本发明公开了一种车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂,该乳化剂是将正辛醇、正庚醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、正癸醇、十六醇和司盘80按一定重量百分比装入反应釜中,在空气流通、无火星和防爆常温的条件下进行搅拌混匀后制得。本发明乳化剂对人体和机械不会造成任何损害,能够达到助燃、助溶、提高辛烷值和增加发动机动力的作用,抗爆指数高,降低气阻,可使汽车排污降低70%以上,使甲醇汽油充分融合;本发明乳化剂能使发动机内的燃烧系统积炭清除,使油路系统更加清洁,延长了发动机的寿命;本发明乳化剂可与任何标号的汽油相配,生产的甲醇汽油质量好,稳定性好,保质期可达两年以上,使用该甲醇汽油,对汽车发动机不需要作任何改动。

技术领域
本发明属于车用甲醇燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂。
背景技术
随着世界经济的高速发展,世界各国对石油的需求在不断的增长,基于我国石油能源的相对匮乏的现实,积极发展燃油替代产业是国家能源安全的要求。现在全国各地在对甲醇汽油的研发中存在明显的差距,很难解决低温抗相分离及遇水抗相分离和保存期短相分离现象,而且生产出的甲醇汽油经济价值不高。
目前,在大巴车上试用的甲醇汽油M25,不仅质量一般,稳定性差,融合效果差,而且对汽车需进行改造,生产该甲醇汽油M25所采用的乳化剂没有清洁、增标作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种使汽车油路系统更加清洁,生产的甲醇汽油质量稳定,且能增加汽油标号的车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂,其特征在于制成该乳化剂有效成份的原料组成及重量百分比为:
正辛醇10%~30%    正庚醇6%~16%     异丙醇10%~20%
正丁醇16%~28%    正癸醇16%~28%    十六醇1%~9%
司盘801%~9%。
实现本发明的优选方案是:一种车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂,其特征在于制成该乳化剂有效成份的原料组成及重量百分比为:
正辛醇20%    正庚醇11%    异丙醇15%    正丁醇22%
正癸醇22%    十六醇5%     司盘805%。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明乳化剂对人体和机械不会造成任何损害,能够达到助燃、助溶、提高辛烷值和增加发动机动力的作用,抗爆指数高,降低气阻,可使汽车排污降低70%以上,使甲醇汽油充分融合;本发明乳化剂能使发动机内的燃烧系统积炭清除,使油路系统更加清洁,延长了发动机的寿命;本发明乳化剂可与任何标号的汽油相配,生产的甲醇汽油质量好,稳定性好,保质期可达两年以上,使用该甲醇汽油,对汽车发动机不需要作任何改动。
具体实施方式
实施例1
称取以下重量百分比的原料:
正辛醇10%    正庚醇6%    异丙醇10%    正丁醇28%
正癸醇28%    十六醇9%    司盘809%。
其制配方法是:将上述重量百分比的原料依次放入转速为200-300转/分的反应釜中,在空气流通、无火星和防爆常温的条件下搅拌融合均匀后制得,装桶密封,每桶装180公斤。
实施例2
称取以下重量百分比的原料:
正辛醇30%    正庚醇16%   异丙醇20%    正丁醇16%
正癸醇16%    十六醇1%    司盘801%。

称取以下重量百分比的原料:
正辛醇15%    正庚醇9%     异丙醇13%    正丁醇25%
正癸醇25%    十六醇6.5%   司盘806.5%。

称取以下重量百分比的原料:
正辛醇27%    正庚醇13%    异丙醇18%    正丁醇19%
正癸醇19%    十六醇2%    司盘802%。

称取以下重量百分比的原料:
正辛醇20%    正庚醇11%   异丙醇15%    正丁醇22%
正癸醇22%    十六醇5%    司盘805%。
本实施例制备工艺同实施例1。
本发明用法用量:先取重量百分比为15~80%的甲醇装入转速为400-500转/分的反应釜中,然后往反应釜中掺入重量百分比为3~10%的本发明乳化剂,在温度为20℃左右的防火防爆环境条件下,搅拌5分钟形成变性甲醇,再将重量百分比为15~80%的汽油倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌10分钟即可制成甲醇汽油。

1、一种车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂,其特征在于该乳化剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
正辛醇10%~30%  正庚醇6%~16%   异丙醇10%~20%
正丁醇16%~28%  正癸醇16%~28%  十六醇1%~9%
司盘80 1%~9%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车用甲醇汽油清洁增标乳化剂,其特征在于该乳化剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
正辛醇20%  正庚醇11%  异丙醇15%  正丁醇22%
正癸醇22%  十六醇5%   司盘80 5%。
