背景技术
在过去,已经有各种能够通过一滑动开关进行聚光的水下使用的灯或者手电筒。在美国授予Schwartz的US3,603,783专利中,一种手电筒具有一个磁的灯聚光和开关,采用一单一的外部控制的磁铁,该磁铁与一个内部的硬钢丝的气密密封的磁衔铁开关共同作用,以控制灯和一内部磁件的操作,以提供灯的位置的调整,用于聚光控制。Dill的美国专利US3,689,759和Krupansky的美国专利US3,794,825都是水下手电筒,采用磁开关操作该手电筒,并且用于调整光束。Trosper等人的美国专利US4,152,755是便携的磁致动的手电筒。Holt的美国专利US2,516,993和Kibler等人的美国专利US5,865,525,和Baloochi的美国专利US5,171,086都教导了手持的可调的聚光手电筒。

发明内容
一种水下手电筒,具有一可调整的聚光束和一防水电池单元,其能够在水下取下并更换。该手电筒包括一水密的壳体,壳体内部具有一可滑动地安装的灯,可由一个外部滑动聚光件滑动,该聚光件内安装有一永久磁铁。该永久磁铁使一个内部滑动聚光件滑动,该内部聚光件中也具有一个磁铁与外部磁铁共同作用。当使灯聚光时,该可滑动的内部聚光件由一个连接件连接到灯,用于使灯移动从一个反射器进出。一个通/断开关安装到可滑动的外部聚光件上,并且具有磁铁安装在其中,用于致动一个安装在可滑动的内侧聚光件上的拾波线圈。该手电筒包括一个防水的可连接的电池单元,其中具有一个磁开关,由手电筒的水密壳体中的一个磁铁致动,使得电池直到接触到一起,才提供电连接,并且磁开关被致动。

优选实施例的描述
参见图1-3,描述了一种防水手电筒10,其具有一个灯的壳体11,以及一个电池壳体12和一个手柄13。图1和图2描述了一个结合有开关组件14的聚光导板。手电筒10具有镜片15,其由不锈钢制成的一系列圆形的螺纹和螺母牢固地夹紧在螺纹盖22、橡胶密封件11a、和抛物面折射器16的较宽的开口之间。一个深拉延的铝圆盘11c构成密封结构组件的一个部件,其借助于放置于下侧的橡胶密封件11b和一系列圆形的接合前壳体11边缘的螺纹,以封闭前壳体11的开口端。当螺纹盖22的螺纹23接合前壳体11的螺纹24,因此迫使O形环16a压靠圆盘11c时,圆盘11c的中心孔和抛物面反射器16的较小端的开口与O形环16a一起结合成一个通道,产生一个气密密封的较大的空腔。一个灯泡18可滑动地安装到一支承件20上,该支承件20被支承在前壳体11的通道21中。该前壳体11具有多个开口25,围绕反射器16穿通,与相同数量的绕螺纹盖22的开口对齐,以允许水或空气流通,使反射器冷却。
可滑动的开关组件14具有一个磁铁26,该磁铁安装在一个圆盖形的软的弹性体开关件27的下面,按压该开关件27从而以限定的行程和揿按力按压延伸部28压靠一个回复弹簧31和压靠一个揿按圆盘30。当开关件27的垂直按压力等于或者超过揿按圆盘30的揿按力时,一个快速的触发器式的运动将驱动磁铁26超过揿按圆盘30的限定的行程,并且因此在气密密封的前壳体11内部的拾波线圈32中感应一个电压锋值。此电压锋值继而被一个前壳体11内的电子组件记录,模拟一个没有火花的通/断开关。拾波线圈32可以由一个衔铁开关替换。压下手柄部分,以推压磁铁26一秒钟时间,灯18关断。
滑动开关部分33被支承在防水的壁部34上,并且包括一对磁铁35和36,它们将与位于壁34的相对侧上的磁铁37接合,使得当滑动开关部分33沿防水壁34滑动时,磁铁35和36与磁铁37接合,并且使较低的开关本体38滑动,从而滑动轭铁40。轭铁40的移动使得一个连接件41移动,该连接件41由一个销42扣在该轭铁上,并且继而由销43连接到一第二连接件44上,该连接件44有一个轭铁45,其接合一个滑动的本体部上的销46,灯18由该本体部保持。因此,开关本体部33的滑动使得轭铁40滑动,并且继而使连接件41和44滑动,以使灯泡18滑动,调整到聚光点。
整个滑动组件33在防水壁34上前后移动,如图1所示,从而拉动下开关部38前后滑动,而总是保持通/断开关部分27在通/断开关部分32上方沿磁铁36对正。
气密密封的电池壳体12包含可充电电池47,其串连在壳体内。前电池50的一个极连接到防水安装的穿通接触销51,与衔铁开关52串连,该衔铁开关52位于该一对接触销51之间的中点。衔铁开关52通常是打开的,如果一个电池壳体12沿手柄13的下部导轨滑动,则前壳体11的邻近的壁的内侧上安装的永久磁铁54的磁力使衔铁开关52被致动并且电连接。一个电连接因此经两个防水的穿通插座51b而被建立,该插座51b模制在前壳体11的后壁中,并且与模制在邻近的电池壳体12中的销51对正。电池电连接到前壳体11中的电子组件上,由固态半导体激励产生电流,由拾波线圈32中产生的控制信号无火花地使灯泡接通或者断开。
两个橡胶密封件,如锥形的筒形部分,紧密地配合围绕电池壳体12的前部的圆形突出部。电池壳体12与前壳体内的电子组件的电接触的建立是由机械地接合和锁定一凸轮机构55实现的。该凸轮机构55以一轴向的力拉动电池壳体12,因此使得密封件横向压缩膨胀,使得围绕销51和插座51b的多余的水被挤出。当电池壳体12为了充电而被机械地脱开并取下时,衔铁开关被释放。
应当清楚,防水手电筒的设置,有利地允许在水下更换电池,并且其具有单一滑动开关,其采用永久磁铁,以调整灯的聚光,并且同时允许灯的接通和关断。但是本发明不限定于所示的形式,所示形式是说明性的而不是限定性的。

