技术领域
本发明涉及气体紧固设备,包括供给有可燃气体的内燃机,在内燃机内,该气体与空气的混合物的爆炸驱动活塞,以驱动气缸内的紧固构件。该可燃气体从安装在蓄气筒上的电磁阀到达内燃机的燃烧室。
背景技术
内燃机通常设置在设备的主体内,而蓄气筒和电磁阀设置在设备的柄部内。当然,电磁阀与内燃机连接在一起。目前,其利用相对复杂的构件起作用,使可燃气体被迫遵循弯向某些地方的路径。这样导致压力和燃烧室内填充时间的损失,这些损失不能促进良好的燃烧率。在这种应用的情况下,应该注意的是,在经过该路径时,燃烧阶段发生在设备的应用和起动装置的触发之间。就是这个阶段太长。
发明内容
因此本申请人已经竭力消除在蓄气筒的电磁阀和气体紧固设备的内燃机之间联接的弯路。
为了这个目的,本发明涉及一种气体紧固装置,包括具有内燃机的主体和具有蓄气筒外罩的柄部,以及设计成能安装在蓄气筒上并连接于内燃机上的进气装置,其特征在于,该进气装置的侧面安装有连接器,该内燃机和该进气装置通过安装于进气装置侧面连接器上的弹性管连接,该连接器设计成能装配进该进气装置的底座并与设备柄部的推压装置配合,设备柄部的推压装置设计成能推压该连接器抵靠于该进气装置。
由于该连接器被推压抵靠于进气装置(电磁阀),所以即使在蓄气筒存在压力的情况下其也保持支撑在该进气装置上。
该连接器优选地包括设计成与柄部的推压装置相配合的结构的支撑轴环。
该轴环优选地具有球面形状支撑面,该柄部的推压装置抵靠于该球面形状支撑面上。
该柄部的推压装置可以具有与该进气装置同轴的圆柱状包围面。
该柄部的推压装置还可以优选地具有中心基本上设置在该进气装置输出孔上的球状包围面。
由于这种结构,不仅进气装置能够绕其轴线旋转,而且连接器也能绕其轴线旋转,同时由于两个球面形支撑面和推压面之间的配合,连接器仍保持应用于进气装置的底座。
在本发明的设备的优选实施例中,柄部的推压装置设置在柄部的至少一个横向翼片上。

具体实施方式
由于本申请的发明主要地而不是排它地集中于设置在设备柄部中的连接器,所以提供除该柄部之外设备的描述被认为是无意义的,设备的其余部分对于本领域的技术人员是完全公知的。
在本例中,设备的柄部由两块组装在一起的壳体制成,只有其中的一个在附图中表示为1,该壳体设置有本发明的推压翼片。
用于支撑电磁阀4的横向翼片或加强体2、3向壳1横向延伸,该电磁阀用于通过螺旋设置于连接器6之上的弹性管5向设备的内燃机的燃烧室供给。
电磁阀4包括输出底座7,在该输出底座中延伸有输出孔,在运行期间,该输出孔与蓄气筒的内部连通,并且终止于输出口8(图2),还是在运行期间,该输出口几乎被连接器6覆盖。实际上,输出口8设置在电磁阀底座7内的横向凹部9内用于容纳连接器6。
在本例中,连接器6整体制成,包括底部10,其能够自由地,而不需要用力地,但以可控的方式插入电磁阀底座7的凹部9,和在本例中是带有槽口的,被插入弹性管5内的头部11。连接器的主体由孔12穿过,该孔从底部10向头部11延伸用于提供蓄气筒的气体的通道。
径向凸出环形轴环13在连接器底部10和头部11之间的主体的中部区域延伸,其朝向连接器头部11的表面14是球面形状,并基本将中心位于输出口8上。
当零件处于其运行位置,并且该横向翼片朝向电磁阀的表面部分是具有与轴环13的表面14相同曲率半径的球面形表面部分时,与连接器6的轴环13垂直设置的另一个横向翼片15设置在壳1上横向翼片3的旁边。横向翼片15在它的侧边即短边19上通过倾斜翼片17延伸,在本例中横向翼片15与该倾斜翼片17垂直延伸,以保证对连接器6的推压作用,而且保证对电磁阀相对于输出底座7上的平面的倾斜转位起到停止作用。位于连接器头部11和轴环13的连接处的环形肩部18用作弹性管的止动部。
由于设备的柄部包括两个壳体,所以容易设想提供具有与壳1同样的保持和推压翼片的第二壳体(附图中未示出)。
由于横向翼片15和轴环13之间的配合,即使在蓄气筒内存在压力情况下,连接器6还是保持支撑在电磁阀4的底座7的凹部9内,因此能确保从电磁阀4穿过连接器6和弹性管5的气体的流动。
由于轴环13和推压翼片15的横向边缘16的球面形状的特性,所以在不破坏支撑面与推压表面之间配合的情况下,不仅电磁阀4可以围绕其轴线旋转,而且带有其连接器6的弹性管5也可以围绕其轴线旋转。
在图3的位置,电磁阀已绕其轴线旋转约30度的角度,连接器6抵靠在倾斜翼片17上,但仍然支撑在电磁阀底部的孔内。

Claims (8)

1.一种气体紧固设备,包括具有内燃机的主体和具有蓄气筒外罩的柄部(1),以及设计成安装于该蓄气筒上并连接于该内燃机上的进气装置(4),其特征在于,该进气装置(4)的侧面安装有连接器(6),该内燃机和该进气装置(4)通过安装在该进气装置(4)侧面的连接器(6)上的弹性管(5)而相互连接,该连接器(6)设计成能安装进该进气装置(4)的底座(7)并能与该柄部(1)的推压装置配合,该柄部(1)的推压装置设计成能推压该连接器(6)抵靠在该进气装置(4)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的气体紧固设备,其中该连接器(6)包括设计成与该柄部(1)的推压装置相配合的支撑轴环(13)。
3.如权利要求2所述的气体紧固设备,其中该轴环(13)具有球面形支撑面(14),该柄部(1)的推压装置抵靠在该球面形支撑面(14)上。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的气体紧固设备,其中该柄部(1)的推压装置具有与该进气装置(4)同轴的圆柱状包围面。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的气体紧固设备,其中该柄部(1)的推压装置具有中心设置在该进气装置(4)的输出口(8)上的球状包围推压面(16)。
6.如权利要求1所述的气体紧固设备,其中该柄部(1)的推压装置是设置在该柄部(1)的至少一个横向翼片(15)。
7.如权利要求1所述的气体紧固设备,其中该连接器(6)包括能够容纳进该进气装置(4)的底座(7)的凹部(9)内的底部(10)。
