本发明涉及一种滚珠轴承,其具有:滚珠架,其具有半球状凹面;多个小球,其自由地排列在所述半球状凹面上;一个大球,其在全方向可旋转地保持在所述多个小球上;壳体,其具有使所述大球的上部突出来的开口,收纳所述滚珠架、所述小球、及所述大球,其特征在于,所述小球具有,与所述大球接触的大球支承用主小球、和比该大球支承用主小球小,未与所述大球接触的辅助小球。

Description

滚珠轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及由在全方向自如旋转的一个滚珠直接承受搬运物的结构,优选在物品搬运装置等中使用的滚珠轴承。
本申请主张2003年9月12日申请的特愿2003-322045号的优先权,在此引用该内容。
背景技术
作为在生产工厂等搬运原材料、部件、半成品、成品、及其它物品的搬运装置,有如下情况,配置多个具有在全方向自如旋转地直接与搬运物接触的一个滚珠的结构的滚珠轴承(也称作万向滚珠),构成将物品圆滑地滑动搬运的搬运装置。这种滚珠轴承也可用于其它各种用途,但通常为如下结构等,如图3所示的滚珠轴承1,在具有半球状凹面2a的滚珠架2的上述半球状凹面2a上自由地排列多个小球3,并在其上载置一个大球4,将该大球4可全方向旋转地保持,将上述这些整体收纳到具有使上述大球4上部突出来的开口5a的壳体5内。
在这种滚珠轴承1中,为使大球4不受阻力而可圆滑地旋转,考虑承受该大球的多个小球3全部必须为高精度的同一直径,因此,现有的滚珠轴承1如图示,小球3全部为同一直径。
使用该滚珠轴承1的环境复杂,但由于不限于没有垃圾的场合,故存在垃圾进入其内部的情况。这样,垃圾附着于小球3上,小球3的旋转不能圆滑地进行,且大球4的旋转也不能圆滑地进行,使作为滚珠轴承的性能降低。另外,如果垃圾直接附着于大球4上、或垃圾介于小球3之间,大球4的旋转也不能圆滑地进行。
发明内容
为解决上述课题,本发明提供滚珠轴承,其具有:滚珠架,其具有半球状凹面;多个小球,其自由地排列在所述半球状凹面上;一个大球,其在全方向可旋转地保持在所述多个小球上;壳体,其具有使所述大球的上部突出来的开口,收纳所述滚珠架、所述小球、及所述大球,其特征在于,所述小球具有,与所述大球接触的大球支承用主小球、和比该大球支承用主小球小,未与所述大球接触的辅助小球,在将所述主小球的直径设为D时,所述辅助小球的直径为0.6D~0.95D的范围,所述主小球与所述辅助小球,在所述滚珠架内,以不限制其相互的位置关系的状态配置。
根据本发明,在滚珠架的半球状凹面上,不仅存在与大球接触的主小球,还存在比该主小球小的辅助小球,因此,可产生如下情况,主小球相互之间几乎不会互相接触,而构成辅助小球介于主小球之间的状态。在该部分,由于在主小球周围产生足够的间隙,故进入内部的垃圾集中在该间隙内。因此,可防止垃圾附着于小球上,阻碍小球旋转。另外,也可以防止由于垃圾直接附着在大球上,或垃圾介于小球之间,从而阻碍大球旋转的情况。由此,可防止作为滚珠轴承的性能降低。
另外,垃圾可能由主小球和辅助小球揉小并碾碎,但在滚珠架的最下部开设孔的情况下,变小的垃圾容易地从该孔排出到外部,因此,可使内部的垃圾减少。在这一点上,也可以极力地防止滚珠轴承的性能降低。
在所述滚珠轴承中,所述滚珠架优选在其最下部具有垃圾排出用贯通孔。
在所述滚珠轴承中,在将所述主小球的直径设为D时,所述辅助小球的直径优选0.6D~0.95D的范围,更优选0.7D~0.85D的范围。
在所述滚珠轴承中,在将所述主小球的数量设为N时,所述辅助小球的数量优选0.2N~0.4N的范围,更优选0.25N~0.35N的范围。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对实施本发明的滚珠轴承进行说明。
