Abstract

本发明属于环保设备,涉及一种用于对烟气中的二氧化硫进行脱除和回收处理的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺及装置。其装置包括有一个脱硫塔,在塔体中部的进烟口和顶部的出烟口之间为吸收喷淋段和脱水除雾段,在脱硫塔底部设置氧化段;吸收喷淋段设置有一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统;脱水除雾段设置有工艺水入口;塔体外的一、二级循环泵的出口分别与一、二级喷淋系统连接,一、二级循环泵的进口与氧化段连接;塔体外的稠厚液循环泵连接在氧化段与硫铵稠厚器之间,稠厚器底部与离心机及干燥器连接,稠厚器和离心机的母液出口均由氧化段上方接入塔体内。本发明在保证正常脱硫效率前提下,既节省了投资又大大降低了运行成本,并且设备操作维护方便。

Description

空塔型氨法脱硫工艺及装置
技术领域
本发明属于环保设备,涉及一种用于对烟气中的二氧化硫进行脱除和回收处理的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺及装置。
背景技术
传统的烟气脱硫工艺主要采用钙法脱硫技术,其存在的二次污染及脱硫石膏的难以处置等缺陷。与钙法脱硫工艺相比,现有的氨法脱硫工艺是利用氨吸收烟气中的二氧化硫,其反应为气-液或气-气相反应,反应速度快,吸收剂利用率高,吸收设备体积可大大减小。但氨法脱硫应用于燃煤锅炉烟气的脱硫时,现有的各类技术普遍存在着氨耗高、气溶胶难以消除、吸收液处理成本高、操作难度大等问题。由于通常氨法烟气脱硫是用氨吸收二氧化硫生成亚硫酸铵,然后用空气氧化,但高浓度的亚硫酸铵不能快速完全被直接氧化成硫酸铵,而是在较低浓度下氧化后通过蒸发浓缩工艺获得产物,其蒸发量很大,能耗很大且流程长,设备多、占地大,运行费用高,装置的经济指标差。为了保证效率,湿式氨法的脱硫塔又大多用填料塔结构,又带来了设备复杂、维护困难等问题。这些问题的存在使氨法脱硫技术的实施遇到很大障碍。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种设备简单、维护方便、运行可靠性好、脱硫成本和副产品回收成本低的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺及装置。
本发明的空塔型氨法脱硫装置包括有一个脱硫塔,在塔体中部的进烟口和顶部的出烟口之间由下至上依次为用来喷淋含氨吸收液的吸收喷淋段以及用来来洗涤烟气和脱除水汽的脱水除雾段,在脱硫塔底部则设置有用来收集反应产物并对其进行通气氧化的氧化段;吸收喷淋段为无填料的空塔结构,在该段由下至上设置有一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统,每一级喷淋装置由若干层喷淋装置组成;脱硫塔上部的脱水除雾段设置有工艺水入口;在塔体外设置有一级循环泵和二级循环泵,一、二级循环泵的出口分别与一、二级喷淋系统连接,一、二级循环泵的进口与氧化段的底部出口连接;在塔体外还设置有稠厚液循环泵,它连接在氧化段底部与一个硫铵稠厚器之间,稠厚器底部的沉淀产物出口与离心机及干燥器连接,稠厚器和离心机的母液出口均由氧化段上方接入塔体内。
本发明的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺如下:
烟气从脱硫塔塔体中部进入,在吸收喷淋段,由多级喷淋装置喷淋含氨的吸收液,进行吸收脱硫反应,再进入上部脱水除雾段脱除水汽和酸雾后排放,吸收喷淋段下来的吸收液进入氧化段进行氧化。
氧化段的内的吸收液经过泵入空气氧化后输出,由氧化段输出的浆液分为三路:第一路进一级喷淋系统,经过吸收喷淋段下部再回到氧化段,并在进一级喷淋系统前补充氨和水;第二路进二级喷淋系统,经过整个吸收喷淋段,并经过烟气蒸发结晶后回到氧化段;第三路进稠厚器进行分离,分离出的母液回到氧化段。
稠厚器分离出的含固量20-50%(体积比,下同)的浆液送离心机分离出固体再经干燥器干燥后成为成品硫铵。
在吸收喷淋段与氧化段之间循环的吸收液含固量维持在3-15%(体积比,下同),晶颗大于0.2mm;为保证脱硫效率,在吸收喷淋段吸收液与烟气的液气比控制在1∶2500~1∶200,一级喷淋系统设置1~3层喷淋装置,二级喷淋系统设置2~5层喷淋装置。
本发明的优点是:1、利用烟气的蒸发能力使脱硫液硫酸铵在塔内进行结晶,从而节省了传统氨法脱硫工艺在产生硫酸铵溶液后在后处理时消耗的大量蒸汽(一般耗汽1.5-2.0t/t硫铵),在保证正常脱硫效率前提下,既节省了投资又大大降低了运行成本;2、吸收喷淋段为空塔结构,塔内设置有多层喷淋装置代替填料,使塔内功能段结构融合,取消了隔板,塔内形成一个统一体,大大简化的塔体结构,设备操作维护极为方便。

