本发明公开了一种手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,包括有棘轮圈、夹紧支承,至少一个弹性棘爪和卡环,其中:所述棘轮圈与所述手紧夹钻头的本体固定连接,其背向所述本体的端面设有棘齿;所述夹紧支承与所述手紧钻夹头中螺环的外侧面固定连接,该夹紧支承的端面至少设有一个棘轮槽;所述弹性棘爪固定在所述棘轮槽上,包括有凸起和齿片;所述卡环至少包括有二瓣可相互对合扣装在所述本体前端位置的弧段,该卡环的外周面与所述手紧钻夹头的前帽固定连接,所述卡环与所述夹紧支承连接,带动所述夹紧支承转动,所述卡环的端面设有用于容纳所述弹性棘爪上凸起的深、浅凹槽。

手紧钻夹头的自锁机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种手紧钻夹头的自锁机构。
背景技术
手紧钻夹头是一种日常生活中的常用工具,主要是在安装或固定物品时用于打眼、钻洞。由于手紧钻夹头没有设置自锁机构,如图1所示,在使用过程中会产生强烈地震动,所以容易使前端的钻头松动,进而影响打眼质量,严重时可能会折断钻头,产生危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,利用该自锁机构后可以使手紧钻夹头的钻头在使用过程中不易出现松动、折断的情形。
本发明中手紧钻夹头的自锁机构包括有棘轮圈、夹紧支承,至少一个弹性棘爪和卡环,其中:
所述棘轮圈与所述手紧夹钻头的本体固定连接,其背向所述本体的端面设有棘齿;
所述夹紧支承与所述手紧钻夹头中螺环的外侧面固定连接,该夹紧支承的端面至少设有一个棘轮槽;
所述弹性棘爪固定在所述棘轮槽上,包括有凸起和齿片;
所述卡环至少包括有二瓣可相互对合扣装在所述本体前端位置的弧段,该卡环的外周面与所述手紧钻夹头的前帽固定连接,所述卡环与所述夹紧支承连接,带动所述夹紧支承转动,所述卡环的端面设有用于容纳所述弹性棘爪中凸起的深、浅凹槽。
所述卡环的端面设有至少一个凸起,与该凸起相对应,所述夹紧支承的端面设有宽度大于凸起的凹槽。
所述卡环的端面设有至少一个凹槽,与该凹槽相对应,所述夹紧支承的端面设有宽度小于凹槽的凸起。
所述棘轮圈与所述本体一体成型,即所述棘齿直接成型在所述本体的端面。
所述卡环外周面通过凸棱、凹槽与所述前帽过盈配合。
所述夹紧支承的内周面通过凸棱、凹槽与所述螺环的外周面过盈配合。
所述棘齿由凹槽、坑或孔所替代。
一种手紧钻夹头包括有上述所述的自锁机构。
本发明中的手紧钻夹头在安装有自锁机构后可以实现自锁的目的,具有安装方便、操作简单,自锁效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明中的具体实施例作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
如图2至图5所示,本发明中手紧钻夹头的自锁机构包括有棘轮圈2、夹紧支承4、两弹性棘爪5和卡环7,其中:
棘轮圈2通过连接件,如螺钉、螺栓与螺母等(图中未示出)或过盈配合固定在手紧钻夹头本体1的内腔的端部,并在其背向手紧钻夹头本体1的端面设有棘齿20。
夹紧支承4直接固定在手紧钻夹头螺环3的外周面,在夹紧支承4与螺环3的外周面之间可以采用过盈配合或连接件固定的方式固定连接(也可以在夹紧支承4或螺环3周面设置能相互扣合的凸棱、凸起、凹槽、坑、孔及卡挂结构等等),即夹紧支承4与螺环3一起转动。该夹紧支承4的端面外沿设有两个凹槽40和两个棘爪槽41(凹槽与棘爪槽的数量可以根据不同需求而改变)。
两弹性棘爪5分别装在夹紧支承4的两棘爪槽41上,每一弹性棘爪5均包括有一凸起50和一翘起的齿片52。该弹性棘爪5的形状可以是图中所示以外的各种形状,与夹紧支承4的固定也可以采用焊接、铆接、粘接等各种连接方式。
卡环7包括有两个可相互对合扣在手紧钻夹头前端位置上的半圆弧段(简称二瓣卡环),扣在夹头前端位置后轴线方向不能移动,但可周向任意旋转。该卡环7的外周面与手紧钻夹头的前帽6过盈配合,且在端面设有可与夹紧支承4中凹槽40对应配合的凸起70,同时设有可供弹性棘爪5容纳的深浅交错的凹槽71、72,其中凸起70的宽度小于凹槽40的宽度,使卡环7在夹紧支承4不转动的前提下可旋转一定的角度。
本发明中自锁机构的工作原理是:
如图2和图3所示,在安装时,将二瓣卡环7端面的深槽71对准弹性棘爪5的凸起50,将卡环7端面的凸起70对准夹紧支承4端面的凹槽40。当手紧钻夹头工作需锁紧钻头时,旋转前帽6,带动二瓣卡环7旋转,此时由于弹性棘爪5的凸起50在二瓣卡环7端面的深槽71中,对二瓣卡环7要转过一定的角度利用卡环7上的凸起70带动夹紧支承4转动有一定的弹性阻尼作用(弹性棘爪5未能被二瓣卡环7压下)。但在卡环7带动夹紧支承4转动时并带动螺环3旋转,直到预夹紧钻头。继续转动前帽6,此时夹紧支承4受阻尼不能转动,前帽6继续带动二瓣卡环7强行转过一定角度,相对地,迫使装在夹紧支承4上的弹性棘爪5的凸起50沿着二瓣卡环7端面的深槽71至浅槽72移动,使弹性棘爪5的凸起50被换位到卡环7的浅槽72内,使弹性棘爪5上移,如图2、图3所示。从而使弹性棘爪5的齿片52卡入棘轮2的棘齿20内,如图3所示。由于棘轮圈2上的棘齿20朝单方向设置,因此螺环3只能朝单方向旋转,此时继续转动前帽6与卡环7,至直弹性棘爪5的凸起50移动卡环7浅槽72的未端,实现自锁的目的。当需要松开夹头时,回转前帽6并带动卡环7,使二瓣卡环7首先回转夹紧时强行转过的角度,此时弹性棘爪5回位到卡环7的深槽71中,弹性棘爪5的齿片52与棘齿20脱离,再继续旋转前帽6,则可带动夹紧支承4与螺环3回转,直到夹头松开。
实施例二
本实例中的自锁机构与上述实例一中基本相同,其唯一不同之处在于本实施例中的自锁机构没有棘轮圈2,而是直接在手紧钻夹头本体1的内腔端面直接设置棘齿20,且该棘齿20可以由凸起、凹陷、孔、坑等结构替代,同样能实现自锁的目的。
另外,本发明自锁机构中的卡环7可以是三瓣、四瓣或更多瓣能相互对扣合成一体的弧段组成。且该卡环7的外周面设有凸起、凸棱、凹槽、孔、坑等可以与前帽相互配合固定的结构。
另,在此强调一点,上述实施例一中夹紧支承4与卡环7上的凹槽40与凸起70可以对换,即在夹紧支承4上设置凸起,而在卡环7上设置凹槽,只要使卡环7与夹紧支承4之间具有一相对旋转角度后再一起转动即可。综上所述,本发明中的自锁机构安装在手紧夹钻头后可以使手紧夹钻头达到自锁的目的,且使用方便、安全可靠。

