Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别用于箱体清洗装置的驱动单元,其中清洗液在压力下供给到涡轮,该涡轮旋转齿轮箱的输入轴,该齿轮箱用来减小其输出轴的旋转,所述输出轴旋转箱体清洗装置,该箱体清洗装置具有下放到箱体内腔中的喷嘴,并且其中来自涡轮轴的输出轴和齿轮箱的输出轴的转矩借助磁极之间的磁力传递,该磁极位于协同工作的磁性部件上。
背景技术
这种类型的装置是公知的,并且在箱体内腔清洗方面工作良好,该箱体的容纳物具有这样的性质:液体和/或蒸汽的泄漏不会污染环境。
然而,当该装置用于箱体内腔清洗,其中由于环境而不允许有危险的或不希望的泄漏时,必须使用特殊的装置。
美国专利No.5871023的说明书公开了一种清洗装置,其中驱动单元与喷嘴装置本身构造在一起,因此该驱动单元可下放到箱体内腔中并作为一单元安装在箱体内腔中。
在压力下供给液体到涡轮,该涡轮旋转齿轮箱的输入轴,该齿轮箱用来减小其输出轴的旋转,该输出轴用来转动喷嘴。
通过具有协同工作的磁极的磁接合,从而传递来自涡轮轴和齿轮箱输入轴的转矩。
这种结构的缺点是:它完全下放到箱体空腔内,因而在没有完全分离系统时不能进行保养或维修。
为了弥补这一缺陷,由专利说明书WO 2004/007274 A1已知,构造清洗装置使得驱动单元布置在箱体内腔外侧并因而独立于箱体内腔的泄漏。
因而,驱动单元借助磁接合与驱动部件分离,该磁接合插在涡轮和该齿轮箱的输入轴之间。因此,涡轮的转矩通过磁接合传递,该磁接合提供箱体内腔的液体和气体密封,从而防止来自箱体内腔的污染环境的泄漏。
然而,这种已知的结构具有一些缺点和缺陷。首先且最重要的,仅仅涡轮部件是隔绝的,而从齿轮箱和驱动轴到布置在箱体内腔的喷嘴头的可移动部件,仍然存在泄漏的可能性。
清洗液被供给包围轴的空心管,由于齿轮箱输出轴和箱体内腔中的轴之间的直接机械联结,这妨碍了与环境的隔绝。
专利EP 0723909的说明书公开了一种结构,其中两个磁力传递的磁接合各安装在罩壳内。这涉及复杂的机械结构,由于接合部件分别与驱动单元和齿轮箱分离,因而以紧凑的方式布置该机械结构是困难的。
对于这些应补充说明的是,由于该装置一部分包括具有磁接合部件的涡轮部件,一部分包括在齿轮箱输出轴和喷嘴头旋转部件之间的机械联结,因而在装置的维修和保养中具有缺点。对于这应添加来自涡轮驱动装置且到达管道的复杂的液体供给旁路。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补这些缺点和缺陷,并根据本发明实现了此目的。在本发明中,转矩传递磁性部件安装在罩壳内,在该罩壳上安装了齿轮箱和涡轮罩壳。
因此,根据本发明,当磁极布置在分离的罩壳内时,在罩壳安装在位于液体流中的装置的部分和齿轮单元本身之间后,可容易地进行安装。
因而,可以实现紧凑的结构,且容易分离部件用来保养和维修。
如权利要求2所述,当借助法兰接头和垫片以公知的方式能够分离部件时,在与箱体内腔连通的区域内延伸的部件与位于箱体内腔外部的部件之间,实现了完全的液体和气体分离。
如权利要求3所述,采用沿旋转轴的纵向方向延伸的磁极部件,这些磁极部件将能够传递相对较大的转矩,而不会有协同工作的磁极失去平衡的任何危险。
如权利要求4所述,当从齿轮箱延伸的、位于接合罩壳内的磁性部件配备有轴向可移动的接合部件时,轴除了旋转外也可以在轴向方向移动,从而可以以公知的方式相对喷嘴旋转平面调节喷嘴头。
最后,如权利要求5所述,有利的是,使用例如具有轴向延伸的齿或槽的接合部件的部件,用来实现组合的旋转和轴向移动运动。

具体实施方式
图1示出了所述装置的优选实施例的一个实例,包括管道部件5,该管道部件5在箱体内延伸,并在端部具有可枢转的旋转式喷嘴头6。如图所示,旋转轴19在管道部件5内延伸,通过该管道传输供给喷嘴头的清洗液。
