Abstract
安装在高压容器中的回油阀平稳地运行而不产生噪音,从而获得了车辆的无噪音驾驶状态,改善了回油阀的耐用性,并显著降低了由回流燃油引起的噪音。该回油阀包括阀体、喷嘴本体、滑阀、导杆、及导向孔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于车辆供油系统的回油阀。更具体地,本发明涉及一种回油阀的结构,该回油阀安装于给液化石油喷射式发动机提供燃油并由其回收燃油的高压容器中。
背景技术
回油阀的构造设计应当减小当由发动机返回高压容器的燃油中的气泡发生爆裂时产生的噪音以及当燃油从回油阀下落到高压容器内的燃油中时产生的噪音。
在回油阀的运行过程中也应当防止噪音。
发明内容
本发明提供的实施方案允许安装在高压容器中的回油阀平稳地运行而不产生噪音,从而获得了车辆的无噪音驾驶状态,并改善了回油阀的耐用性。
发动机的回油阀结构包括一个阀体,其中安装有一个滑阀液流腔,其一端开放,而另一端是回流燃油的入口。一个具有多个喷嘴孔的喷嘴本体与阀体相耦合以关闭滑阀液流腔的开放端。一个滑阀安装在滑阀液流腔内,在喷嘴本体与滑阀液流腔的入口之间做线性运动以开启和关闭该入口,其中滑阀的圆周面与滑阀液流腔的壁面相互分离。一根导杆由滑阀中伸出,通向喷嘴本体。在喷嘴本体中形成有一个导向孔,供导杆插入其中以引导滑阀做线性运动。

具体实施方式
参看图1和图2,根据本发明的一个实施方案给出的发动机的回油阀50包括一个阀体5,其中安装有一个滑阀液流腔3,其一端开放,而另一端是回流燃油的入口1。一个具有多个喷嘴孔7的喷嘴本体9与阀体5相耦合以关闭滑阀液流腔3的开放端。一个滑阀11安装在滑阀液流腔3内,在喷嘴本体9与滑阀液流腔3的入口1之间做线性运动以开启和关闭入口1,其中滑阀11的圆周面与滑阀液流腔3的壁面相互分离。一根导杆13由滑阀11中伸出,通向喷嘴本体9。在喷嘴本体9中形成有一个导向孔15,供导杆13插入其中以引导滑阀11做线性运动。一根阀簧17安装在滑阀11与喷嘴本体9之间且将滑阀11紧密地压封于入口1之上。
导杆13与滑阀11构成为一个整体且由滑阀11的中间伸出,通向喷嘴本体9的中间。喷嘴本体9的导向孔15构造为由喷嘴本体9的中间穿过。
喷嘴本体9的每个喷嘴孔7的横截面积不超过入口1的横截面积的40%。喷嘴孔7的总横截面积超过入口1的横截面积,以便经过入口1进入滑阀液流腔3内的燃油能够经过喷嘴孔7流畅地排出。
喷嘴孔7围绕导向孔15对称地布置;因而,优选形成一个以导向孔15为中心的圆。
喷嘴孔7与导向孔15相平行;因此,流经喷嘴孔7的燃油的方向与滑阀11的线性运动方向相平行。
喷嘴本体9上形成有一个导向部分19,其表面倾斜于由喷嘴孔7排出的燃油的线性运动方向。因此,流经喷嘴孔7的燃油的运动方向根据导向部分19的倾斜表面而改变。
导向部分19呈锥形,其横截面沿燃油从喷嘴本体9经喷嘴孔7线性排出的方向向外增大。因而,流经喷嘴孔7的燃油的运动方向根据锥形导向部分19提供的倾斜表面而改变。
倾斜表面的角度优选与滑阀11的线性运动方向成45度。
在滑阀11上安装有一个朝向入口1的缓冲部件21,而在入口1处形成有一个向缓冲部件21突出的端口(threshold)23。只有通过端口23与缓冲部件21的接触才能将入口1密封,因而将由入口1的开启和关闭导致的噪音最小化。
一根具有导向孔15的套管25插入到喷嘴本体9内以引导导杆13的线性运动。
套管25构造为从喷嘴本体9中穿过并在其一端形成一个系留爪(hitching jaw)27固定在喷嘴本体9上。一个卡环29靠近套管25的另一端配合,从而将套管25紧固在喷嘴本体9上。
喷嘴本体9上配备有一个油嘴31,以接收向滑阀液流腔3的入口1回流的燃油。