Claims (9)

1.一种手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,包括有棘轮圈(2)、夹紧支承(4),至少一个弹性棘爪(5)和卡环(7),其特征在于:
所述棘轮圈(2)与所述手紧夹钻头的本体(1)固定连接,其背向所述本体(1)的端面设有棘齿(20);
所述夹紧支承(4)与所述手紧钻夹头中螺环(3)的外侧面固定连接,该夹紧支承(4)的端面至少设有一个棘轮槽(41);
所述弹性棘爪(5)固定在所述棘轮槽(41)上,包括有凸起(50)和齿片(52);
所述卡环(7)至少包括有二瓣可相互对合扣装在所述本体(1)前端位置的弧段,该卡环(7)的外周面与所述手紧钻夹头的前帽(6)固定连接,所述卡环(7)与所述夹紧支承(4)连接,带动所述夹紧支承(4)转动,所述卡环(7)的端面设有用于容纳所述弹性棘爪(5)上凸起(50)的深、浅凹槽(71、72)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述卡环(7)的端面设有至少一个凸起(70),与该凸起相对应,所述夹紧支承(4)的端面设有宽度大于凸起(70)的凹槽(40)。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述卡环(7)的端面设有至少一个凹槽,与该凹槽相对应,所述夹紧支承(4)的端面设有宽度小于凹槽的凸起。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述棘轮圈(2)与所述本体(1)一体成型,即所述棘齿(20)直接成型在所述本体(1)的端面。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述卡环(7)外周面通过凸棱、凹槽与所述前帽过盈配合。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述夹紧支承(4)的内周面通过凸棱、凹槽与所述螺环(3)的外周面过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述棘齿(20)由凹槽、坑或孔所替代。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的手紧钻夹头的自锁机构,其特征在于:所述弹性棘爪(5)与所述夹紧支承(4)通过焊接、铆接或粘接方式固定连接。
9.一种手紧钻夹头,其特征在于包括有上述权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的自锁机构。
