本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于对烟气中的二氧化硫进行脱除和回收处理的空塔型氨法脱硫塔。该脱硫塔塔体中部的进烟口和顶部的出烟口之间由下至上依次设置有吸收喷淋段以及脱水除雾段,在塔体底部则设置有氧化段;吸收喷淋段为无填料的空塔结构,在该段由下至上设置有一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统,每一级喷淋系统由若干层喷淋装置组成;脱水除雾段设置有除雾填料和工艺水喷淋装置;氧化段设置有循环液出口,循环液出口经过循环泵连接到一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统。本实用新型在保证正常脱硫效率前提下,既节省了投资又大大降低了运行成本,同时大大简化的塔体结构,操作维护极为方便。

技术领域
本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于对烟气中的二氧化硫进行脱除和回收处理的空塔型氨法脱硫塔。
背景技术
传统的烟气脱硫工艺主要采用钙法脱硫技术,其存在的二次污染及脱硫石膏的难以处置等缺陷。与钙法脱硫工艺相比,现有的氨法脱硫工艺是利用氨吸收烟气中的二氧化硫,其反应为气-液或气-气相反应,反应速度快,吸收剂利用率高,吸收设备体积可大大减小。但氨法脱硫应用于燃煤锅炉烟气的脱硫时,现有的各类技术普遍存在着氨耗高、气溶胶难以消除、吸收液处理成本高、操作难度大等问题。由于通常氨法烟气脱硫是用氨吸收二氧化硫生成亚硫酸铵,然后用空气氧化,但高浓度的亚硫酸铵不能快速完全被直接氧化成硫酸铵,而是在较低浓度下氧化后通过蒸发浓缩工艺获得产物,其蒸发量很大,能耗很大且流程长,设备多、占地大,运行费用高,装置的经济指标差。为了保证效率,湿式氨法的脱硫塔又大多用填料塔结构,又带来了设备复杂、维护困难等问题。这些问题的存在使氨法脱硫技术的实施遇到很大障碍。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、维护方便、运行可靠性好、脱硫成本和副产品回收成本低的空塔型氨法脱硫塔。
本实用新型的空塔型氨法脱硫塔塔体中部的进烟口和顶部的出烟口之间由下至上依次设置有用来喷淋含氨吸收液的吸收喷淋段以及用来脱除水汽的脱水除雾段,在塔体底部则设置有用来收集反应产物并对其进行通气氧化的氧化段;吸收喷淋段为无填料的空塔结构,在该段由下至上设置有一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统,每一级喷淋系统由若干层喷淋装置组成;脱水除雾段设置有除雾填料和工艺水喷淋装置;氧化段设置有循环液出口,循环液出口经过循环泵连接到一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统。
本实用新型的优点是:1、可利用烟气的蒸发能力使脱硫液硫酸铵在塔内进行结晶,从而节省了传统氨法脱硫工艺在产生硫酸铵溶液后在后处理时消耗的大量蒸汽(一般耗汽1.5-2.0t/t硫铵),在保证正常脱硫效率前提下,既节省了投资又大大降低了运行成本;2、吸收喷淋段为空塔结构,塔内设置有多层喷淋装置代替填料,使塔内功能段结构融合,取消了隔板,塔内形成一个统一体,大大简化的塔体结构,操作维护极为方便。

如图所示,该空塔型氨法脱硫塔塔体中部的进烟口1和顶部的出烟口2之间依次设置吸收喷淋段3和脱水除雾段4,在进烟口下方设置有氧化段5;吸收喷淋段设置有一级喷淋系统6和二级喷淋系统7,每一级喷淋系统由若干层喷淋装置组成;脱水除雾段设置有除雾填料8和工艺水喷淋装置9;氧化段的循环液出口10经过循环泵11连接到一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统。

Claims (1)

1、一种空塔型氨法脱硫塔,在塔体中部的进烟口(1)和顶部的出烟口(2)之间由下至上依次设置有吸收喷淋段(3)和脱水除雾段(4),在塔体底部设置有用来收集反应产物并对其进行通气氧化的氧化段(5),其特征是:吸收喷淋段(3)为无填料的空塔结构,在该段由下至上设置有一级喷淋系统(6)和二级喷淋系统(7),每一级喷淋系统由若干层喷淋装置(8)组成;脱水除雾段(4)设置有除雾填料(9)和工艺水喷淋装置(10);氧化段设置有循环液出口(11),循环液出口经过循环泵(12)连接到一级喷淋系统和二级喷淋系统。
