Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由一刀杆和一可更换的刀头组成的旋转切削刀具,尤其是钻孔工具。
背景技术
例如由EP0118806B1已知一种有可更换的刀头的钻孔工具。这种钻孔工具有一个带有一安装孔的刀杆,可将所述刀头的一固定销柱插入到此安装孔内。在插装刀头时,将该刀头相对于刀杆旋转一个约45°的角度。不设其他附加的固定元件。所述刀头和刀体可设计为,使刀片在杆一侧的窄侧压靠到刀杆内的槽在杆一侧的棱边上。在刀杆与刀头之间的轴向力可这样产生,即,使所述槽在杆一侧的棱边沿钻孔方向略为升高,与此同时所述固定销柱借助在杆侧的展宽防止从刀杆中被拉出。由此当刀头钻孔时在刀片支座内产生张紧力,此张紧力在钻孔时随切削力的增大而增强。由此张紧力形成的轴向力将刀头从刀体中拉开。从而限制了将刀头固定在刀杆上的稳定性和整个钻孔工具的机械承载能力。
按照由EP 0118806B1已知的钻孔工具的另一项设计,设在刀头中央的固定销柱具有沿钻孔旋转方向成螺线状略微上升的支承面。通过固定销柱上的与刀杆安装座上相应成形的支承面接触的支承面的这种略微螺线状的设计,将一轴向力朝刀体方向施加到刀头上。此轴向力在整个高度上作用在与钻头直径相比尺寸较小并因而能承受较小机械负荷的固定销柱上。除此之外在固定销柱上施加一扭矩,该扭矩进一步限制了刀杆与刀头之间连接的机械承载能力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种由一刀杆与一刀头在无需其他紧固件的条件下组成的旋转切削刀具,尤其是钻头,该旋转切削刀具在刀杆与刀头之间有特别稳固和能承载的连接。
上述技术问题按照本发明通过一种旋转切削刀具得以解决,该旋转切削刀具由一个具有至少一个出屑槽的刀杆和一个可更换的刀头组成,在此刀具中,用于安装所述刀头的一凹槽处于所述刀杆杆顶旁和所述出屑槽的壁内,该凹槽在刀杆侧以一棱边为界,刀头在刀杆一侧的窄侧面贴靠在所述棱边上,以及在此刀具中,所述刀头具有一用于安装在所述刀杆的一个与刀具轴线同心的安装孔内的固定销柱,其中,所述刀杆在其圆周上有一凸臂,该凸臂有一与所述刀杆圆周邻接的支承面,该支承面相对于所述刀具轴线倾斜地设置并与在所述刀头的一个刀片上同样倾斜设置的支承面相对应,按照本发明,所述支承面相对于所述刀具轴线构成一个最小15°和最大60°的支承角并且该支承面的倾斜方向与刀具旋转方向一致,所以通过此倾斜设置的支承面所述刀头在旋入时被压靠到所述刀杆上,以及该刀头只部分地覆盖所述刀杆的杆顶。
在这里,带有可更换的刀头的旋转切削刀具的刀杆,在刀具圆周上有一优选地总体上相对于刀具轴线倾斜设置的凸臂。在此凸臂或导片上嵌接所述刀头的一个刀片上的相应地倾斜设置的支承面。通过在刀具圆周上的这种倾斜设置的支承面,当将刀头旋入到刀杆内时产生一将刀头压靠在刀杆上的作用力。这种轴向压紧力在使用刀具时随着切削力的增大而增大。刀头及刀杆的外部直径区域用于在刀头与刀杆之间传递扭矩。通过将支承面布设在刀具圆周上,使为在刀杆与刀头之间传递扭矩所需的力限制在尽可能小的程度上。
刀头只部分地在刀杆的杆顶处覆盖刀杆。尤其是刀杆的凸臂在杆顶未被刀头覆盖或只部分被其覆盖。因此,刀头的支承面除固定销柱外可以几乎沿其整个高度延伸。以此方式保证在刀头与刀杆之间大面积的力和扭矩的传递。在刀杆圆周上的用于传递扭矩的凸臂优选地几乎沿刀头的刀片的整个高度延伸,所以刀片在杆顶处只略微突出于凸臂。
刀体的直径优选地略大于刀杆直径。从而以简单的方式确保,在切削加工时只有刀头加工工件表面。
刀头在被置入到刀杆内时首先以固定销柱装入到一安装孔内,接着类似于卡口连接地旋转刀头。为了在装入刀头后、在旋转前保证刀头相对于刀杆处于一规定的轴向位置,按一项优选的扩展设计,在刀杆和刀头上都设有导引台阶。
将刀头朝刀杆方向拉的轴向力取决于支承角,该支承角是刀头和刀杆的支承面相对于刀具轴线构成的夹角。刀杆的凸臂和刀头的刀片的足够大的轴向力以及稳定的结构,通过优选地采用最小15°和最大60°,最好为30°的支承角来实现。在出屑槽具有螺旋形构造的情况下,所述支承角优选地与该出屑槽的螺旋角一致。
