Abstract

本发明公开了一种锰掺杂刚玉型粉红色料的制备方法。本发明特别是采用喷雾热分解结合煅烧工艺,以硝酸铝、氢氧化铝、硝酸锰和碳酸锰为原料,通过煅烧形成具有一定粒度和形貌均匀的刚玉型陶瓷粉红色料的方法。该色料制造成本低、工艺控制过程简单、易生产,制得的具有锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型陶瓷粉红色料粉末粒径均匀、成分可控、纯度高。

一种锰掺杂刚玉型粉红色料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锰掺杂刚玉型粉红色料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,工业上所生产的锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉晶型粉红色料的制备工艺均是采用传统生产工艺即将锰和铝的氢氧化物、氧化物或碳酸盐按照一定的配比进行高温煅烧,最后将煅烧好的色料通过球磨研磨到1~10微米的粒度即制得所需要的锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉晶型粉红色料。该传统工艺具有如下缺点:一方面是生产上需要高的煅烧温度,另一方面各氧化物、碳酸盐或氢氧化物的金属盐在高温下反应不完全;另外为了降低煅烧温度和使得各氧化物在高温下充分反应,传统生产工艺使用了含碱金属和碱土金属的氯化物,氟化物,硝酸盐,硼酸盐和碳酸盐,而这些盐类化合物在高温下分解后所产生的气体会严重影响环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低、工艺过程简单、易生产的制备锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料的方法,即用喷雾热分解结合煅烧工艺制备锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料。
本发明用硝酸铝、氢氧化铝、硝酸锰和碳酸锰四种原料进行配料,配比要求:x(硝酸铝)+y(氢氧化铝):z(硝酸锰)+w(碳酸锰)=0.15~0.20,其中x,y,z,w为摩尔数。将配好后的原料一同加入到体积比为30:70的乙醇和水溶液中搅拌混合均匀,然后通过喷枪将混合液雾化成液滴在连续煅烧炉中进行干燥和热分解,同时在连续炉的尾部通过抽真空将粉体通过16~25微米孔径大小的玻璃质过滤器进行过滤,接着将收集好的粉末放入温度为900~1100℃的煅烧炉中进行煅烧,冷却到室温即制得锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料。
制备过程中为了防止喷雾干燥和热分解所产生的气体在炉内气压过高而影响安全和产品收集,还需要在连续煅烧炉的尾部抽真空及放置一个16~25微米孔径大小的玻璃质过滤器。
具体步骤如下:
(1)将所需原料按摩尔比Mn:Al=0.15~0.20的比例计算出所用各原料的质量比,将其配入体积比为30:70的乙醇和水的溶液中;
(2)将配制好的混合溶液放入和喷枪进液管连接的容器内,并进行强烈搅拌,在喷枪的进气口接入气压为0.03~0.08兆帕的压缩空气;
(3)在连续炉的前段升温到200℃,后段升温到550℃并保持连续炉两段温度的恒定;
(4)开启喷枪将混合溶液喷雾到炉内进行干燥和雾化分解;
(5)将连续炉尾部收集到的粉末在900~1100℃高温炉内煅烧3~4小时,按每分钟5~10℃的速度降温到室温即获得所需要的具有锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料。
本发明成本低、工艺控制过程简单、易生产,制得的具有锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料,该色料粉末粒径均匀、成分可控、纯度高。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
(1)分别称取375克硝酸铝、78克氢氧化铝、37.65克硝酸锰和17.25克碳酸锰四种原料,并配入体积比为30:70的200毫升乙醇和水的溶液中;
(2)将配制好的混合溶液放入和喷枪进液管连接的容器内,并进行强烈搅拌,在喷枪的进气口接入气压为0.04兆帕的压缩空气;
(3)在连续炉的前段升温到200℃,后段升温到550℃并保持连续炉两段温度的恒定;
(4)开启喷枪将混合溶液喷雾到炉内进行干燥和雾化分解;
(5)将连续炉尾部收集到的粉末在900高温炉内煅烧3小时,按每分钟5℃的速度降温到室温即获得所需要的具有锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料。
实施例2:
(1)分别称取375克硝酸铝、78克氢氧化铝、50.2克硝酸锰和23克碳酸锰四种原料,并配入体积比为30:70的200毫升乙醇和水的溶液中;
(2)将配制好的混合溶液放入和喷枪进液管连接的容器内,并进行强烈搅拌,在喷枪的进气口接入气压为0.05兆帕的压缩空气;
(3)在连续炉的前段升温到200℃,后段升温到550℃并保持连续炉两段温度的恒定;
(4)开启喷枪将混合溶液喷雾到炉内进行干燥和雾化分解;
(5)将连续炉尾部收集到的粉末在1100℃高温炉内煅烧3小时,按每分钟10℃的速度降温到室温即获得所需要的具有锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉晶型粉红色料。

Claims (1)

1.一种锰掺杂刚玉型粉红色料的制备方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)将所需硝酸铝、氢氧化铝、硝酸锰和碳酸锰四种原料按摩尔比Mn:Al=0.15~0.20的比例计算出所用各原料的质量,将其配入体积比为30:70的乙醇和水的溶液中;
(2)将配制好的混合溶液放入和喷枪进液管连接的容器内,并进行强烈搅拌,在喷枪的进气口接入气压为0.03~0.08兆帕的压缩空气;
(3)在连续炉的前段升温到200℃,后段升温到550℃并保持连续炉两段温度的恒定;
(4)开启喷枪将混合溶液喷雾到炉内进行干燥和雾化分解;
(5)将连续炉尾部收集到的粉末在900~1100℃高温炉内煅烧3~4小时,按每分钟5~10℃的速度降温到室温即获得所需要的具有锰掺杂α-氧化铝刚玉型粉红色料。
