Claims (9)
- 일측에 연료가 유입되는 입구통로(B1)가 형성되고, 타측에 연료가 유출되는 출구통로(B2)가 형성된 바디(B);상기 입구 및 출구통로(B1,B2)와 통하도록 바디(B) 내에 형성된 안착홈(6);상기 안착홈(6)의 내측 상부에 결합되며 내측 중앙에 형성된 통공(24)과 그 외측에 다수로 형성된 세공(25)을 갖는 판부(22)가 형성된 결합부재(2);상기 결합부재(2)의 판부(22)에 밀착되며 상기 세공(25)을 밀폐하도록 결합된 디스크(4);상기 디스크(4)의 하부 중앙을 지지하는 지지부재(7)가 상면 중앙에 형성되고, 상기 지지부재(7)의 외측으로는 연료가 통과되도록 다수의 유수홀(80)이 형성된 격판부재(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디스크(4)는상부 중앙에 돌출되어 상기 결합부재(2)의 통공(24)에 결합되는 상부봉체(42);하부 중앙에 돌출된 돌출부(44);상기 상부봉체(42)의 외주면에 원형으로 형성되며 뒤집힌 우산형으로 형성되며 끝단으로 갈수록 두께가 얇아지며 상기 결합부재(2)의 하부면에 접촉되는 블레이드(46)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(46)는 탄성을 갖는 합성수지재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(46)는 폴리우레탄 또는 실리콘 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 일측에 연료가 유입되는 입구통로(B1)가 형성되고, 타측에 연료가 유출되는 출구통로(B2)가 형성되며, 상기 입구 및 출구통로(B1,B2)와 통하도록 안착홈(6)이 형성된 바디(B)에 결합되는 것으로,상기 안착홈(6)의 내측 상부에 결합되며 중앙에 형성된 통공(24)과 그 외측에 형성된 다수의 세공(25)을 갖는 판부(22)가 형성된 결합부재(2);상기 결합부재(2)의 판부에 밀착되며 상기 세공(25)을 밀폐하는 디스크(4);상기 안착홈(6)에 결합되며, 상기 결합부재(2)가 내부에 결합되고, 수평의 격판부재(F2)가 내부에 형성되며, 상기 격판부재(F2)의 중심부 상면에 디스크(4)의 하면이 지지되는 단턱(F4)이 형성되고, 연료가 통과되도록 다수의 유수홀(F6)이 형성된 부시(F)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 부시(F)의 외주면에 나사부가 형성되고, 상기 안착홈(6)의 내주면에 나사부가 형성됨으로써 상호 나사결합으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 디스크(4)는상부 중앙에 돌출되어 상기 결합부재(2)의 통공(24)에 결합되는 상부봉체(42);하부 중앙에 돌출된 돌출부(44);상기 상부봉체(42)의 외주면에 원형으로 형성되며 뒤집힌 우산형으로 형성되며 끝단으로 갈수록 두께가 얇아지며 상기 결합부재(2)의 하부면에 접촉되는 블레이드(46)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(46)는 탄성을 갖는 합성수지재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(46)는 폴리우레탄 또는 실리콘 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스차량용 엘피아이 시스템에 적용되는 리턴밸브.
