本发明涉及一种薄膜供给装置,其用来将压敏粘膜,例如汽车轮胎的防护膜,从不粘片上剥离下来,从而将压敏粘膜提供到薄膜粘贴架或装置上。此外,本发明还涉及一种用于上述薄膜供给装置的薄膜粘贴系统。
背景技术

环形粘膜被供给到具有校准轴的薄膜粘贴装置上。附着在所述连续不粘片上的环形粘膜可从连续不粘片上剥离下来。此外,校准轴能穿过环形粘膜的内圈。
此外,连续不粘片可以具有孔,并且环形粘膜的去除区域与该孔重合。
此外,根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一种薄膜粘贴系统,其包括一不粘片、一薄膜粘贴装置以及一薄膜供给装置。
不粘片可分离地附着在环形粘膜上。薄膜粘贴装置用来将不粘片上剥离下来的环形粘膜粘贴到被粘载体上。薄膜供给装置将环形粘膜从不粘片上剥离下来并将环形粘膜送到薄膜粘贴装置。
此外,该薄膜粘贴装置包括一膜支撑机构和和一校准轴。该膜支撑机构支撑环形粘膜。校准轴则相对于被粘载体对薄膜粘贴装置的位置进行调节。不粘片包括一切开的区域以便校准轴穿过环形粘膜的内孔。薄膜供给装置包括一个其上放置不粘片的台面和一个将台面上的不粘片朝预定方向运送的片运送机构。该台面设有一个开口,校准轴可穿过该开口。此外,该台面还带有一个剥离部分,该剥离部分用来将环形粘膜从不粘片剥离下来。台面还带有一个通道,该通道沿预定方向从开口到

使校准轴穿过切开区域并插入到开口中,可将薄膜粘贴装置放置到环形粘膜上。该环形粘膜通过薄膜支撑机构悬置在薄膜粘贴装置上。在不粘片被运送时,校准轴沿着通道内面移动。然后,放置在环形粘膜上的薄膜粘贴装置与环形粘膜一起被运送到剥离部分。最后,在校准轴沿预定方向运送时,将校准轴从已经穿过剥离部分的不粘片的切开区域抽出。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图所示的实施方案来描述本发明。
图1示意性地示出本发明一实施方案中薄膜粘贴系统的立体图。此外图2示出本发明薄膜粘贴系统中所用的连续不粘片一个局部。
本实施方案的薄膜供给系统10是一种用来给本实施方案的薄膜粘贴装置30供应环形压敏粘膜21(下面也称作保护膜)的装置,其中的粘膜可分离地附着在连续不粘片20上。如图2所示,车轮的保护膜21沿纵向以预定间距附着在连续不粘片20上。附着在不粘片20上的保护膜21为形状为环形的薄膜,其中环形薄膜中与车轮(被粘载体)中心部分相对应的圆形区域22(或者是去掉的区域)被去掉。注意,不粘片20中对应于保护膜区域22的圆形区域也在区域22从保护膜21中被去掉的同时被去掉。此外,例如,可在不粘片20的一侧沿纵向以预定间距形成定位孔23。此外,也可用特定类型的标记来定位以代替定位孔。
不粘片20最初是被缠绕支撑在片供给部分11上。不粘片20从片支撑部分拉出,并输送到台面12上。最后它在卷片部分13被卷起。片供给部分11的拉出操作和卷片部分13的卷起操作均由电机完成,其中的电机在图中没有示出。此外,控制器14用来控制电机的驱动。
在台面12的顶面上的预定间距处,布置有定位传感器15,由此可通过检测不粘片20上的定位孔23来对台面12上的保护膜21进行定位。脚开关16与控制器14相连,从而在操作者推压脚开关16时,可启动电机,将不粘片20从片供给部分11送出。当保护膜21移到台面12上的预定位置并且定位传感器15检测到定位孔23时,定位传感器会给控制器14发送一个信号,由此控制器14停止驱动电机并使保护膜21定位在台面12的适当位置处。
图3和图4示意性地示出本实施方案中薄膜粘贴装置30的侧视图和底视图。
