Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射成型模具部件,包括限定出注射模具型腔的基板(镜(mirror)),可相对于所述基板运动的环(排气环)围绕该基板设置,该环在其内部限定出所述注射模具型腔的环形边界面,该环在注射成型过程中可以被移动以减小注射模具型腔的体积,所述可移动的环和基板由钢制成,并且可移动环和基板中的至少一个在所述可移动环和基板之间的交界面上具有耐磨覆层。
背景技术
这种类型的一种注射成型模具部件在本领域中是公知的。排气环和镜之间的距离如果不为零则必须特别小,以防止塑料进入二者之间。然而,在每个开模和闭模运动过程中,排气环必须相对于镜或基板移动。
为防止磨损,在本技术领域中,建议为基板或者排气环设置耐磨覆层。这种耐磨覆层为PVD(物理气相沉积)覆层,例如DLC(金刚石碳)覆层。
已经发现,这种覆层非常耐磨,但它不能保证只有几微米厚的PVD覆层在长时间的使用后仍然持续粘附在钢上面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种镜/排气环的组合,通过这种组合,可以保证非常多次的注射成型周期,同时不需要维护或更换在这期间所必需的组件。
该目的通过一种如上所述的注射成型模具部件实现,其中耐磨覆层包括基于钨并具有钴的覆层,并且其厚度至少为0.01mm。
根据本发明,不再采用几微米厚的PVD覆层。代之以基于钨的硬质金属,并且覆层的厚度选择为略微大一些,至少0.01mm厚并且更具体一些是至少0.1mm厚。更特别的是,这种耐磨覆层被施加到镜和排气环上。试验已经表明,这种组合具有特别长的寿命周期,并且没有上述的PVD覆层所发现的问题。
根据一个优选实施例,耐磨覆层除了钨之外还包括钴和镍。
用于镜和排气环的钢优选包括至少10%的铬,并且当然经过硬化处理。
虽然耐磨覆层可以通过本技术领域中的任何公知方式被施加到排气环和/或镜子上,但根据一个优选实施例,该耐磨覆层通过称为HVOF处理的方法被涂覆。HVOF(高速氧气燃料)是一个处理工艺,通过该处理,硬质金属产品被引入到气流中,该气流通过在位于上游的腔室中结合氧气和燃料而产生。这种粉末借助于气体穿过输送管道被引入,并且被抛射到工件上。所使用的燃料可以是气体或者液体燃料,例如煤油。高达3000m/s的气体速度是可实现的。通过这样的过程,既可以施加基于钨的材料,又可以施加非铁材料,例如铜类型的材料。
根据本发明,在施加所述覆层之后,用这种方式处理过的基底通过研磨被抛光以获得与另一个组件的紧密配合,所述另一个组件可以是镜或者排气环。
用于产生硬质金属覆层的其它方法是硬质金属薄片的应用和/或硬质金属套筒的使用。然而已经发现,基底和硬质金属之间的结合是非常关键的,并且,由于这个原因,优先选择上述的HVOF方法。由于两个本身移动的部件之间的紧密配合以及温度的波动,这种附着是非常关键的。

具体实施方式
图1中,附图标记1表示注射成型模具。这是一种特别用于光学信息载体例如DVD、CD等的注射的模具。这种模具必须安装在注射成型机上。该模具包括模具部件3和模具部件2。模具部件3具有起模杆(ejector pin)和类似零件,但下文不会详细讨论这些。
模具部件2被连接到喷嘴4上。镜5位于模具部件2上,该镜的镜面由附图标记6表示。
排气环7位于镜5上。该环通过螺栓被固定到模具部件2上。排气环7可以穿过自由空间而相对于镜5移动。排气环7的内部环面由附图标记8表示。
模具型腔9由镜面6和套筒(jacket)表面8的突出镜面6的范围外的部分限定。
在每个注射周期中,排气环相对镜5移动。这是由于非常多的原因而发生的。其中之一是塑料的后压制处理(冲压),目的是为了获得在压模(stamper)和注射成型产生的部件之间的更好的一致性。
排气环7和镜5之间的交界面承受极大的应力。毕竟,上述的运动发生在每个周期中。两个部件之间的配合必须非常紧密以防止在注射过程中塑料材料穿入它们之间的间隙中。
为防止关于在交界面处磨损的问题,建议根据本发明,如图2所示,为排气环7和镜5分别施加一层耐磨覆层13和12。所述耐磨覆层由基于钨的硬质金属构成并且至少0.1mm厚。除了钨,例如镍和钴可以作为合金成分存在。已经发现采用这样的耐磨覆层的结果是:即使经过数百万次周期,排气环7和镜5之间的公差也不会被破坏或改变。
覆层12和13优选借助于HVOF方法施加。
虽然上面已经参考优选实施例描述了本发明,但本领域中的普通技术人员应当理解许多变化是可能的,这些变化在阅读上述描述后是显而易见的,并且落入权利要求的范围内。
Claims (13)
1.一种注射成型模具部件(2),包括基板(5),所述基板限定出注射模具型腔(9),围绕该基板设置有可相对于所述基板移动的环(7),所述环在环内部限定出所述注射模具型腔(9)的环形边界面(8),在注射成型过程中,所述环可以被移动以减小所述注射模具型腔的容积,所述可移动的环和基板由钢制成,并且可移动的环和基板中的至少一个在所述可移动的环和基板之间的交界面上具有耐磨覆层,其特征在于,耐磨覆层(12,13)包括基于钨并具有钴的覆层,并且具有至少为0.01mm的厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述覆层包括薄片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述耐磨覆层被施加到可移动环和基板上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述耐磨覆层被涂覆到所述基板上并且延伸到它的边界面(6)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述耐磨覆层包括镍和/或铬。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述钢包括至少10%的铬。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述耐磨覆层厚度至少为0.1mm。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述可移动环被装配到所述基板周围,因此没有间隙。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型模具部件,其特征在于,所述基板(5)是镜,所述环(7)是排气环。
10.用于将耐磨覆层施加到注射成型模具部件的构件的边界面的方法,所述注射成型模具部件包括基板(5),该基板限定出注射模具型腔,围绕该基板设置有环(7),该环确定环内部的边界面,在注射成型过程中,该环可以被移动以减小所述注射模具型腔的容积,可移动环和基板由钢制成,其特征在于,所述施加包括通过HVOF处理的耐磨覆层的施加,该耐磨覆层基于钨并且最小覆层厚度为0.01mm。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆层基于钨。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆层基于非铁金属。
13.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在施加所述耐磨覆层之后,所述覆层通过研磨而被抛光。