固定销柱与刀杆的对应安装孔优选地这样设计,即,使得该固定销柱在旋入到所述刀杆中时被夹紧。为此,所述固定销柱可具有椭圆形横截面,而安装孔具有圆形横截面。仅仅将固定销柱的横截面设计为椭圆形而具有的优点是,在制造刀具时也就是说只有在刀头上的一个外形轮廓需构造成椭圆形,而可以取消一种加工非常麻烦的孔的椭圆形构造。作为一个基本上为圆柱形销柱的替代形式,必要时可具有略成椭圆形的横截面,刀头也可以有一个圆锥形的销柱。在这种情况下所述刀杆的圆锥形安装孔,同样以在加工技术方面有利的方式可以有一种与销柱横截面略有不同的圆形横截面。销柱可以向下,亦即朝刀杆方向圆锥形地变细,由此可以非常容易地将销柱插入到刀杆内,或者与之不同销柱向下扩展,由此与椭圆形横截面形状相结合地增大刀头在刀杆内的夹紧度。因为刀杆的安装孔在出屑槽.处是敞开的,因此在任何情况下都能够实现顺利地将刀头置入和夹紧在刀杆内。
按一项优选的扩展设计,所述刀杆的凸臂和刀头的刀片分别除所述支承面外有一个与此支承面反向地相对于刀具轴线倾斜设置的附加支承面。这些附加支承面优选地与所述支承面相邻接,在这种情况下可以在这些表面之间设一个与所述支承面及附加支承面相比尺寸更小的过渡面。通过使支承面面朝刀顶以及附加支承面面朝刀杆,在按规定使用刀具时在刀杆的凸臂与相邻区域之间的承受机械负荷大的过渡区相宜地得到增强。总之,所述支承面和附加支承面构成一大面积的、用于在刀杆与刀头之间传力和扭矩的接触面。在这里,不仅所述支承面而且还有附加支承面除了可能存在的在各表面上的倒角部段外都与刀具圆周邻接,从而得到在扭矩传递方面特别有利的几何比例。
与所述优选地与刀具轴线构成一个从15°至60°的支承角的支承面类似,附加支承面也优选地设置为相对于刀具轴线倾斜一个-10°至-60°的附加支承角。优选地将附加支承面倾斜地设置成其倾斜角在量值上比所述支承面的倾斜角略小。
通过支承面产生一个将刀头朝刀杆方向拉的轴向力,而附加支承面引起一个沿反方向的轴向力。为保证一合力将刀头拧紧在刀杆上,令凸臂的支承面关于刀具轴线方向延伸的所谓支承高度,优选地大于该凸臂的附加支承面沿所述方向延伸的所谓相对支承高度。相应地这一情况同样适合于在刀头的刀片上的支承面和附加支承面。因而在支承面方面和在附加支承面方面的不同的尺寸设计也与不同表面在量值上不同的倾斜设置一样产生相同的效果,亦即使刀具运行时在刀杆与刀头之间产生一合成的拧紧力。

具体实施方式
图1至3以透视图表示一设计为钻头的旋转切削刀具3的刀体或刀头1以及钻杆或刀杆2。例如扩孔刀具、铣削刀具或研磨工具也可按类似的方式构成。作为刀头1用的材料尤其考虑使用硬质合金、金属陶瓷、陶瓷和高速钢(HSS),它们分别有或没有镀层。刀头1可以配备有PKD或CBN。刀头1例如或按传统的方式通过磨削完成加工,或借助所谓的“金属注模法”(MIM)制造。刀体1可以在刀杆3的杆顶4处置入到该刀杆内。为此以及为了从钻杆2上拆卸刀头1采用图中未示出的板手。用D表示刀具旋转方向,刀具轴线或钻头轴线用A表示。优选地用钢或硬质合金制成的钻杆2具有两个螺线状的、从一图中未示出的钻头安装座一直延伸到杆顶4的出屑槽5。作为两个螺线状出屑槽5的替代方式,钻杆2也可以有数量与之不同的直线的或螺线状出屑槽。在杆顶4处两个与出屑槽5邻接的凹槽6分别具有一个垂直于钻头轴线A延伸的棱边7和一个倾斜于钻头轴线A延伸的支承面8。该支承面8分别构成钻杆2圆周上的一个凸臂9的边界。
在组装钻头3时,刀头1的一个刀片11的支承面10贴靠在凸臂9的支承面8上。支承面8、10以这样的方式相对于刀具轴线A倾斜,即,使得刀头1在旋转切削刀具3沿刀具旋转方向D旋转时拧紧在钻杆2上。支承面8、10相对于刀具轴线A的倾斜位置与出屑槽5的螺旋角一致。因此,刀头1的刀片11沿钻头轴线A有一个几乎在其整个高度H上恒定的宽度B。