该装置在外部安装到箱体4上,包括公知的头部3,该头部3具有供给装置17,用于压力下的清洗液18,所述清洗液通过头部传输,在该头部中安装有涡轮头部18用来产生旋转运动。
该运动通过罩壳2内的磁接合传递到齿轮箱1,在齿轮箱1中,来自涡轮头部的转数被减小并通过另一磁接合传递到轴19。
由图1可见,所有部件固定在一起,从而提供紧凑的驱动单元,该驱动单元具有相互平行地延伸、且具有小的相互间距的两根旋转轴。
图2示出了分离状态的部件,驱动单元的更详细的描述将结合图2给出。
如所述的,旋转运动由蜗轮10产生,该涡轮10布置在罩壳3内的液体流18中。该涡轮部件可布置成根据效率可调节,并因而适合于转矩的需要。
以一种公知的方式,通过构造圆锥形的涡轮,使该涡轮在其轴向位置上可调节并因而依赖于水的流动,从而可实现这种情况。
涡轮10通过轴与圆柱形磁头9连接,该磁头9包括多个轴向延伸的磁性部件。
具有磁极部件8的圆柱形护套在磁性部件9的周围延伸,相对于核心9,该磁极部件8具有反向极性的磁体。
外磁性部件8与齿轮箱1的输入轴连接,而齿轮箱的输出轴与另一磁体8连接,该磁体8在协同工作的磁极部件9的周围延伸。
磁极部件9又与接合部件11连接,该接合部件11与涡轮10一起在罩壳3内的液体空间中延伸。
借助协同工作的法兰结构12、13、14、15,固定装置7和垫片21、22,这三个部件1、2、3可固定在一起,从而形成图1中示出的驱动单元。因此,由于垫片21保证了罩壳2和涡轮罩壳3之间的密封接合,齿轮箱1和/或罩壳2可与涡轮罩壳3分离而不会有液体和/或气体从箱体内腔泄漏的任何危险。
截止阀16和接合装置17以公知的方式布置在罩壳内用于液体供给18。
此外,在罩壳3本身上示出了用来调节喷嘴6的液体供给的调节装置20和/或其运动。
通过轴向可移动接合11,形成磁性接合部件9和轴19之间的连接,该轴向可移动接合11可以是例如齿轮,与具有内轮齿的、固定在轴19端部的接纳部件(未示出)的可移动接合。
如图1所示,当这些部件固定在一起时,由于磁性接合部件8、9之间没有直接接触,从箱体2内的空间与周围环境将形成完全的液体和/或气体密封,该磁性接合部件8、9将向外延伸并分别与箱体的内腔和供给的液体接触。
由于通过部件的分离,所有可移动部件是容易接近的,从而可以进行保养,例如可容易地更换磨损的或损坏的部件。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于箱体清洗装置的驱动单元,其中清洗液在压力下供给到涡轮,该涡轮旋转齿轮箱的输入轴,该齿轮箱用来减小其输出轴的旋转,所述输出轴旋转清洗装置,该清洗装置具有下放到箱体内腔中的喷嘴,并且借助协同工作的磁性部件上的磁极之间的磁力传递来自涡轮轴的输出轴和该齿轮箱的输出轴的转矩,其特征在于该传递转矩的磁性部件(8和9)安装在罩壳(2)内,该齿轮箱(1)和涡轮罩壳(3)安装在该罩壳(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1的驱动单元,其特征在于垫片(21)安装在所述罩壳(2)和所述涡轮罩壳(3)之间,用于所述箱体内腔和所述罩壳(2)之间的液体和/或气体密封分离。
3.根据权利要求1或2的驱动单元,其特征在于所述磁性部件包括圆柱形磁极部件(9)和在其周围延伸的磁极部件(8)。
4.根据权利要求3的驱动单元,其特征在于所述齿轮箱(1)的所述输出轴借助固定到所述圆柱形磁极部件(9)的接合部件(11)传递转矩,所述接合部件(11)与固定在所述清洗装置的旋转轴(19)上的接合部件形成可旋转且轴向可移动的连接。
5.根据权利要求4的驱动单元,其特征在于所述圆柱形磁极部件的接合部件(11)由齿、槽和协同工作的轨道形成。
