Abstract

Description
背景技术
用于车辆气囊,特别是用于约束头部的气囊的气体产生筒,通常通过两个夹环安装到支撑板上,该支撑板安装在车身上。考虑到该气体产生筒在被触发时出现的实际作用力,该气体产生筒在该支撑板上的安装要求能承受至少10Nm的扭矩。
这个需求可以通过螺旋夹来实现。然而,螺旋夹的制造成本昂贵,而且特别是因为为了确保所需的夹持力,必须非常小心地以预定扭矩紧固螺钉,所以在装配上耗费时间。此外,对于螺旋夹,已经发现,对安全地保持该气体产生筒非常重要的弹性会随着时间的推移而降低。
对例如美国专利5305499中已知的无阶梯式卡箍(ear clamps)的测试可显示:在金属气体产生筒直接通过金属夹被紧固时,即使该金属夹被制造成足够重,仅能获得高到3.5Nm的扭矩。使用额外的橡胶或塑胶插入物将会获得高达9Nm的扭矩。例如国际专利02/077509Al描述的具有被集成化的波形的弹性储备的无阶梯式卡箍,在金属/金属紧固时可获得5~6Nm的扭矩值。
德国专利10329008A1公开了一种夹环,该夹环包括拉紧环耳,其形成在所述夹环内且具有两个通过连接板互连的向外延伸的腿部;以及用于增加所述夹环与所述物体之间夹持力的装置,该夹环是一种由带形材料制成的用于气体产生筒的开放环耳夹。这种夹环设置有多个向外凸出的波状部用以改善其弹性。该夹环的内表面被粗糙化以增加夹持力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少避免部分现有技术的可比较的夹环中出现的缺陷。更明确的目的是提供一种夹环,尤其是用于安装气体产生筒,其能够确保高扭矩并尽可能地使固定更容易。
本发明的夹环能够满足这个目的。根据本发明的夹环剖面的结构产生令人吃惊的高的夹持力,该夹持力的产生是由于拉紧环耳和波状部之间的弹性联合作用以及也由于存在于波状部的向外的拱部之间的向内的凸拱部啮合要被安装的物体,即气体产生筒的压力。关于上述情况的测试显示:根据本发明的夹环在直接的金属/金属连接的情况下承受高达13Nm的扭矩。同时,仅通过缩小环耳而拉紧的夹环,具有易于安装的优点。
根据本发明改进的夹环具有以下优点:获得适当的弹性和在内凸拱部与气体产生筒之间被限定的压力,因而根据本发明改进的夹环的结构由于波状部和拉紧的环耳之间结合的弹性相互作用也是很有利的。
本发明进一步方案使得夹环的形状稳定且便于制造。
本发明进一步方案已经验证了适合于安装常用气体产生筒的夹环。
本发明进一步的方案中拉紧环耳的结构对于夹持力是有利的。
本发明还涉及承载在夹环中气体产生筒的支撑板部分的结合,其在夹持力和安装安全方面是有利的。

具体实施方式
图1所示的闭合夹环10由镀锌钢制成的管部组成,其在具有沿轴向为10mm的宽度,1.5mm的壁厚,以及在所示的未被拉紧状态下具有28.5mm的内径。
为了绕着一个要被安装的物体(图1中未示出)拉紧夹环10,该夹环具有被称为“欧提克环耳(Oetiker ear)”11的结构,其包括两个由连接板13互连的向外延伸的腿部12。加强凸筋14被冲压到连接板13内。在所述实施例中,在未拉紧状态下呈平行状态的腿部之间的内侧距离为8mm。通过一具有钳口(jaws)的钳型专用工具在靠近该腿部的内端处与腿部12接合将环耳11缩小到预定程度从而将其拉紧。
一般由15来标识的波状部在夹环10内沿直径方向与环耳11相对的位置形成。波状部15包括:两个从夹环10向外延伸的外伸拱部16,和位于它们之间的内凸拱部17。外伸拱部16从未变形环凸出2~3mm。整个波状部15的半径长度大致与未拉紧状态下的环耳11的宽度相一致。
这样确定内凸拱部17的尺寸,以使得其顶点至少正切于由该环的其它部分所限定的内圆。为增加夹持作用(clamping action),内凸拱部17可被定型为使其顶点在初始状态下向内稍微超出上述圆周。内凸拱部17的半径实际上大于外伸拱部16的半径,以使得外伸拱部16相当硬,而内凸拱部17以相对较高的弹性啮合要被夹紧的物体。
如图2和图3示意性示出,用于车辆气囊的气体产生筒20在靠近任一个或多个圆柱形端部21位置通过根据图1的夹环10被安装在支撑板25上。在图2的左侧,气体产生筒20具有一连接至气囊(未示出)的接管(nipple)22。支撑板25具有用于安装在车身上的横向凸耳(lugs)26。