图1是将本发明一实施例的滚珠轴承11分成正面图和剖面图表示的图,图2是图1的主要部分放大图。如这些图所示,该滚珠轴承11为如下结构,在具有半球状凹面12a的滚珠架12的上述半球状凹面12a上自由地排列有多数主小球13a及辅助小球13b。而且,在其上载置一个大球14,将该大球14可全方向旋转地保持,将这些整体收纳到具有使上述大球14的上部突出的开口15a的壳体15内。另外,在滚珠架12的最下位部即中心部开设有垃圾排出用孔12b(贯通孔)。符号16是垫圈。
另外,图中图示了将主小球13a和辅助小球13b交替配列,但由于将多数小球简单地放入半球状凹面12a上之后,通过在其上载置大球14来进行小球的排列,因此,故主小球13a和辅助小球13b不限于交替地排列,主小球13a和辅助小球13b的排列状态是不确定的。但是,如若辅助小球13b的数量相对主小球13a的数量为一定比例以上,则会出现辅助小球13b介于主小球13a和主小球13a之间的排列状态。
在上述滚珠轴承11中,在滚珠架12的半球状凹面12a上,不仅存在与大球14接触的主小球13a,还存在比该主小球13a小的辅助小球13b,因此,如图2中放大的所示,可产生构成辅助小球13b介于主小球13a之间的状态的情况。在该部分,由于在主小球13a的周围产生足够的间隙,故进入内部的垃圾(符号17所示)集中在该间隙内。因此,可防止特别是垃圾附着在主小球13a上而阻碍主小球13a旋转。另外,也可以防止由于垃圾直接附看在大球上,或垃圾介于小球13a之间,从而阻碍大球旋转的情况。由此,可防止作为滚珠轴承的性能降低。
另外,垃圾可能由主小球13a和辅助小球13b揉小并碾碎,但由于在滚珠架12的最下部开设孔12b,故变小的垃圾17容易地从该孔12b排出到外部,可使内部的垃圾减少。在这一点上,也可以极力地防止滚珠轴承的性能降低。
另外,如图3中现有的滚珠轴承1,在全部小球3为同一直径,同一直径的小球3相互直接接触的情况下,至少相邻的两个小球3的旋转方向相反。因此,相对大球4的旋转,至少一个小球3的旋转方向相反,对大球4的旋转构成阻力。但是,在本发明的滚珠轴承11的情况中,与大球14接触的两个主小球13a之间设有直径小的辅助小球13b,至少也在某种程度出现间接接触的状态,因此,在该情况下,与大球14接触的上述两个主小球13a的旋转方向为同一方向,该两个主小球13a进行不与大球14的旋转方向干涉的旋转(不妨碍大球14的旋转)。因此,大球14的旋转能圆滑地进行,且实现一定的效果。
另外,辅助小球13b相对主小球13a的直径可根据各种条件设定,但在将主小球13a的直径设为D时,辅助小球13b的直径优选0.6D~0.95D的范围,更优选0.7D~0.85D的范围。
另外,辅助小球13b的数量相对主小球13a的数量的比例也可根据各种条件设定,但在将主小球13a的数量设为N时,辅助小球13b的数量优选0.2N~0.4N的范围,更优选0.25N~0.35N的范围。
以上说明了本发明优选的实施例,但本发明不限于这些实施例。在不脱离本发明主旨的范围内,可进行构成的附加、省略、置换、及其它变更。本发明不受上述的说明限制,仅受附加的权利要求范围限制。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的滚珠轴承可在生产工厂等中作为搬运原材料、部件、半成品、成品、及其它物品的搬运装置使用。
根据本发明,可适宜地防止滚珠轴承的性能降低。

Claims (3)

1. 一种滚珠轴承,其具有:
滚珠架,其具有半球状凹面;
多个小球,其自由地排列在所述半球状凹面上;
一个大球,其在全方向可旋转地保持在所述多个小球上;以及
壳体,其具有使所述大球的上部突出来的开口,收纳所述滚珠架、所述小球、及所述大球,其特征在于,
所述小球具有:与所述大球接触的大球支承用主小球、和比该大球支承用主小球小且未与所述大球接触的辅助小球,
在将所述主小球的直径设为D时,所述辅助小球的直径为0.6D~0.95D的范围,
所述主小球与所述辅助小球,在所述滚珠架内,以不限制其相互的位置关系的状态配置。
2. 如权利要求1所述的滚珠轴承,其特征在于,所述滚珠架在其最下部具有贯通孔。
3. 如权利要求1所述的滚珠轴承,其特征在于,在将所述主小球的数量设为N时,所述辅助小球的数量为0.2N~0.4N的范围。