刀体1的刀片11在杆顶4处略伸出钻杆2。凸臂9在杆顶4未被刀头1遮盖。刀头1的刀体直径Ds略大于刀杆直径Dw。在钻杆2的棱边7与凸臂9上相邻的支承面8之间过渡区设计为倒圆的,以避免出现机械的峰值负荷。刀头1在杆一侧的窄侧12贴靠在棱边7上。在将刀体1置入到钻杆2中时,在旋紧前,支承面8沿未用于刀体1的定位。为了使刀体1在旋紧前能准确地定位,在钻杆2上与凸臂9邻接处设一导引台阶13以及在刀头1上设一对应的导引台阶14。在刀头1的导引台阶14处邻接一用于安装在刀杆2的安装孔16内的固定销柱15。设在杆顶4以及钻头圆周上的凹槽6和与之邻接的安装孔16一起构成一个用于将刀体1连同固定销15插装到刀杆2内的空腔。固定销柱15有一倒角斜边17,通过该斜边使得易于插入到安装孔16内。安装孔16设置为与钻头轴线A同心并有一圆形横截面,在这里此横截面可以沿钻头轴线A改变。与圆柱形安装孔16不同,它也可以设计为圆锥形,尤其向下、亦即从杆顶4出发向下收缩。在相反的情况下是一个向下呈锥形扩张的安装孔16,由此达到更可靠地防止刀头1从刀杆2中掉落或被拉出。安装孔16朝出屑槽5的方向开口,所以肯定可以将刀头1方便地置入刀杆2内。在固定销柱15和安装孔16各种设计的情况下刀体1均可以用简单的方式定心。
图4和5用横截面图表示刀杆2与置入到安装孔16内的固定销柱15处于松开或夹紧位置。按此优选的实施形式,固定销柱15有一种略成椭圆形的横截面。采用椭圆形横截面,固定销柱15在置入到安装孔16内时有一些间隙。通过将刀头1旋转约45°,使固定销柱15夹紧在安装孔16内。固定销柱15以这样的方式侧向对准,即,使得该固定销柱在夹紧的状态下与出屑槽5的形状相匹配。作为椭圆形横截面的替代形式,固定销柱15和/或安装孔16也可以有其他与圆形不同的横截面,只要通过这种横截面可以达到将固定销柱15夹紧在钻杆2安装孔16内的目的。这类的横截面设计形状例如在按照DE19945097A1所述的用于轴与轮毂的旋转固定和滑移固定(dreh-und schubfest)地连接的夹紧装置中是已知的。
固定销柱15的略成椭圆形的横截面设计,不仅可以在固定销柱15的圆柱形基本形状中实现,而且可以在安装孔16以及固定销柱15的圆锥形结构中实现。在向下锥形扩张的安装孔16以及总体上同样设计为锥形的固定销柱15同时有椭圆形横截面的情况下,当将固定销柱15旋入到安装孔16中时产生一个轴向力,此轴向力将固定销柱拉入到安装孔16内并因而支持了借助支承面8、10将刀头1固定在刀杆2上的轴向力。
图6至10表示作为旋转切削刀具的一钻头3或该钻头3的刀杆2或刀头1的另一种优选的扩展设计。在这里,刀杆2的凸臂9除支承面8外有一附加支承面8a。类似地,刀头1的刀片11有一个与刀杆2的附加支承面8a相对应的附加支承面10a。除此之外,按此第二个实施例的旋转切削刀具1的设计构造基本上与按照第一个实施例的设计构造一致。两个附加支承面8a、10a与支承面8、10反方向地相对于刀具轴线A倾斜地定位。一个过渡面18在刀片11的支承面10与附加支承面10a之间大体平行于钻头轴线A地延伸。相反,凸臂9的支承面8与附加支承面8a仅通过一圆角19连接。因此,在将刀头1置入到刀杆2内时,过渡面18未贴靠在刀杆2上。在组合钻头3时刀头1相对于刀杆2的旋转因而不受过渡面18的限制,而是仅仅受支承面及附加支承面8、10、8a、10a的限制。
凸臂9的支承面8相对于钻头轴线A沿支承高度Ha延伸。附加支承面8a延伸的高度称为相对支承高度Hg。支承高度Ha的量值超过相对支承高度Hg的量值约50%。支承面8a与钻头轴线A相交成一个支承角α1,而附加支承面8a与钻头轴线A相交成一附加支承角α2。附加支承角α2的量值小于支承角α1的量值。在图示的实施例中,支承角α1为30°,以及附加支承角α2为20°。除了附加支承面8a的高度与支承面8相比较小外,此角度差也有助于使通过附加支承面8a和刀头1对应的附加支承面10a的倾斜定位将刀头从刀杆2中拉开的轴向力小于因支承面8、10的倾斜定位造成的反向轴向力。因此在用钻头3加工工件时,保留一个将刀头1拧紧在刀杆2上的合力。
