通过后成形加工技术容器壁的伸展会给容器壁设置装饰性和/或功能性特征。可以使用的技术是那些在日本专利出版物56-20970和美国专利5756038中描述的,其通过引证在此引入。此外,在日本专利出版物56-20970的技术的改进中,容器壁可以只通过在模子部分上抽真空或者通过在模子部分上抽真空且从心轴压力吹气来在模子中提供正压力来改变。在这些技术的任何一种中,容器壁形成具有硬的形状。第三种技术包括管子壁的机械压印。这使用具有可膨胀的心轴的模子。容器被加热,且被放入模子中,以及可膨胀的心轴放入容器中。当致动时,可膨胀的心轴然后推动容器壁靠着模子的内表面,在容器的外表面上形成需要的表面特征(见所附心轴的附图)。
适于后成形加工的容器是那些将包含牙膏、洗液、凝胶产品、食物产品、润滑剂、药物等。可以后成形加工到管子上的结构包括把手和各种装饰物。例如,在管子上描绘的人物或者动物的图画也可以被实现从而形成更加装饰性的管子容器。

Claims (11)

1.一种将管子容器后成形加工成不同形状,且维持所述管子容器的隔离特性的方法,包括提供具有至少一个隔离层并且在所述隔离层的每个侧面上具有至少一个热塑性层的多层层压管子,所述隔离层可延长达到其长度的125%,且所述隔离层维持其隔离特性的至少大约90%。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述隔离层是金属层。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属是铝。
4.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属是铝合金。
5.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属是具有7微米到50微米厚度的金属膜。
6.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,每个热塑性层是聚烯烃。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃选自包括聚乙烯和聚丙烯的组。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述隔离层是有机隔离层。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述有机隔离层是热塑性塑料。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,热塑性塑料选自包括聚酰胺、聚酯、乙烯醇聚合物和共聚物、醋酸乙烯酯聚合物、氯乙烯聚合物和共聚物、偏二氯乙烯聚合物和共聚物,以及液晶聚合物的组。
11.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述有机隔离层具有5微米到50微米的厚度。