薄膜粘贴装置30包括一个环形板31,其环形区域的外形基本上与环形的保护膜21的环形区域相同。环形板31的顶面带有一个支撑件32,其跨过环形的中心。环形板31的顶上带有一个把手33,以便操作者抓取并操作薄膜粘贴装置30。此外,在支撑件32下面与环形板31中心相对应的位置处有一个校准轴34,其用来使薄膜粘贴装置30与车轮对正。即,校准轴34从支撑件32向下延伸。校准轴34的下端做成一个轮毂插入部34A,由此该轮毂插入部34A可插入到车轮的轮毂中从而在将保护膜粘贴到车轮上时使薄膜粘贴装置30与车轮对正。因此,轮毂插入部34A的尺寸被调整到能与轮毂滑动配合的尺寸。另一方面,校准轴34的上半段做成一个比轮毂插入部34A细的杆件34B。
在环形板31的底面上通过弹性件36(例如海绵体)沿周边等角度地布置有膜支撑件,其包括有多个粘接件(如双面粘接带),以便将保护膜21临时地粘贴在薄膜粘贴装置30上。在本实施方案中,例如共有八个粘接件35a-35h沿径向布置。粘接件35a和35e布置在支撑件32上带有把手33的预定位置上。即,粘接件35a和35e相对于环形板31的中心为对称布置。粘接件35a和35e做成“T”形,而其它的粘接件则做成“I”形。这是因为保护膜21从不粘片20的剥离操作是沿粘接件35a和35h之间的区段所确定的方向(即,把手33的纵向)进行的。即,在剥离操作中,保护膜开始是从粘接件35a或35e相对应的一侧剥离的,而完成则是在另一侧。因此,需要将保护膜21牢牢地粘贴在薄膜粘贴装置30上与粘接件35a和35e相对应的位置上。在本实施方案中,将粘接件35a和35e做成“T”形可以提高这两点的粘接面积,从而提高对保护膜的固定能力。
注意,在将保护膜21粘贴在小汽车的车轮等上时,其上粘贴有保护膜21的薄膜粘贴装置30需要通过将校准轴34装入轮毂中来与车轮对正。然后,操作者将把手33压到车轮上,从而将环形板31压向车轮的表面,并使弹性件36夹在环形板31和车轮表面之间。此时,保护膜21夹在环形板31和车轮表面之间,并通过上述下压操作所产生的压力粘在车轮的表面上。之后,将校准轴34从轮毂中抽出,这样薄膜粘贴装置30就从车轮中移开,此时已粘贴到车轮表面上的保护膜21就从薄膜粘贴装置30上剥离下来。即,保护膜21和粘接件35a-35h之间的粘接力应当小于保护膜与车轮之间的接触粘接力。
参见图5所示的台面12的平面图。本实施方案的台面12基本为矩形。例如,台面12的中心形成有一个圆形开口12h以便插入校准轴34。圆形开口12h的内径稍稍大于轮毂插入部34A的外径从而使轮毂插入部34A能穿过开口12h。此外,圆形开口12h通过一个导槽(或通道)12g朝着不粘片20运送到台面12上的方向一直连接到台面12的外部边缘上。即,如图5所示,开口12h和导槽12g形成一条从台面12的剥离部分12p延伸到开口12h的槽道。注意,导槽12g的宽度稍稍大于杆件34B的外径。
此外,与相应于剥离部分12p并形成有导槽12g的一侧相邻的侧边上设有一个切口12n。切口12n与定位传感器15配合使用以便调节保护膜21的位置。即,切口12n形成于定位传感器15的正下方。例如,当定位传感器15采用一光电传感器时,其在结构上应使布置在台面12下面的光源(图中未示出)所射出的光线能穿过切口12n从而能被定位传感器15所接收。在多数情况下,不粘片20的边缘会挡住该光线,只有当定位孔23与切口12n和定位传感器15对正时,定位传感器15才能检测到该光线,从而使不粘片20的运送停下来。此时,保护膜21的中心处于圆形开口12h的中心处,由此使保护膜21定位正确。
下面,参见图6到8来描述用薄膜供给系统10将保护膜21从不粘片20剥离并粘贴到薄膜粘贴装置30上的操作。
