Description

改进的冷藏柜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种类型为冷空气借助风扇在冷藏柜中循环的冷藏柜的改进。
背景技术
对于在冷藏柜中有效地冷藏存储而言,重要的是来自制冷单元的冷空气在整个冷藏柜中均匀地循环。在已知的设计中,制冷单元的蒸发器装配有一个或多个风扇,驱动风扇以便使得冷空气从制冷单元附近循环到整个冷藏柜的主体中。然而,空气自然地趋向选择最小阻力的路径,并且如果冷藏柜的架子较多地堆叠有物品,这限制了相邻架子之间的空间,空气则往往优先朝向冷藏柜的与风扇相反的端部移动,而不是在架子之间移动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种克服上述问题或至少进行改进的冷藏柜。
本发明提供了一种冷藏柜,其包括风扇辅助的制冷单元和与该风扇连通的管道,该管道适于将冷空气从该风扇分配到整个所述冷藏柜;
其中,该管道在该冷藏柜的物品储存部分的整个宽度和整个长度上延伸,并且至少该管道的主体部分具有恒定的宽度;该管道的一个端部与风扇连通,该管道的相反端部设置有一端部出口;该管道的位于所述端部之间的部分形成有多个中间出口,所述中间出口适于将空气从该管道供应给该冷藏柜的物品储存部分;该端部出口的尺寸小于所述中间出口的尺寸,以便在使用中在该管道内的空气相对于该冷藏柜的其它部分被增压。
该端部出口可以按任何适当的方式形成,例如由在管道端部附近或在管道端部处穿过管道的开口形成,或者由延伸横贯该管道的宽度的一部分的凸缘形成,并且由此形成尺寸减小的端部出口。
该风扇辅助的制冷单元可以安装在冷藏柜中多个位置中的任何位置,例如安装在冷藏柜的顶部、安装在冷藏柜的底部、或安装在冷藏柜的一个端部。
在管道内的空气相对于冷藏柜的其它部分的增压程度可以变化,以便适于冷藏柜的尺寸和形状以及制冷所需的程度。通常,对于具有安装在顶部的风扇辅助的制冷单元的冷藏柜而言,所发现的是在管道内的压力相对于冷藏柜的其它部分增大60%在实际中可获得良好的效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1,冷藏柜2是已知类型的冷藏柜,即,隔热的冷藏柜具有整个高度的上釉的门3以及安装在顶部的制冷单元4。冷藏柜2安装在脚轮5上。冷藏柜的内部设置有货架或架子6,其上陈列有物品7。
制冷单元4是常规类型的制冷单元,并且装配有空气循环风扇8,该风扇以已知方式由风扇马达驱动。当离开风扇8时,冷空气(箭头A)向下移动经过管道10,该管道在冷藏柜的背部上向下形成并且在冷藏柜背部的整个宽度上延伸。
为了保持物品7被有效地冷却,重要的是冷空气围绕冷藏柜的内部均匀地循环。然而,在冷藏柜的已知设计中,对于冷空气的最小阻力的路径是沿管道直接向下到达冷藏柜的底部;当冷藏柜装有大量物品并且相邻架子6之间的空间被限制时尤其如此。应当理解,这导致了物品的低效的冷却。
为了解决该问题,管道10的宽度由凸缘11来限制,该凸缘在冷藏柜背部的整个宽度上延伸并且仅在凸缘11的外端与冷藏柜的后壁13之间留出一小空间作为端部出口12。这种限制的作用在于,使得空气更难以进入在冷藏柜的最下部的架子下面的底部空间14,并且由此使得空气在管道中增压。管道10中的增压迫使空气经中间出口15、15a流出,槽口15形成为横贯管道10且紧靠在每一冷藏柜架子6的下面,(如箭头6所示),并且较小的槽口15a位于槽口15之间;这使得空气在冷藏柜的整个长度上的分布显著改善。
中间出口15、15a可具有任何长度,但是通常沿管道的宽度形成一系列的短槽口,尺寸大于端部出口12。
在图2和图3中所示的第二和第三实施例与图1所示的结构大致相同,并且相同的部件由相同的附图标记来表示。
在图2所示的实施例中,制冷单元4安装在冷藏柜的底部,因此冷空气(箭头A)从冷藏柜的底部沿管道10向上移动。端部出口12a形成为在管道10的壁上的一小开口。在该实施例中,管道10的宽度在端部出口12a附近保持恒定,(即等同于图1所示的凸缘)。端部出口12a相对于中间出口15、15a较小,这一事实具有对管道10中的空气进行增压的作用。
在图3所示的实施例中,冷藏柜2是水平的,并且(未示出的)进出门是横贯冷藏柜的正面的铰接或滑动的面板。制冷单元4安装在冷藏柜的一端处,并且管道10沿冷藏柜的顶部形成。如同图2所示的实施例,管道的端部出口12b形成为在管道10的壁上的一小开口。
在图2和3中,来自制冷单元的冷空气由箭头A表示,并且流经储藏食品进行循环的空气由箭头B表示。

Claims (6)

1. 一种冷藏柜,其包括风扇辅助的制冷单元和与该风扇连通的管道,该管道适于将冷空气从该风扇分配到整个所述冷藏柜;
其中,该管道在该冷藏柜的物品储存部分的整个宽度和整个长度上延伸,并且至少该管道的主体部分具有恒定的宽度;该管道的一个端部与风扇连通,该管道的相反端部设置有一端部出口;该管道的位于所述端部之间的部分形成有多个中间出口,所述中间出口适于将空气从该管道供应给该冷藏柜的物品储存部分;该端部出口的尺寸小于所述中间出口的尺寸,以便在使用中在该管道内的空气相对于该冷藏柜的其它部分被增压。