通过凸臂9上的与支承面8反向倾斜设置的附加支承面8a,使得钻孔时在刀杆2在刀杆2的凸臂9与相邻区域之间的负荷特别大的过渡区得到增强。与此同时不因在刀头1的刀片11上有附加支承面10a而损害刀头的稳定性。同理,将刀头1方便地置入到刀杆2中和从刀杆2取出的可能性也不受附加支承面8a、10a的影响。
Claims (13)
1.一种旋转切削刀具(3),其由一个具有至少一个出屑槽(5)的刀杆(2)和一个可更换的刀头(1)组成,在此刀具中,用于安装所述刀头(1)的一凹槽(6)处于所述刀杆杆顶(4)旁和所述出屑槽(5)的壁内,该凹槽(6)在刀杆侧以一棱边(7)为界,刀头(1)在刀杆一侧的窄侧面(12)贴靠在所述棱边(7)上,以及在此刀具中,所述刀头(1)具有一用于安装在所述刀杆(2)的一个与刀具轴线(A)同心的安装孔(16)内的固定销柱(15),其中,所述刀杆(2)在其圆周上有一凸臂(9),该凸臂有一与所述刀杆(2)圆周邻接的支承面(8),该支承面(8)相对于所述刀具轴线(A)倾斜地设置并与在所述刀头(1)的一个刀片(11)上同样倾斜设置的支承面(10)相对应,其特征为:所述支承面(8、10)相对于所述刀具轴线(A)构成一个最小15°和最大60°的支承角(α1)并且该支承面(8、10)的倾斜方向与刀具旋转方向(D)一致,所以通过此倾斜设置的支承面(8、10)所述刀头(1)在旋入时被压靠到所述刀杆(2)上,以及该刀头(1)只部分地覆盖所述刀杆(2)的杆顶(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述刀头的刀体直径(Ds)大于所述刀杆的直径(Dw)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:在所述刀杆(2)上设有一导引台阶(13)和在所述刀头(1)上设有一对应的导引台阶(14)。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述出屑槽(5)的螺旋角与所述支承面(8、10)的支承角(α1)一致。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述固定销柱(15)基本上是圆柱形的。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述固定销柱(15)基本上是圆锥形的。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述固定销柱(15)具有椭圆形的横截面。
8.按照权利要求1所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:在所述凸臂(9)上设有一个相对于所述刀具轴线(A)与该凸臂(9)的支承面(8)反方向倾斜设置的附加支承面(8a),该附加支承面与在所述刀头(1)的刀片(11)上的一附加支承面(10a)相对应。
9.按照权利要求8所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:在所述刀头(1)的刀片(11)上的支承面(10)面朝着所述杆顶(4),以及在该刀头(1)的刀片(11)上的附加支承面(10a)面朝着所述固定销柱(15)。
10.按照权利要求8或9所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述附加支承面(8a、10a)相对于所述刀具轴线(A)构成一个在-10°至-60°范围内的附加支承角(α2)。
11.按照权利要求10所述的旋转切削刀具(3),其特征为:所述支承面(8、10)的支承角(α1)的量值超过所述附加支承面(8a、10a)的附加支承角(α2)的量值。
12.按照权利要求8或9所述的旋转切削刀具,其特征为:所述凸臂(9)的支承面(8)相对于所述刀具轴线(A)方向延伸的支承高度(Ha)大于该凸臂(9)的附加支承面(8a)相对于刀具轴线(A)方向延伸的相对支承高度(Hg)。
13.用于按照权利要求1至12中任一项所述的旋转切削刀具(3)的刀头。