图6示意性地示出薄膜供给装置和薄膜粘贴装置的侧视图,其中薄膜粘贴装置30已经被置于台面12上,保护膜21和不粘片20被夹在薄膜粘贴装置30和台面12之间,保护膜21正好与台面12上的圆形开口12h对正。即图6展示的是薄膜粘贴装置30从图1所示位置降下来从而使轮毂插入部34A插入到圆形开口12h时的状态,此时环形板31底面上的粘接件35a-35h压在保护膜21上。此时,保护膜21借助于薄膜粘贴装置30的压力粘贴到粘接件35a-35h上。
如图6所示,当粘接件35a-35h贴在台面12上的保护膜21上时,轮毂插入部34A就从台面12的下面完全突出。从而,从图3所示轮毂插入部34A的上端到粘接件35a-35h的底面之间的距离“h”大于台面12的厚度。这里,保护膜21的厚度忽略不计。
例如,当操作者抓着把手33操作脚开关16时,不粘片20被从片供给部分11拉出,同时在卷片部分13卷起,从而不粘片20和保护膜21就在台面12上朝箭头“A”所示的方向移动。此时,不粘片20上的薄膜粘贴装置30,薄膜粘贴装置30上的把手33由操作者轻轻地抓着,也朝着“A”的方向与不粘片20和保护膜21一起被移动过去,并且杆件34B沿着导槽12g的内面移动。
当保护膜21和薄膜粘贴装置30的前边,其沿着“A”的方向运送,从图6所示位置到达台面12的剥离部分12p时,不粘片20就在剥离部分12p位置处转动90度。另一方面,薄膜粘贴装置30的粘接件35a-35h继续将保护膜21悬挂在弹性件36的底面上,这样保护膜21就与薄膜粘贴装置30一起朝着“A”的方向直线运送。由此,保护膜21就从不粘片20上剥离下来。在该操作中,操作者根据不粘片20的运动来移动薄膜粘贴装置30,同时使粘接件35a-35h的底面与台面12的表面保持在一个平面上,并抓住把手33。
图7示意性地示出薄膜供给装置和薄膜粘贴装置的侧视图,其中的薄膜粘贴装置30从剥离部分12p的边缘伸出一半。从图7可以清楚地看出,此处,校准轴34应当从不粘片20的内侧穿过移到外侧。在本实施方案中,校准轴34从不粘片20的内侧通过不粘片20上的区域22穿过并移到外侧。这种情形展示在图8所示的放大后的部分立体图。
不粘片20进一步前进,当薄膜粘贴装置30和保护膜21的尾缘到达剥离部分12p的端头时,保护膜21就从不粘片20完全剥离下来,这样保护膜就粘贴到薄膜粘贴装置30上了。
注意,要想使校准轴34穿过不粘片20的切孔(或者是切开区域)或圆形区域22,其必须满足以下条件,即D/2>d/2+L,参见图9,其中的“D”表示图2所示圆形区域22的直径,“L”表示图3所示粘接件35a-35h底面(保护膜的表面)到轮毂插入部34A前端的距离,“d”表示轮毂插入部34A的外径。即,在本实施方案中,当轮毂插入部34A的前边到达剥离部分12p端头所对应的位置时,不粘片20圆孔(本实施方案中的圆形区域22)的最下端至少要到达粘接件35a-35h底面之下距离“L”之外的一点。
在本实施方案中,不粘片20在剥离部分12p的端头相对于台面基本上是转过一个直角,然而,不粘片20也可转动一个锐角。此时,要想使校准轴34穿过不粘片20的切孔或圆形区域22,其必须满足以下条件,即D/2>d/2+(1+cosθ)L/sinθ,参见图10,其中“θ”表示剥离角。注意,本实施方案对应于θ等于90°的情况。
在本实施方案中使用了例如两面涂覆的粘接带来将保护膜粘贴到环形板上,但是薄膜粘贴装置并不限于本实施方案的这种。例如,该薄膜可通过吸气装置粘贴到薄膜粘贴装置上,其可通过其上带有多个空气吸孔的环形吸板来进行。
此外,在本实施方案中,保护膜以及用来支撑保护膜的板件均做成规则的环形。然而,薄膜和板件的形状并不限于这种规则的环形,其内外轮廓可采用任何形式。即,也可采用中心为切开区域的不规则环形的保护膜。此时,不粘片切开区域的形状可做成与保护膜内轮廓相对应的形状。然而,只要能使校准轴穿过切除区域,任何形状的切开区域都是可行的。还有,台面的开口也是如此。
