向固定装置与收放装置连接;所述收放装置包括支架上连接的收紧带轮轴,收紧带轮轴的输入端与齿传动装置连接,齿传动装置的输入轴连接手动装置或电动装置。
2、如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于导向固定装置包括设在支架上或与支架连接的托架上的一个或两个固定导杆。
3、如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于齿传动装置为蜗轮蜗杆传动装置,它包括设在支架上的蜗轮,蜗轮与蜗杆啮合,蜗杆设在蜗杆支架上,蜗杆支架与支架连接。
4、如权利要求3所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于收紧带轮轴前端与蜗轮轮孔之间由键连接,收紧带轮轴上连接挡环,挡环与支架壁之间的收紧带轮轴上开设一个或两个轴向卡槽。
5、如权利要求1或3所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于所述手动装置包括可与齿传动装置的输入端轴套接的套筒,套筒的另一端与摇臂连接,摇臂的另一端连接手柄。
6、如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于支架上还连接有手持柄。
7、如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于支架上还设收紧带收紧导向装置,收紧带收紧导向装置包括与支架连接的支承板,支承板连接导向滚轮;导向滚轮靠近收紧带轮轴。
8、如权利要求1或3所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于齿传动装置的输入轴轴端面设滚珠。
9、如权利要求8所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于输入轴设在底座内,滚珠设在输入轴轴端面与底座内底面之间。
10、如权利要求1或3所述汽车轮胎内支撑快速装卸装置,其特征在于所述齿传动装置设在外壳内。
