技术领域
本发明涉及用于集装箱运货船货舱的冷却系统。
背景技术
这种系统用于对装载有冷藏食物集装箱的运货船的货舱进行冷却。食物集装箱设有一个集装箱内的制冷系统,其冷凝器放置在集装箱外部。该冷凝器在货舱内产生热,所产生的热量及其通风限制了货舱内所能容纳的集装箱数量。
目前已应用的一种造价昂贵的解决方法是通过一些设置在货舱上方甲板上并且向下通风到货舱内的风扇,利用大气空气给货舱通风。在较热的区域,这种解决方法会产生大量浪费的空气流。
这种现有的解决方法具有如下缺点:
在较热区域,由于较小的温差,通过通风大气空气所获得的冷却效果很差,也就是说,很难利用通风从货舱中带走集装箱所带的热量。在货舱中的温度不能超过45℃,超过该温度将会导致集装箱制冷量显著下降以及货物即食物的损坏。结果,货舱承载冷却集装箱的能力很低。在承载冷却集装箱的船内的空气量已经增加到甲板设施所允许的程度,这也会造成昂贵的甲板上部构造,甚至会致使船体加长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除上述缺点。本发明的冷却系统的特征在于,该冷却系统包括一个容纳在其自身的独立空间中并由一制冷压缩机操作的冷却机构,由该冷却机构可向集装箱运货船的货舱供应冷却空气,该冷却空气能够在构成货物的冷却集装箱的冷凝器周围维持一个适宜的环境温度。
本发明的各种实施例如所附权利要求书中的附属权利要求所述。
本发明的思路在于,为货舱内部的船运集装箱装配制冷装置和风扇,该制冷装置和风扇能够沿空气管道向构成货物的冷却集装箱的冷凝器吹送冷却空气。冷空气冷却冷凝器并将货舱温度保持在最高为45℃的温度下。该货舱被甲板上的货舱口以水密的方式密封,这样就构成一个适当密封的腔室。上述吹到冷却器的空气将在冷却器中变热,随后通过再循环空气开口返回冷却集装箱以用作再循环空气,并被再次冷却以及吹送回货舱中的冷凝器。
利用装有变频器的风扇,在货舱中只替换一小部分空气。
上述冷却集装箱的自动操作能用来从过桥舵柄(bridge)和电机控制室来控制货舱环境,并用于监控作为货物的集装箱的温度。
通过本发明的解决方案可以获得如下技术效果:
—显著提高货舱内冷却集装箱的承载能力;
—改善对货舱环境的控制,通过对货舱环境的有效自动操作可防止货物损坏。
—减轻了货舱内的湿度问题。
—依靠所控制的环境维持装船出货的质量。
—减小了船的整体长度,在利用货物空间时不再需要考虑风扇所需的空间。
—减小了船所消耗的电力;
—能利用甲板风扇空间来承载甲板货物集装箱。

以下参照附图以实施例的形式对本发明加以描述,其中附图示意性地描述出本发明的冷却系统。
具体实施方式
冷却集装箱由标准的20或40英尺长的钢制集装箱构成。该集装箱封装着一个装配有海水冷凝泵7的制冷压缩机2。管路系统10延伸进海水水箱中。上述制冷压缩机设有一个冷凝器11和一个蒸发器12。由该制冷压缩机冷却的冷却水由冷却水泵6而穿过制冷用散热器5循环。
冷却水冷却利用回流空气管道8从货物空间循环而来的空气,这些空气利用风扇3沿着进口管道系统4而被吹回到货物集装箱的冷凝器。
在集装箱1内装配有一个冷却水导管系统9、一个海水冷凝导管系统和导管系统配件。该集装箱还封装着上述泵所需要的所有起动装置或起动器、制冷压缩机和风扇。
系统控制装置的工作站设置在过桥舵柄上和控制室(ECR)内。该工作站和集装箱通过总线相互连接。
20英尺长、用作冷却集装箱的集装箱能彼此置放在其它集装箱顶部,这样最下部的集装箱就设有制冷装置,而最上部的集装箱设有风扇和制冷用散热器。
该冷却集装箱同样可以根据货物腔室的尺寸而包括各种组合形式的40英尺集装箱和20英尺集装箱。
制冷装置同样能从集装箱中取出并放置在一个位于独立系统内的空间中的货物腔室的外部。

Claims (5)

1. 一种用于集装箱运货船货舱的冷却系统,其特征在于:该冷却系统包括一种冷却机构,该冷却机构容纳在其自身的独立空间(1)中并由一制冷压缩机(2)操作,由该冷却机构可向集装箱运货船的货舱供应冷却空气(4),该冷却空气能够在构成货物的冷却集装箱的冷凝器周围维持一个适宜的环境温度,其特征在于:该冷却系统还包括一个风扇(3)以及一个制冷用散热器(5),所述风扇用于将冷空气沿着一个管道系统(4)吹向冷却集装箱的冷凝器,利用一冷却水泵(6)使由制冷压缩机(2)所冷却的冷却水循环流过所述散热器。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷却系统,其特征在于:该冷却系统(1)放置在一集装箱中。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的冷却系统,其特征在于:该冷却系统包括一个自动操作和控制单元,由此能从船的过桥舵柄和电机控制室来控制货舱的环境和温度。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的冷却系统,其特征在于:该制冷压缩机(2)设有一个海水冷凝泵(7)或空气冷凝器。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的冷却系统,其特征在于:该制冷压缩机(2)设有一个海水冷凝泵(7)或空气冷凝器。