如图3所示,支撑板25的两个端部27沿着大约120°的弧形相对气体产生筒20的圆柱形端部21的外径弯曲。在装配状态下,端部27位于气体产生筒20与各夹环10之间。
为了将气体产生筒20安装到支撑板25上,该气体产生筒20的圆柱形端部21被设置在支撑板25预先弯折的端部27内,从而夹环10滑至该气体产生筒20上。通过已经被设置为预定力和预定距离的钳型工具来缩小夹环环耳11,金属气体产生筒20和金属支撑板25可被直接夹入金属夹环10内,以在气体产生筒20与支撑板25之间获得远高于所需值10Nm的扭矩。
以上描述中给出的尺寸有关于该优选实施例,其中,要被安装的气体产生筒20具有给定外径(约27mm)的圆柱形端部21。就不同尺寸的物体而言,该夹环需要具有不同尺寸,在其壁厚和轴向宽度上也可能不同。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于将物体安装在支撑上的夹环,其包括:
拉紧环耳(11),其形成在所述夹环内且具有两个通过连接板(13)互连的向外延伸的腿部(12);以及
用于增加所述夹环(10)与所述物体之间夹持力的装置(15),其特征在于:所述用于增加夹持力的装置包括形成在所述夹环内的波状部(15),所述波状部具有两个从所述夹环向外凸出的外伸拱部(16),和位于所述外伸拱部之间向内的内凸拱部(17),所述内凸拱部的顶点位于由所述夹环(10)的其余部分限定的圆上。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹环,其中,所述物体是气囊的气体产生筒(20),所述支撑是支撑板(25)。
3.如权利要求1所述的夹环,其中,所述内凸拱部(17)具有比外伸拱部(16)大的半径。
4.如权利要求1所述的夹环,其中,所述波状部(15)位于沿直径方向与拉紧环耳(11)相对的位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的夹环,其中,所述夹环由管状材料制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的夹环,其中,所述管状材料具有1~2mm的壁厚。
7.如权利要求5所述的夹环,其中,所述管状材料具有1.5mm的壁厚。
8.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹环,其中,所述夹环具有8~15mm的轴向宽度。
9.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹环,其中,所述夹环具有10mm的轴向宽度。
10.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹环,其中,所述外伸拱部(16)具有相对未变形夹环(10)为2~3mm的最大高度。
11.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹环,其中,对于在25~35mm的范围内的所述夹环的内径,所述外伸拱部(16)相互隔开8~12mm。
12.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹环,其中,所述夹环具有冲压在所述拉紧环耳(11)的连接板(13)内的加强凸筋(14)。
13.一种用于气囊的气体产生筒(20)的支撑结构,其包括如任一上述权利要求中所述的夹环(10)以及一个支撑板(25),其中所述支撑板(25)具有被弯曲成对应于所述气体产生筒(20)的圆柱部分(21)的部分(27),所述夹环围绕所述气体产生筒(20)及所述支撑板(25)的所述弯曲的部分(27)。
14.如权利要求13所述的支撑结构,其中,所述支撑板(25)的弯曲部分(27)通过90°~150°的弧形围绕所述气体产生筒(20)。
15.如权利要求13所述的支撑结构,其中,所述支撑板(25)的弯曲部分(27)通过120°的弧形围绕所述气体产生筒(20)。