此外,也可采用压敏粘膜之外的其它粘膜。
尽管上面已结合附图对本发明的实施方案进行了描述,但显然本领域技术人员可以在本发明范围之内做出其它的修正和改变。
这里公开的内容涉及日本专利申请2003-404499(申请日为2003年12月3日)的主题内容,该在表述上以参考的形式全文引入于此。

Claims (10)

1.一种薄膜供给装置,其用来将附着在不粘片上的环形粘膜提供到一个具有一校准轴的薄膜粘贴装置,所述装置包括:
一台面,所述不粘片放置在该台面上;以及
一个片运送机构,其在所述台面上沿预定方向运送所述不粘片;
其中,所述台面设有一个开口,所述校准轴穿过该开口,并且所述台面还包括一个用来将所述环形粘膜从所述不粘片剥离下来的剥离部分、和一个沿所述预定方向从所述开口到所述剥离部分设置的通道。
2.如权利要求1的薄膜供给装置,其中所述校准轴通过所述环形粘膜的切开区域插入到所述开口中,从而所述薄膜粘贴装置放置在所述环形粘膜上。
3.如权利要求2的薄膜供给装置,其中当所述不粘片被运送并且所述校准轴沿所述通道移动时,所述环形粘膜上的所述薄膜粘贴装置与所述环形粘膜一起被送到所述剥离部分。
4.如权利要求1的薄膜供给装置,其中所述不粘片具有一圆孔,从而所述校准轴通过所述圆孔插入到所述开口中。
5.如权利要求4的薄膜供给装置,其中不粘片上的圆孔的中心基本上与附着在所述不粘片上的所述环形粘膜的中心同轴。
6.如权利要求5的薄膜供给装置,其中当所述薄膜粘贴装置放置在所述环形粘膜上时,所述孔的直径“D”满足以下条件,即D/2>d/2+(1+cosθ)L/sinθ,其中的“L”表示所述校准轴的前端到所述环形粘膜表面的距离,“d”表示所述校准轴的最大外径,“θ”表示在剥离部分处的剥离角。
7.如权利要求6的薄膜供给装置,其中所述剥离角“θ”为90°。
8.一种薄膜粘贴装置,其用来将不粘片上的环形粘膜粘贴到被粘载体上,该装置包括:
一膜支撑机构,其沿着所述环形粘膜的周边支撑所述环形粘膜;以及
一校准轴,其相对于所述被粘载体而调整所述薄膜粘贴装置的位置;
其中所述膜支撑机构的支撑力至少在一个所述环形粘膜从不粘片开始剥离的位置以及一个所述环形粘膜完全剥离的位置处被加大。
9.如权利要求8的薄膜粘贴装置,其进一步包括把手,并且其中所述支撑机构包括多个粘接件,由此,在所述多个粘接件中至少在所述把手纵向上的一个粘接件的粘接力大于其它粘接件的粘接力。
10.一种薄膜粘贴系统,其包括:
一不粘片,其上可分离地附着有环形粘膜;
一薄膜粘贴装置,用来将从所述不粘片上剥离下来的所述环形粘膜粘贴到被粘载体上;以及
一薄膜供给装置,其将所述环形粘膜从所述不粘片上剥离下来并将所述环形粘膜提供到所述薄膜粘贴装置;其中
所述薄膜粘贴装置包括一支撑所述环形粘膜的膜支撑机构、和一相对于所述被粘载体来调整所述薄膜粘贴装置的位置的校准轴;
所述不粘片包括一切开的区域以便所述校准轴穿过所述环形粘膜的去除区域;
所述薄膜供给装置包括一个其上放置所述不粘片的台面、和一个将所述台面上的所述不粘片朝预定方向运送的片运送机构;并且其中所述台面设有一个开口,所述校准轴可穿过该开口,此外,所述台面还带有一个用来将所述环形粘膜从所述不粘片剥离下来的剥离部分、和一个沿所述预定方向从所述开口到所述剥离部分设置的通道;以及
其中所述校准轴穿过所述切开区域并插入到所述开口中,从而所述薄膜粘贴装置放置到所述环形粘膜上;
所述环形粘膜通过所述薄膜支撑机构附着到所述薄膜粘贴装置上;
当所述不粘片运送时,所述校准轴沿着所述通道内面移动;
放置在所述环形粘膜上的所述薄膜粘贴装置与所述环形粘膜一起被运送到所述剥离部分;以及
在所述校准轴沿预定方向运送时,所述校准轴从已经通过所述剥离部分的所述不粘片的所述切开区域抽出。
