本发明涉及一种蔬菜保鲜剂,主要用于蒜薹的贮藏保鲜。所述的蒜薹保鲜剂是固体烟熏剂,该保鲜剂由下列物质组成:噻苯咪唑:3%~4%;硝酸铵:3%~7%;植物生长调节剂:0.001%;锯末:89%~94%。本发明的有益效果是,噻苯咪唑为GB2760-1996食品添加剂使用卫生标准中允许使用的防腐剂,以其为主要有效成分的蒜薹保鲜剂使用方便、毒性低、稳定性高、抗菌谱广,杀菌效力的持续时间长,采用该保鲜剂处理结合小包装硅窗气调贮藏的蒜薹,在8个月的贮藏过程中,薹条脆嫩,薹梢仍能够保持鲜绿色。

本发明涉及一种蔬菜保鲜剂,主要用于蒜薹的贮藏保鲜。
背景技术
蒜薹是大蒜的幼嫩花茎,采收后因新陈代谢旺盛,又值高温季节,故易脱水老化和腐烂。老化的蒜薹表现为黄化,纤维增多,薹苞膨大开裂长出气生鳞茎,失去食用品质。为了延长蒜薹的保鲜期,满足市场消费需求,一般采用小包装硅窗气调贮藏的方法贮藏保鲜,但在6~8个月的贮藏过程中,蒜薹薹梢特别容易被青、绿霉菌侵染,造成大量腐烂损失。为了控制蒜薹薹梢霉变,生产上一般采用液体蒜薹保鲜剂处理,当蒜薹上架预冷时,用雾化良好的喷雾器对薹梢喷雾,并不停地翻动薹梢,使喷洒均匀,也有采用固态保鲜剂点燃熏蒸处理的,但其有效成分多为非食品添加剂级的杀菌剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对蒜薹保鲜过程中的难点问题,提出一种符合食品添加剂使用卫生标准,高效低残留的蒜薹保鲜剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案实现的。本发明是一种蒜薹保鲜剂,其特点是,所述的蒜薹保鲜剂是固体烟熏剂,该保鲜剂由下列物质组成:
噻苯咪唑:3%~4%;
硝酸铵:3%~7%;
植物生长调节剂:0.001%;
锯末:89%~94%。
本发明的有益效果是,噻苯咪唑为GB2760-1996食品添加剂使用卫生标准中允许使用的防腐剂,以其为主要有效成分的蒜薹保鲜剂使用方便、毒性低、稳定性高、抗菌谱广,杀菌效力的持续时间长,采用该保鲜剂处理结合小包装硅窗气调贮藏的蒜薹,在8个月的贮藏过程中,薹条脆嫩,薹梢仍能够保持鲜绿色。
具体实施方式
实施例1。一种蒜薹保鲜剂,其配比为:
噻苯咪唑:3%;
硝酸铵:3%;
植物生长调节剂:0.001%;
锯末:94%。
实施例2。一种蒜薹保鲜剂,其配比为:
噻苯咪唑:3.5%;
硝酸铵:5%;
植物生长调节剂:0.001%;
锯末:91.5%。
实施例3。一种蒜薹保鲜剂,其配比为:
噻苯咪唑:4%;
硝酸铵:7%;
植物生长调节剂:0.001%;
锯末:89%。
下面说明本发明的保鲜剂使用过程:
1.蒜薹在适宜成熟度采收后迅速运回冷库预冷。预冷时,将蒜薹基部向里,薹梢向外放在货架上。
2.按本发明提供的配方将各种材料混合均匀后压成固体片状,每片25g。
3.蒜薹预冷到0℃时,把保鲜剂在冷库过道或货架中间堆成塔形,使用量为每百立方米库房600g,点燃其中一块,即可迅速发烟,充满整个空间,密闭3~4小时,待悬浮在烟雾中的噻苯咪唑颗粒均匀的落在蒜薹薹梢上后,开启冷风机重新制冷。经保鲜剂处理后的蒜薹即可装入硅窗保鲜袋贮藏。

1、一种蒜薹保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述的蒜薹保鲜剂是固体烟熏剂,该保鲜剂由下列物质组成:噻苯咪唑:3%~4%;硝酸铵:3%~7%;植物生长调节剂:0.001%;锯末:89%~94%。
