Abstract

止回阀,属于阀门的设计和制造技术领域,其由阀体和阀芯构成,阀芯上的氟橡胶垫由外表面具有弧度且内部具有螺纹的氟橡胶压盖固定在阀芯导向轴上。结构合理,易于制造,由于氟橡胶压盖外表面具有一定弧度,因而有效地减少流动介质正冲击波对阀芯的冲击力,减少压力损失,延长使用寿命,对于介质单向流动要求较严的场合尤为适用。

止回阀
本实用新型属于阀门的设计和制造技术领域。
目前,装有复位弹簧的活塞升降式止回阀是各止回阀中比较先进的一种,现已在许多企业中得到应用。其由阀体和阀芯构成,阀芯上的氟橡胶垫普遍采用不锈钢垫片,靠螺母固定在阀芯导向轴上实现密封,结构如附图1所示。其缺点是使介质流通时对阀芯产生了很强的冲击力,弹簧易疲劳而损坏,且具有一定的压力损失。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够减少压力损失,并延长使用寿命的止回阀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,其由阀体和阀芯构成,阀芯上的氟橡胶垫由外表面具有弧度且内部具有螺纹的氟橡胶压盖锁紧固定在阀芯导向轴上。
本实用新型的优点是,结构合理,易于制造,由于氟橡胶压盖外表面具有一定弧度,因而有效的减少流动介质正击波对阀芯的冲击力,减少压力损失,延长使用寿命,对于介质单向流动要求较严的场合尤为适用。