现在将描述本发明的实施方案的运行。
如果经过油嘴31的回流燃油的压力大于阀簧17的弹力,燃油将通过滑阀液流腔3排放到喷嘴本体9的喷嘴孔7。
当滑阀11在回流燃油的压力和阀簧17的弹力的作用下线性运动时,滑阀11保持与滑阀液流腔3的壁面的间隙,因此,回油阀50可以防止由滑阀11与滑阀液流腔3的壁面间的碰撞或摩擦引起的噪音。
由于只有通过端口23与滑阀11的缓冲部件21的接触才能将入口1关闭,因此在其上部区域产生的噪音也得以最小化。
因此,回油阀50的构造防止了当滑阀11线性运动开启和关闭入口1时噪音的产生,而且滑阀11的线性运动由导杆13和套管25平滑地引导,从而获得了稳定安静的运行状态。这还改善了回油阀的耐用性。
回流至回油阀50的燃油中包含的燃油气泡在流经喷嘴本体9的喷嘴孔7时体积减小。
当喷嘴本体9浸没在高压容器内的液化燃油中时,减小的气泡由于爆裂产生噪音;然而,该噪音要比最初体积的燃油气泡产生的噪音弱得多。
如果喷嘴本体9没有浸没在液化燃油中,当燃油流落到高压容器内的液化燃油中时会产生燃油下落的噪音。
然而,锥形导向部分防止了流经喷嘴孔7的燃油直接下落到液化燃油上,因而降低了此噪音。
流经喷嘴孔7的燃油由锥形导向部分19的倾斜表面改变其运动方向,以减弱的动能落下。与燃油直接从喷嘴孔7下落到液化燃油面上相比,这降低了燃油下落的噪音。
锥形导向部分不只是改变从喷嘴孔7排出的燃油的运动方向,而且将燃油散布成一个锥形的形状,从而极大地降低了燃油下落的噪音。
由前述显见,本发明的一个优势在于安装在高压容器中的回油阀平稳地运行而不产生噪音,从而实现了车辆的无噪音驾驶状态并改善了回油阀的耐用性。此外,由回流燃油引起的噪音得以显著降低。
Claims (7)
1.一种发动机的回油阀的结构,其包括:
阀体,其中安装有一个滑阀液流腔,该滑阀液流腔一端开放,而另一端具有回流燃油的入口;
喷嘴本体,其具有多个喷嘴孔且与所述阀体相耦合以关闭所述滑阀液流腔的开放端;
滑阀,其安装在所述滑阀液流腔内,在所述喷嘴本体与所述滑阀液流腔的入口之间做线性运动以开启和关闭所述入口,其中所述滑阀的圆周面与所述滑阀液流腔的壁面相互分离;
导杆,其由所述滑阀伸出,通向所述喷嘴本体;以及
导向孔,供所述导杆插入其中以引导所述滑阀做线性运动,且所述导向孔形成在所述喷嘴本体中,
其中所述导杆由所述滑阀的中间伸出,通向所述喷嘴本体的中间,所述喷嘴本体的所述导向孔形成为由所述喷嘴本体的中间穿过,所述喷嘴本体的每个所述喷嘴孔的横截面积不超过所述入口的横截而积的40%,所述喷嘴孔的总横截面积超过所述入口的横截面积,且所述喷嘴孔围绕所述导向孔对称地布置,并且,所述喷嘴孔与所述导向孔相平行,且所述喷嘴本体上形成有一个导向部分,其表面倾斜于由所述喷嘴孔排出的燃油的线性运动方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的结构,其中在所述滑阀与喷嘴本体之间安装有阀簧,将所述滑阀紧密地固定于所述入口之上。
3.如权利要求1所述的结构,其中所述导杆与所述滑阀构成为一个整体。
4.如权利要求1所述的结构,其中所述喷嘴本体内安装有具有所述导向孔的套管,所述导杆插入所述导向孔中被导向。
5.如权利要求4所述的结构,其中所述套管构造为从所述喷嘴本体中穿过,所述套管的一端形成一个系留爪固定在所述喷嘴本体上,且一个卡环配合在靠近所述套管的另一端从而将所述套管紧固在所述喷嘴本体上。
6.如权利要求1所述的结构,其中所述导向部分呈锥形,其横截面沿燃油从所述喷嘴本体经所述喷嘴孔线性排出的方向向外扩展。
7.如权利要求1所述的结构,其中在所述滑阀上朝向所述入口安装有一个缓冲部件,且所述入口上形成有一个向所述缓冲部件突出的端口。