Claims (13)

1.一种带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),包括:
水密封的壳体(11),具有一个内侧和一个外侧,和在其中的一个灯通道(21);
灯的开关件(27),安装到所述壳体(11)的外侧;
电池壳体(12)可取下地安装到所述水密的壳体(11)上;
灯(18),可滑动地安装在所述壳体的灯通道(21)中,所述灯(18)通过所述灯的开关件(27),可操作地连接到所述电池壳体(12);
可滑动的开关组件(14),可滑动地安装在壳体(11)的外侧,并且具有一磁铁(35,36)安装在其上;
可滑动的开关本体(38),可滑动地安装在壳体(11)的内侧,并且具有磁铁(37)安装在其中,其定位成通过使所述可滑动的开关组件(14)滑动,来移动所述安装在其上的磁铁(35,36),从而通过磁力接合所述开关本体磁铁(37);和
连接件(41),具有两个端部,并且在其一个端部上可滑动地连接到所述灯(18),在其另一个端部上连接到所述可滑动的开关本体(38);
从而所述开关组件(14)的移动使所述开关本体(38)和聚光连接件(41)滑动,以使所述灯(18)聚光。
2.一种根据权利要求1的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,具有一个拾波线圈(32),安装在所述水密壳体(11)的内侧,并且具有一个磁铁(26)可移动地安装在所述灯的开关中,用于致动所述拾波线圈(32)。
3.一种根据权利要求2的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述灯的开关件(27)被安装在所述可滑动的开关组件(14)中。
4.一种根据权利要求3的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述拾波线圈(32)被安装在所述可滑动的开关本体(38)中。
5.一种根据权利要求4的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述灯的开关件(27)被可滑动地安装在所述可滑动的开关组件(14)中,压靠一个回复弹簧(31)。
6.一种根据权利要求5的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述连接件(41)在端部处被可滑动地销接到所述灯(18)和所述开关本体(38)。
7.一种根据权利要求6的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述灯(18)包括一个灯的支承件(20),将一个灯泡支承在其中,所述灯的支承件(20)上具有连接件的连接销(46),所述连接件(41)安装在其上。
8.一种根据权利要求7的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(11)具有一个安装在其上的反射器(16),所述灯的支承件(20)可滑动地安装在所述灯的通道中,并且所述灯泡突出到所述反射器(16)中。

12.一种根据权利要求11的带有一个可调整聚光束的水下的手电筒(10),其特征在于,所述水密壳体(11)在所述壳体外侧具有至少一个电接触器,用于与所述电池壳体电接触器的电接触。
