Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明大致涉及一种车辆板结构,更具体地,本发明涉及这样一种车辆板结构,其包括核心层和由聚丙烯/玻璃纤维材料制成的加强层以在降低所述车辆板结构的厚度和重量的同时为所述车辆板结构提供尺寸稳定性。
背景技术
车辆板——如车顶内衬——设计成在暴露于160℃的温度超过24小时的情况下应达到或超过尺寸稳定性的要求。为了满足所述的尺寸稳定性要求,在传统的车辆板——如车顶内衬——的设计方案中包括一个或更多加强层。但是,传统的车辆板为了满足必要的尺寸稳定性要求而带有一个或更多加强层存在一个问题,即所述加强层是笨重的并且不必要地增加了与所述车辆板相关的厚度和重量。
发明内容
本发明的发明人已经意识到与传统的车辆板相关的这些问题及其它问题,并且已经开发了一种包括一个核心层和一个加强层的车辆板,所述加强层由混合在一起的玻璃纤维材料束与聚合材料构成,并且其线性密度(linear density)在大约50g/m2至200g/m2的范围内。

具体实施方式
现在参见图1,图中示出了一个根据本发明一具体实施方式的车辆板10。该车辆板10包含一个核心层12和一个邻近所述核心层12的加强层14。尽管所示的具体实施方式示出了位于所述核心层12两侧的两个加强层14,但是本发明能够以邻近所述核心层12的一侧定位的单个加强层14的方式实施。
核心层12可以由任何合适的材料制造。优选地,所述核心层12由任何具有绝缘特性的适当材料构成。例如,所述核心层12可以包括一发泡材料,如聚丙烯或类似材料,并且该核心层12的密度和厚度可以根据设计要求变化。然而,可以理解所述核心层12能够根据设计需要而包括任何适当的材料,如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,简称PET)或类似材料。
车辆板10还可以包括一个施加在所述加强层14和一罩盖材料20之间的粘结层16,如本领域内已知的一个两部份的粘结剂薄膜。所述罩盖材料20为车辆板10提供令人满意的视觉外观,通常称为“A”表面。所述罩盖材料20可以由本领域内已知的任何可为车辆板10提供令人满意的视觉外观的适当材料构成。
与所述罩盖材料20相对,一种纤维织物(scrim)材料18可以施加至所述核心层12的另一侧。所述纤维织物材料18可以由本领域内已知的任何合适材料构成。在图示的具体实施方式中,所述加强层14置于所述核心层12和所述纤维织物材料18之间。然而,可以理解,本发明并不受限于所述加强层14和纤维织物材料18,而是能够无需所述加强层14和纤维织物材料18施加至所述核心层12的一侧即可实施本发明。此外,应该指出的是,在图示的具体实施方式中,所述加强层14不附着至所述核心层12的任一侧,并且如果需要的话能够容易地从所述核心层12分离。
在本发明的一个方面,所述加强层14为车辆板10提供了尺寸稳定性,同时与传统的车辆板相比减少了车辆板10的总体重量和厚度。例如,所述加强层14的线性密度在大约50g/m2至200g/m2的范围内,而传统加强层的线性密度至少为400g/m2。为了完成本发明的此方面,如图2中所示,本发明的加强层14包括混有聚合材料24的玻璃纤维材料束22,从而形成的一混合合成物。在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,所述玻璃纤维材料22大约占所述加强层14重量的20%至80%。
优选地,用于所述加强层14的所述聚合材料与用于所述核心层12的材料相兼容,使得所述加强层14能够与所述核心层12形成结合。所述聚合材料24优选地是一高温聚合物,使得在以适当的低温加热时,所述粘结层16熔化并将所述层14、16、20彼此粘结起来,而不是以足以熔化所述加强层14的温度加热,籍此允许所述加强层14能够容易地从所述核心层12分离。与用于所述罩盖层12的材料相兼容的一种适当的高温聚合材料24是聚丙烯或类似材料。然而,如果需要的话,低温聚合材料可以包括在所述加强层14中以用作粘合剂材料而将所述加强层14粘合至所述核心层12。
本发明的车辆板10的一种应用是用于车辆的车顶内衬。车顶内衬设计为在暴露于160℃的温度超过24小时的情况下达到或超出对于尺寸稳定性的要求。已经发现,与设计带有更重、更厚加强层的传统车顶内衬相比,带有所述加强层14的所述核心层12在暴露于160℃的温度超过24小时的情况下呈现了尺寸稳定性。从而,包括带有所述加强层14的所述核心层12的所述车辆板10能够提供与传统车顶内衬相同或更好的尺寸稳定性,同时减小了所述传统车顶内衬的重量和厚度。
尽管已经结合某些特定的具体实施方式对本发明进行了具体描述,但是可以理解,所述描述是示例性的而非限制性的,并且所附权利要求书的范围应当与现有技术所允许的范围一样宽。

Claims (12)

1.一种车辆板(10),包括一核心层(12),其特征在于,所述车辆板(10)还包括
一加强层(14),其由混在一起的玻璃纤维材料束(22)和聚合材料(24)构成,
其中所述加强层(14)的线性密度在50g/m2至200g/m2的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,其中所述聚合材料(24)包括聚丙烯材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆板,其中所述聚丙烯包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,其中所述核心层(12)由一绝缘材料制造。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆板,其中所述核心层(12)包括聚丙烯材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,其中所述车辆板(10)包括车顶内衬。
7.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,其中所述加强层(14)进一步包括一粘合剂材料。
8.如权利要求7所述的车辆板,其中所述粘合剂材料包括一低温聚合材料。
9.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,其中所述加强层(14)的20%至80%的重量由玻璃纤维材料束构成。
10.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,进一步包括一邻近所述加强层(14)的粘结层(16)。
11.如权利要求10所述的车辆板,进一步包括一邻近所述粘结层(16)的罩盖材料(20)。
12.如权利要求1所述的车辆板,进一步包括一邻近所述加强层(14)的纤维织物材料(18)。