具体实施方式
实施例:
本发明工艺及装置实施例处理的对象为蒸发量220t/h的燃煤锅炉一座,烟气量280000Nm3/h,锅炉耗煤量32t/h,燃煤的全硫3%,排烟温度140℃。
脱硫装置及工艺流程如如图1所示:
核心设备脱硫塔高25米,直径7.8米。塔的一级喷淋系统(距烟气进口顶部2.5米的位置)设一层喷淋装置(设防堵喷头23只);塔的二级喷淋系统(距一级吸收段2.5米的位置)设两层喷淋装置(层距2.5米,每层设防堵喷头23只);烟气入口底距塔底板13米,设格栅层三层,距底板1米处均布空气分布管引氧化段氧化空气。
稠厚器φ4500×3500,离心机、干燥器、包装机的处理能力为5t/h,干燥器的热源为蒸汽。
工艺参数如下:
吸收喷淋段——循环吸收液含固量11%,每层喷淋装置喷淋量600m3/h,补充液氨780.3kg/h,吸收段的烟气温度53℃。
脱水除雾段——补水量12m3/h。
结果:
尾气中二氧化硫含量154.8mg/Nm3,尾气中氨的含量3mg/Nm3。脱硫装置总压力降950Pa。副产符合GB535标准一级品的硫酸铵3366kg/h,而蒸汽消耗(干燥器用汽)为100kg/h,电耗为480kw。

Claims (4)

1.一种空塔型氨法脱硫装置,包括有一个脱硫塔(1),在塔体中部的进烟口(11)和顶部的出烟口(12)之间由下至上依次为用来喷淋含氨吸收液的吸收喷淋段(13)以及用来洗涤烟气和脱除水汽的脱水除雾段(14),在脱硫塔底部则设置有用来收集反应产物并对其进行通气氧化的氧化段(15),其特征是:吸收喷淋段为无填料的空塔结构,在该段由下至上设置有一级喷淋系统(16)和二级喷淋系统(17),每一级喷淋系统由若干层喷淋装置组成;脱硫塔上部的脱水除雾段设置有工艺水入口(18);在塔体外设置有一级循环泵(2)和二级循环泵(3),一级循环泵和二级循环泵的出口分别与一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统连接,一级循环泵和二级循环泵的进口与氧化段(15)的底部出口连接;在塔体外还设置有稠厚液循环泵(4),它连接在氧化段底部与一个硫铵稠厚器(5)之间,硫铵稠厚器底部的沉淀产物出口与离心机(6)及干燥器连接,硫铵稠厚器的母液溢流口和离心机的排水口均从氧化段上方接入塔体内。
2.一种基于权利要求1所述空塔型氨法脱硫装置的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺,其特征是:
烟气从脱硫塔(1)塔体中部进入,经过吸收喷淋段(13),由多级喷淋系统喷淋含氨的吸收液,进行吸收脱硫反应,再进入上部脱水除雾段(14)脱除水汽和酸雾后排放,吸收喷淋段下来的吸收液进入氧化段进行氧化;
氧化段内的吸收液经过泵入空气氧化后输出,由氧化段输出的浆液分为三路:第一路进一级喷淋系统,经过吸收喷淋段下部再回到氧化段,并在进一级喷淋系统前补充氨和水;第二路进二级喷淋系统,经过整个吸收喷淋段,并经过烟气蒸发结晶后回到氧化段;第三路进硫铵稠厚器进行分离,分离出的母液回到氧化段;
硫铵稠厚器分离出的含固量体积比为20-50%的浆液送离心机分离出固体再经干燥器干燥后成为成品硫铵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺,其特征是:在吸收喷淋段与氧化段之间循环的吸收液含固量体积比维持在3-15%,晶颗大于0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的空塔型氨法脱硫工艺,其特征是:为保证脱硫效率,在吸收喷淋段吸收液与烟气的液气比控制在1∶2500~1∶200,一级喷淋系统设置1~3层喷淋装置,二级喷淋系统设置2~5层喷淋装置。
